We’re currently staying here and having a really nice time. The location is great, right by the beach, and there’s plenty during the day — especially the ice cream corner (our kids are obsessed 😄), plus a lovely coffee station and 24/7 pool bar.
All the staff have been really friendly and helpful. The food is tasty with good variety, and the restaurant service is great with drinks brought to your table. Our room in Block B is simple but does the job, and housekeeping are doing a great job.
A special thank you to Rana from guest relations (supervisor) — she was so kind and really made a difference to our stay.
The kids club has been amazing. Big thanks to Ozlem and Buse — our kids love going every day (sometimes twice!) and are always excited to go back.
We’ve also been enjoying the spa/thermal area daily — the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. The Grand Bar is probably my favourite spot for cocktails.
We were thinking about doing the boat trip, but with the weather and two small kids, we skipped it — would have loved to try it though.
Overall, great value for money — we’d definitely come back.

We stayed in this hotel from 22.05 - 27.05 as a family of 4. Unfortunately I can’t give this hotel more than 2 stars for following reasons:
1. None of us are picky eaters but we found the food absolutely awful. Nothing was fresh. You'll find the same food for 3 days straight for lunches and dinners. People were queuing for grilled chicken. There's no seafood. If you find beef or lamb, it's always a stew, they don't grill fresh meat. In fact it's difficult to find anything that's not stew. They just mix up leftovers and make a stew.
2. I love cats but I find it unacceptable that they are in indoor dining area, there's also a strong smell of cat urine in there. Also most of the cats are sick. They don't treat them. Eye infections, spots of fur missing, ticks and fleas. On our last day we saw cat peeing on the sofa in lobby area.
3. We always felt rushed. Whlist having lunch or dinner, the staff would come over and check salt and pepper shakers, standing next to us, as soon as we would stand up they were already preparing table for next people. Even day of check out, 11.30 there were cleaners standing outside our room waiting for us to leave.
3. The only warm pool we could use with children - indoor thermal pool smelled disgusting, there were plasters and snot in the water. Outdoor pools were freezing cold. And not even once I witnessed anyone cleaning these pools, even though it should be done every night.
4. Although I respect the fact it's Turkey, but if you welcome international guests from around the world, staff should know basic English, some of them do, most of them don't. Therefore our orders were made wrong majority of times. On our check out, lady in reception said "all done", not a thank you, not asking how was our stay, just a cold "all done".
5. For 3 nights we didn't have proper duvets, just rough blankets that looked more like towels, when we asked for some in reception, they just brought us more of these "towels", then after cleaning lady came, on day 3, she randomly brought the duvets, which were ripped.
6. Shuttle cars are driving very fast around the resort, and there's many of them. They even allow electric scooters. My 4yr old was nearly hit by a teenager on electric scooter and the security guy didn't do anything. Where's the health and safety?
7. When you walk to the beach, there's a security post, and the main street between resort and beach is used by everyone. Can’t count how many times we were approached by people trying to sell us things and food.
8. On the main stairway, right next to arcades, security guy is smoking cigarettes, there's no ventilation whatsoever, I cannot understand how is it allowed. Everything stinks of smoke.
9. Hotel is just old and dirty overall. It needs a major renovation. You'll see old, stained sofas and dirty carpets in the lobby, rooms are even worse. Everything is dirty and stained.
10. WiFi is terrible, you can barely send one WhatsApp message.
11. Animation is boring as anything. The evening "shows" were repetitive, same dancers, even same songs every night. There weren't many people coming to watch, but even the ones than came started leaving in 10 minutes.
The only good things are coffee corner and the location itself, but you can find better hotels in the same location. We won't be coming back and it's a shame our holiday turned out to be such a disappointment.

Second stay here and am not disappointed. Staff always helpful, good cocktails, plenty of different restaurants for lunch (fresh pizza, beef rib burger, fried chicken), sauna use at no extra cost, couple big slides, water polo, beach volleyball, beach front is great no need to touch sand, poolside also great with drinks brought on rollerskates. New Jersey Ice cream man is also great, always happy when serving and chatting. Will definitely stay here again.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated 5 stars — our experience was shocking from start to finish.
When we first got to our room, the carpet was literally peeling away from the floor. When we lifted it, we found black mould underneath, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. We reported it straight away, but instead of an apology, we were met with indifference and moved to another room.
The second room wasn’t any better — it had a leaking toilet and loose carpet tiles again. We were then moved to a third room, where the floor underneath the carpet felt like it was disintegrating. At this point it was clear this wasn’t just bad luck, but a wider issue with the hotel’s upkeep.
Eventually, we were given a room without carpets. Even then, there were still problems, including leaks in the walls — but sadly, this ended up being the best room we were offered.
To make matters worse, the reception staff were consistently rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them every time we raised an issue. Not once did we receive a proper apology. This was especially disappointing because the rest of the hotel staff were actually lovely and helpful.
It’s also worth mentioning that the original room we were given was in a completely separate building from the main hotel, which felt more like a conference space than part of a luxury stay.
Across all rooms, the bed sheets were dirty and stained — something you would never expect from any hotel, let alone one claiming a 5-star rating.
Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing stay, and I would strongly question how this hotel maintains its rating. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.
