On arrival we were greeted by Christos who having sorted our cases, sat us down in reception arranged refreshments, a cool towel and sorted our check in. The only time we moved was to pay the environmental tax and Christos to show us around and then to our room. Our cases were brought it was fantastic. We had a sea view room, large and spacious and whilst some say the rooms are dated they are bright white and exceptionally clean. What dates them is the wardrobes but we had two so for once I could hang my clothes as well as my wife’s. We booked all restaurants in advance - would recommend. The best is the Greek and the White which is fine dining. Food was brilliant. Lunch in the Italian also. Drinks are all premium but the people make it. The staff are brilliant and because everyone’s having a great time all the guest are happy acknowledging each other even dancing together irrespective of language barriers. In short this is a great hotel. The bus service into the local town is 4 euros there and back for two and well worth a visit. The old town especially. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Our week-long stay at the Grecotel LUX ME White Palace at end of September swas absolutely wonderful, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. The hotel, pools and our room were exceptionally clean, demonstrating a high standard of maintenance. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly made our experience special. Dining was a major highlight, with the food being consistently superb. The exclusive dinner experience at the farm was particularly unforgettable. We also greatly enjoyed trying all the different à la carte restaurants. Using the convenient hotel application to make our reservations before arrival worked seamlessly. Our vacation was truly memorable, and we would happily choose to return someday.

Went September 2025, didn't get the arrival experience everyone else seemed to get. Room keys didn't work, tv on but no signal could not change any channels because No batteries in remote. Room dated with poor stoage but 2 fridge unit cabinets! One could have been a drawer unit to help. Shower dangerous as the floor was a gloss ceramic tile and very very slippery when wet! The shower head was the old hand held 3 inch leftover from the old bath. No shower cap and toiletries poor quality.
People great. Food good with the exception of Tavernaki which was not our taste and poor in comparrison to the Agreco Farm which we appreciate was Ctetian where Tavernaki was Greek. Buffet was a bit boring with not much seafood. Whilst a modern hotel it was generally uncomfortable. If you are a couple beware, this is a family friendly hotel(their words) and a bit like a nursery!

We stayed at Grecotel LuxMe White for 5 nights, and from the very first moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
We were welcomed by Stavroula, who is without doubt the most professional, attentive, and genuinely caring person we have ever met in hospitality. She is an absolute gem. Her warmth and dedication made us feel instantly at home, and we are truly grateful to have met her.
Food & Restaurants
Every day began with the warm smile of Mr. Giorgos Christoulakis, the maître of the main restaurant. He is absolutely adorable and made each morning feel special.
A huge thank-you as well to Christina, who was incredibly kind and remembered our coffee preferences from day one until the very last day.
At the White à la carte restaurant, special recognition goes to Romina & Giorgos. They do a fantastic job, offering exceptional service and a wonderful dining experience.
Agrecofarm
We are honestly speechless. Agrecofarm is one of the most amazing places we have ever visited. You feel the essence of Cretan hospitality, tradition, and culture in every detail. The quality of the food and drinks is outstanding, and the tour around the farm was unforgettable. A must-visit experience.
Another highlight was the lovely lady from the creperie, who brought so much fun and joy to each visit. we absolutely loved her!
Housekeeping
The housekeeping team is exceptional. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable from the first day to the last. We would especially like to mention Mrs. Antonia for her professionalism and kindness, she made our stay even more pleasant.
Overall
LuxMe White is truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and we will definitely return in the future. Beyond the stunning property and delicious food, what touched us the most were the people. They are the true heart and soul of the hotel.
