Our experience at the Lindos Grand Hotel in Rhodes was made truly memorable thanks to Aggeliki and her outstanding front desk team. From the moment we arrived, her pleasant, professional, and efficient manner set the tone for our stay. She went above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, doing everything she could to make our holiday enjoyable.
Her team reflected the same high standards—well-organised, attentive, and consistently efficient in handling every request with ease. It was clear that their coordination and dedication were driven by strong leadership.
Aggeliki didn’t just manage our stay; she helped make it special. Her personal touch and commitment to great service turned a good holiday into a memorable one. We’re genuinely grateful and would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at Lindos Grand Resort & Spa and overall had a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and set in a peaceful location overlooking Vlycha Bay. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention must go to the Guest Relation Manager Mrs Pavlou Katerina, who truly elevated our stay. Warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. From the personalized welcome to checking in on us throughout our holiday, her kindness and dedication made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued. This level of care is rare, and it left a lasting impression, a true credit to the hotel.
Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a stunning sea view. Some rooms even have private pools, which looked amazing. Housekeeping was reliable, and small details were much appreciated.
The infinity pool is a highlight, with beautiful views. The location is ideal, set in Vlycha Bay, just a short drive or taxi ride from Lindos village. It strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility close enough to explore, yet far enough to enjoy peaceful relaxation. The beach is mainly pebble, so water shoes can be helpful. The sea is very clear and calm, great for swimming.
We will be back for sure!

My stay at the Lindos Grand Hotel was overall fantastic. The property is modern, stylish and offers breathtaking sea views – especially at breakfast, simply amazing.
Breakfast itself was delicious with a great variety, and the service was excellent as well. Another highlight was the pool service – having drinks and snacks delivered directly to the sunbed made the holiday even more relaxing. The lovely ladies at the reception were always open to any questions, and a big thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine we received the day before departure – such a thoughtful gesture!
A few small improvement points: the bathroom bin bag could not be closed properly, and the balcony door was difficult to open and close, with a pillar also standing a bit in the way. In addition, the infinity pool and indoor pool close rather early in the evening – that’s why for our next stay we definitely plan to book a room with a private pool.
All in all, a hotel I can highly recommend. We will definitely come back!

Reception staff are indifferent. One lady in particular appeared a quite miserable and not very welcoming and inviting and when we left she asked for a tip !
The pool is great and views are amazing, however you will need to get up at the crack of dawn to try and find a sunbed as a pair as people will add towels to the beds so early and not use then until sometimes in the afternoon !
Breakfast does have a great choice and the staff are nice.
The room was fine and the shower great. Coffee pods are not replaced. We had just 2 for a whole week which were not replaced. Cleaning and fresh towels every day which was great and appreciated the bottled water each day.
Parking is a huge problem. On many nights on our return from a meal out, we could not find a space so had to wait for a buggy to take us to the beach car park and bring us back. Not ideal and one night the process took nearly an hour !
The beach area is stony, very tired and neglected. Not a pleasant experience so we went once and did not return. Plenty of lovely sandy beaches nearby if you have a car.
Location is fine if you have a car, but otherwise you cannot walk anywhere as there is nothing around.
Overall the Hotel is good but not up to 5 star standard until they sort out some issues.

Here for our honeymoon and loving it so far! Staff have been nothing but friendly and professional. Warm welcome at arrival and the ladies at reception were complementing my nails (I had custom made press ons made for my wedding) Then a gentleman had kindly taken my suitcase and directed us both to our room, explained everything and departed.
Rooms are lovely spacious and clean with an excellent view. They decorated our bed with petal and roses on pillows (not sure if this comes standard but I assumed it's because they knew this is our honeymoon!) The shampoo, lotion and body wash smell incredible. Learned that in Greece you can't flush toilet paper so watch out for that! Had a great sleep the beds are very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is amazing, you are literally spoiled for choice. I had a pick and mix of everything to try out. We were too tired to go for food yesterday as it was a long day of travelling to get here so we ordered room service through the app, the gentleman was polite and set up our food outside to enjoy the views while we ate. Enjoyed our lunch today down at the restaurants with the lovely views and weather. Once again friendly attentive staff.
Had a wee nosy around the hotel today to familiarise ourselves. Gym is a decent size and the playroom offers a pool table and foosball. There is also a spa but we haven't checked that out yet. At the pebble beach and there are free lounges to use and it's literally next to the resort. The infinity pool looks really cool and there's lounges around here too. You can rent a gazebo for the day at €80 which also includes fruit platter and two drinks if I remember rightly!
There's a mini market just outside for any little bits and pieces you might need.
If you're a cat lover you're in for a treat, so many cute cats around and they look very well fed and groomed. They are very friendly too so this is my idea of heaven haha!
Went for the dinner buffet, at the time of this review it's €40 per person. There was an extensive choice of food to choose from but personally we will stick to the restaurants going forward as we both have very small appetites and don't eat enough to get our money's worth haha! They have themed nights and we went on the Greek one so I'm glad we at least got to try all the different things!
We were relaxing in our room and heard the doorbell ring and when we answered one of the staff members arrived with a chocolate mousse cake with strawberry. I was confused at first thinking they had the wrong door but he said it was from the manager which was so sweet and thoughtful!
Not sure why they got negative reviews recently because everyone and everything has been lovely so far. Be nice to others and you should get the same treatment back!
Update:
Katalina and George the managers met us in reception and had a chat, they were both so lovely and sweet, you could tell they really care about wanting the best for the resort and customers. We were offered a complimentary dinner in the Italian restaurant which was appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. Food was delicious and the service once again lovely. We don't drink alcohol but it's great that there's non alcoholic cocktails to choose from!
The lady at the spa reception was very helpful going through the options and giving recommendations while listening to our needs, gifting us a product after booking the Cretan massages (70 mins). We were able to do it together in the same room, although we couldn't see each other or speak it was just nice to be in each others presence and enjoy it together. I had Maria who always made sure throughout I was ok and enjoying it and to let her know at any point if I need her to massage harder or softer (I chose mild). There was relaxing music during the process and I felt great and the most relaxed I've ever felt by the end of it! My husband had Theodore who also had a great experience (he chose moderate). It's not something we often do but as it was a honeymoon we decided to splash out and treat ourselves (€320 in total at time of purchase)
