An absolutely beautiful hotel with exceptional food and top-tier customer service. The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. While it’s family friendly, the resort is also perfect for couples seeking a relaxing getaway. If you’re after peace and tranquility, this is the place—it really has everything you could need.
One of the highlights for me was being able to watch the sunset each night—it was just amazing, and worth staying at the hotel for that alone.
The buffet was great, with plenty of variety and something different each day, which kept things fresh and enjoyable throughout our stay.
The only small downside was the lack of evening entertainment. I would have enjoyed something a bit more lively at night, but I completely understand that this isn’t the focus of the hotel. Just something to consider if you're after a more upbeat nightlife.
As part of our package, we were able to dine at each of the à la carte restaurants. All served fantastic food, but the standouts for me were The White and Tavernaki. We also did the Agreco Farm tour and dinner, which was included in our stay (though we paid for our own taxi—well worth it! Alternatively, you can purchase return bus tickets from reception). This experience is a must. The tour, which lasts about 30–40 minutes, includes a walk around the farm—complete with animals—and ends with a breathtaking meal overlooking the hills of Crete and the distant sea. The views were absolutely stunning.
The dinner includes multiple courses—plenty of food! Many guests (us included) were struggling to finish everything, but the dishes were delicious and the service outstanding. There’s also a charming little shop where you can purchase authentic Cretan olive oil, honey, and natural skincare products—such lovely touches.
I was genuinely sad to leave after just one week, but I felt like it was enough time to fully enjoy the serene setting, food, and drinks. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was gorgeous, although the pool was a bit too cold to use much.
We’ll absolutely be returning—this hotel is truly something special!

We were a couple of days at the "White Palace." From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience!
Arrival: We arrived relatively early but were able to check into our room immediately. To our surprise, we received a room upgrade to a villa with a private pool. What a great surprise!
Food: The food was fantastic. At the buffet restaurant, you can eat without a reservation at lunch and dinner. The selection is HUGE... and the food was always very good. At the other restaurants, you need to make a reservation for dinner. The food there was also outstanding.
Room: The pool in the villa was cleaned daily, and the minibar was refilled every day. Everything was always very clean and tidy.
Beach: The private beach belonging to the hotel is well-maintained. Sometimes some seaweed would wash ashore, but it was quickly removed by the staff. You could also order drinks at the beach, which were brought to you quickly.
Staff: THANK YOU! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. For example, one employee noticed that I really enjoy the foam on my cappuccino. When I returned from the buffet, a cup of milk foam was waiting at my place! I've never experienced such attention to detail and care in any hotel before. For any questions or requests, you could always contact the staff via WhatsApp and receive a quick response.
Departure: Our flight was very late in the evening. After consulting with the hotel, we were able to stay in our room until departure. That was very accommodating and customer-friendly.
Conclusion: A beautiful and clean hotel, delicious food, courteous and friendly staff. We will definitely return and can hardly wait!

Excellent hotel, we had a beautiful swim up room which was memorable for its views and set up. The pool areas are very nice and the hotel is clean and very modern.
Food on the whole was decent with a good selection of restaurants. Drinks in the bars and restaurants are excellent but they were very hit and miss by the pools, some were not drinkable.

What amazing experience we had here at the Grecotel! The atmosphere is magic, the Team is outstanding, every single people from cleaning to servicing, to management over the top! The food is incredible good and there are so many variables for any kind of palate! White is an experience, and Asian cuisine and Lobster restaurant is not very common on all inclusive! The kindness of all Team give the opportunity to anyone to enjoy every single moment. We have spent two weeks I wished to have booked a month over here!
Just to give you a sense of level of this Resort. I got a nanny in the resort from the Team to dine at the only Adult restaurant. I loved a wine and after I finish the dinner and I found a bottle in my room. The care is over the moon!
This is the Place for anyone, family, young couples, older people anyone literally anyone!
