If you are looking for a luxury hotel with modern decor you can stop reading this review here, this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for a hotel that povides excellent value for money, this place could be the perfect place for you.
I nearly didn't book this place because of the wildly contrasting reviews, but I decided to go ahead and for me it was a great decision. I got a great deal via EasyJet holiday's and found the hotel to be great value for money.
The hotel is quite crowded but thats because it was by far the most affordable all inclusive package holiday available, so you will need to be prepared for that.
I believe the problem is that people do not understand that the hotel is rated 4 star based on its facilities and not its class, if we are talking about class then the rating would be no more than 3 starts.
The room we stayed in was simple but clean and comfortable, room was also cleaned every day with fresh towels provided upon request. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. That is my requirement, this may not be the same for other people.
There is 5 different meal times, the food options are largely good quality however it can be repetitive but I expected that and I didn't always eat in the hotel so I was fine with that.
The pool was fine, plenty of sunbeds but you have the usual problem of people leaving towels on the sunbeds and reserving them.
There is a basic gym, its adequate if you can be creative with dumbells and a bench, it has 3 running machines and 1 working cross trainer.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, I didn't experience any rudeness. The one downside I experienced was that the wifi wasnt working for the first couple of days. Also there is no iron in the rooms so take a travel one.
Overall this is the place for you if you have reasonable expectations and if you understand the concept of getting what you paid for.

Absolutely Loved It! Especially the Kids Club!
Just got back from our stay at the Grand Cettia Hotel and honestly, we had the best time! Hands down the highlight of the whole trip was the kids club our little ones didn’t want to leave! Massive shoutout to Amy, Merry, and Lar – you guys were incredible. So friendly, fun, and just genuinely amazing with the kids. They were buzzing every day to go back, and as a parent, that peace of mind is priceless.
The entertainment team was also brilliant – always something going on. Loads of laughs and good vibes all around. Everyone put in so much effort to make sure everyone had a great time, and it really showed.
Food was good, staff all round were lovely. Already planning our return wouldn’t go anywhere else now in Marmaris!
See you soon Grand Cettia! 😊

The rooms are quite dated and small. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. They did lack in leaving the correct amount of towels on multiple occasions.
The food was decent, I would say around the school holidays it will be inadequate. There was always fresh meat being cooked. The lunch menu was okay decent, too.
The location was okay. There were quite a few shops around, do not use the shop inside the holtel go and use Delboys across the road

we had a amazing hoilday all inclusive 7 day stay, there are loads of excursions to do here but should research competitive prices before hand, spoke to loads of other people anout there hotels but this 1 seemed to have been 1 of the very best. Food was also delicious and so much for kids to do in the pools. Clean and safe/family friendly hotel

Special thanks to Barney, Potter, Merry, Sebo, Oguzhan and Mehmet - always good fun and went out the way to make sure you had a great time.
Rooms - good size, clean, nice wee balcony, fridge and tv. Good size bathroom as well.
Pool area - just right, not too big, perfect for cooling off, plenty pool games as well so good fun.
Staff - see above. Couldnt help enough.
All inclusive runs out at 11pm but the Holmes pub stays open for 2hrs. Pity its nearly twice as expensive as locals at 250 lira for a pint - even 200 would be better when everyone else charges 150.
Spa - excellent. Highly highly recommend.
Food - some of this needs attention. The Le Select restaurant had some great stuff - but also really poor stuff (meatballs nearly every night, curry with no flavour)
Met some great folk here though, some great staff and would 100% return to it. Really relaxed 10 days
