Highly recommend this hotel we have been 6 times over the years and away to book for next year. The hotel photographer is amazing and captured so many brilliant memories and family photos for us over the years at a great price. Food is brilliant and my 2 fussy kids always find something to eat. All the staff are brilliant and nothing is a problem. Can't wait to go back here again

We stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days the hotel's location is about 10 minutes bus away from marmaris town, it is easy to to commute there is a bus stop down the hill, and a few restaurants and souvenir shops around the hotel.
Check-in was smooth and staff are friendly and helpful.
We had the family room, it was spacious lots of storage for your luggge and clothes, there is a mini fridge and a safe you can hire for a fee. The downside of the room is the decore, it look tired but overall the room is okay.
We booked for all inclusive meal, Breakfast was okay there are lots of options to choose from they even have a outside cook to order section where they serve pancakes, omelettes and fried eggs. Lunch and dinner was the same there are lots of option but needs improvement on the quality of the food.
Pool area a big enough it does not get crowded (we travel May half term).
The highlight of our stay is the SPA! I highly recommend trying the classic hammam spa.
Overall we had a great stay.

Visited this hotel for third year running and it didn’t disappoint. We had another fantastic family holiday. The staff are amazing especially the entertainment team! If you want to go to the beach or main shopping area it’s less than a fiver in a taxi if you don’t fancy the walk. Although there is a decent selection of shops within easy walking distance. We will be back again!

If you are looking for a luxury hotel with modern decor you can stop reading this review here, this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for a hotel that povides excellent value for money, this place could be the perfect place for you.
I nearly didn't book this place because of the wildly contrasting reviews, but I decided to go ahead and for me it was a great decision. I got a great deal via EasyJet holiday's and found the hotel to be great value for money.
The hotel is quite crowded but thats because it was by far the most affordable all inclusive package holiday available, so you will need to be prepared for that.
I believe the problem is that people do not understand that the hotel is rated 4 star based on its facilities and not its class, if we are talking about class then the rating would be no more than 3 starts.
The room we stayed in was simple but clean and comfortable, room was also cleaned every day with fresh towels provided upon request. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. That is my requirement, this may not be the same for other people.
There is 5 different meal times, the food options are largely good quality however it can be repetitive but I expected that and I didn't always eat in the hotel so I was fine with that.
The pool was fine, plenty of sunbeds but you have the usual problem of people leaving towels on the sunbeds and reserving them.
There is a basic gym, its adequate if you can be creative with dumbells and a bench, it has 3 running machines and 1 working cross trainer.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, I didn't experience any rudeness. The one downside I experienced was that the wifi wasnt working for the first couple of days. Also there is no iron in the rooms so take a travel one.
Overall this is the place for you if you have reasonable expectations and if you understand the concept of getting what you paid for.

Staff are nice, rooms are okay but the quality of food and the drink is poor, ive eaten out most days which has defeated the point of all inclusive and I could say its me being fussy but literally everyone one else I've spoken to has said the same. Pool is okay for the kids and they are very friendly staff but wouldn't stay here again. Its about a 10 min walk to the beach so not a terrible location and if you like night life still loads of bars just outside the hotel, views are also good mountains behind and see views from the front over looking the town. So not all bad
