I recently had the pleasure of staying at The GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels, and I can genuinely say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my stay. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it a true escape from the everyday.
My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony was truly serene. The amenities were top-notch, from the pool to the spa, everything was well-maintained and inviting. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available; each meal was a delightful experience with fresh ingredients and exceptional service.
The staff at The GrandResort deserve special mention for their professionalism and kindness. They were always eager to help and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their recommendations for local activities and attractions were spot-on, adding even more value to my trip.
Overall, my stay at The GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels exceeded my expectations in every way. I am incredibly grateful for the experience and look forward to visiting again soon. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

We had a great time! The location of the hotel was excellent, very convenient and close to everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Both the pool and the rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation!

I would like to begin with saying we loved this hotel and it was an amazing stay. We were greeted by the friendliest staff, we were very comfortable in our sea view rooms and we enjoyed every moment. The food is incredible, the pool area, the spa, and the cleaning.
It is located 15 minutes from the city center and it is a hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in.
This is my first time writing a review on a hotel.
Zero service, had to go to reception to ask for someone to go to the bar, in which they said ‘yeah he’s around somewhere’.
No help with 5 bags on arrival and a newborn baby.
Cots laid out across the corridor making it impossible to move through with a pram.
Entertainment consisted of 2 girls in a wig dancing with a few of the children from the hotel, the 2 people watching evidenced how bad it was.
Had issues with the room and when asking how to turn the lights on, on the terrace we were told ‘it’s one of the switches, anything else I can help with?’ Asked again the next day and sent maintenance round to say ‘yeah they don’t work’.
Left after 2 nights and was refused a refund of the £450/night private pool room for the remaining 5 nights that we did not use. This was despite the staff member saying that our complaints were completely valid and that they would handle it.
Guest relations spoke to me today and offered a percentage off our next stay after getting hung up on 8 times and assured I’d have management call me.
We saw other guest complaining multiple times.
We’re now at Aphrodite hills and the difference has been night and day.
AVOID this hotel at all costs if you are used to 5 star. I was tricked by reviews and want to save anyone else from the same.
This hotel was taken over under a year ago. DO NOT believe historic reviews.

Awful hotel and the service was appalling.
Myself and partner were very much looking forward to our first holiday with our 6 month old daughter.
For starters there was bird poo all over our terrace, no help with luggage (tricky with being disabled and my wife pushing a pram) no one ever seemed to be at the bar, and the lights not working in our room.
Elizabeth was the staff member who “DID NOT” deal with the issues. Ultimately we decided to not stay the full week and the staff laughed at us when we asked for a refund for the nights we were not staying there.
As we left they pointed and laughed at my ginger hair.
