If you are looking for a luxury hotel with modern decor you can stop reading this review here, this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for a hotel that povides excellent value for money, this place could be the perfect place for you.
I nearly didn't book this place because of the wildly contrasting reviews, but I decided to go ahead and for me it was a great decision. I got a great deal via EasyJet holiday's and found the hotel to be great value for money.
The hotel is quite crowded but thats because it was by far the most affordable all inclusive package holiday available, so you will need to be prepared for that.
I believe the problem is that people do not understand that the hotel is rated 4 star based on its facilities and not its class, if we are talking about class then the rating would be no more than 3 starts.
The room we stayed in was simple but clean and comfortable, room was also cleaned every day with fresh towels provided upon request. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. That is my requirement, this may not be the same for other people.
There is 5 different meal times, the food options are largely good quality however it can be repetitive but I expected that and I didn't always eat in the hotel so I was fine with that.
The pool was fine, plenty of sunbeds but you have the usual problem of people leaving towels on the sunbeds and reserving them.
There is a basic gym, its adequate if you can be creative with dumbells and a bench, it has 3 running machines and 1 working cross trainer.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, I didn't experience any rudeness. The one downside I experienced was that the wifi wasnt working for the first couple of days. Also there is no iron in the rooms so take a travel one.
Overall this is the place for you if you have reasonable expectations and if you understand the concept of getting what you paid for.

Staff are nice, rooms are okay but the quality of food and the drink is poor, ive eaten out most days which has defeated the point of all inclusive and I could say its me being fussy but literally everyone one else I've spoken to has said the same. Pool is okay for the kids and they are very friendly staff but wouldn't stay here again. Its about a 10 min walk to the beach so not a terrible location and if you like night life still loads of bars just outside the hotel, views are also good mountains behind and see views from the front over looking the town. So not all bad

The rooms are quite dated and small. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. They did lack in leaving the correct amount of towels on multiple occasions.
The food was decent, I would say around the school holidays it will be inadequate. There was always fresh meat being cooked. The lunch menu was okay decent, too.
The location was okay. There were quite a few shops around, do not use the shop inside the holtel go and use Delboys across the road

we had a amazing hoilday all inclusive 7 day stay, there are loads of excursions to do here but should research competitive prices before hand, spoke to loads of other people anout there hotels but this 1 seemed to have been 1 of the very best. Food was also delicious and so much for kids to do in the pools. Clean and safe/family friendly hotel

*pay a deposit to get an extra key card for you room, otherwise your aircon won’t permanently be on. And you’ll need it in the summer months. You’ll thank me later*
Great hotel. Shocking room service. (At least on the 4th floor). Bathroom bin not emptied for the entire week 🤢 Partner was left without a towel on day 1, and cleaning / making beds was done to literally a 2 star standards.
They’re my only negatives about Cettia though, and I would very much happily return in the future. Location is convenient, views are 7/10, all inclusive drinks are great (for a lightweight like myself at least), the general food taste and selection was great & finally the entertainment in peak months was the best I’ve ever seen. All the way from the staff to the day activities and the night entertainment! The pool isn’t cold like it is in Spain & Greece and it wasn’t overly bad to get a sun bed. Although it pays to get up a bit earlier.
I see there’s a lot of reviews across many Marmaris hotels that the food is awful. Unless you’re a weirdo that lives off chips and nuggets, please ignore them. The food is as you’d expect from an all inclusive hotel. Nothing special, but certainly not horrible by any means. I have enjoyed every single meal other than breakfast here, and I only say that because there’s no bacon & hashbrowns 😂 But if you really need that in your mornings, you can just go 30 seconds down the road and get an English breakfast for less than £5.
Nice hotel, would definitely return one day. 4*
