Start with the negative … very compact! At food times it’s like a cattle market, the food isn’t great! Breakfast I wouldn’t even bother. MONEY GRABBING .. this is the first all inclusive I have ever been to that make you pay for the games, kids activities, bowels, bingo etc. the all inclusive bar shuts at 11pm and then they try and hoax you into the pub where you have to pay. Wasn’t ideal arriving late at night and not being offered a drink. The lifts break all the time! Around the pool is ridiculously slippy! My own, many other children fell daily, we even witnessed a little boy smack his face and end up with a nose bleed and a black eye.
Positives … location is good, weather fab and the staff were lovely.
Safe to say we won’t be returning.

Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Facilities are brilliant, rooms clean and well kept and the entertainment team...wow!! Mary, Mike, Dino, Lilly, Barney and of course Happy keep both adults and kids entertained throughout the stay. Come here a guest, leave a friend and return as family. Brilliant holiday for the whole family.

The hotel wasn't all that but the staff were amazing, nothing was to much for them. Would do anything to make sure you had a enjoyable stay.
A big Thank you to Sonel and bhekriya,in the restaurant, who looked after dietary requirements, who are a asset to the role and company, very helpful, knowledgeable, always ready to go the extra mile with a smile, wishing them both the very best
There is alot of room for improvement which I would like to bring to attention of management
There is alot of food wastage, please put up signs to remind others of the wastage and set a standard on this, to encourage change
More vegetarian dishes to be included at meal times
It is easier for a meat eater to have a vegetarian meal but fir a vegetarian to eat meat and please note not all vegetarians eat eggs
Wishing all the very best xx

Really family focused hotel. Great food and staff. The entertainment team was amazing. Rooms were a little dated, but had been refreshed with new decor and they were spotlessly clean.
Hotel lobby, restaurants and pool areas were all lovely. Stylish and modern.
The hotel is located in a quiet part of Marmaris about 15 mins walk from the bustle of Siteler on the beachfront.
This was our first visit to Turkiye and Grand Cettia was perfect for us (kids 7 & 12).

Hotel as a whole is great. Location is good, free shuttle to the beach which was perfect for us. Hotel pools were good too, 30 degree temperature but the pools soon cooled you down, you have to move about however as the pool is very chilly.
Downside to the hotel has to be the food, very lackluster food, no real traditional Turkish food, English garb really. And everyday was the same, our 3 yr old has a good appetite but we found he only ate chips and pizza. Nothing else really on offer for him which was a shame. All in all, good hotel. I'd go back
