This hotel is good value for money. The apartments are spacious and most importantly clean. The furniture and baths are a bit outdated but for the price, it's absolutely fine and functional. We got a lovely balcony too. The bar is very reasonably priced and the food is actually good too. The location can be a bit far for walking all the time from the main strips/beach but there are taxis next to the hotel that cost 8-10 Euro. The hotel also offers complementary bus service at 10:30 and 11:30 am. The safety boxes are free however, we did find it strange that you have to pay for WiFi. Usually, it is the other way around. Overall, this is a good place to stay.

We stayed for 6 nights in a pool view room.
The reception and the rooms are giving off 80s-90s decor vibes. It definitely needs an upgrade with the design. For me it was not clean enough, the floor was dirty there was no dish soap in the kitchen..
you do get towels that they change whenever you need them to be cleaned, after I walked through the apartment bare foot, it was black and full of dust.
There’s a tv in the living room with English channels, a sofa bed and a balcony.
In the kitchen you have electric cooker, kettle(with a British plug), toaster, microwave and basic dishes/appliances you would need.
The bathroom has a hair dryer.
In the bedroom you have 2 beds pushed together, the pillows are so uncomfortable, the blankets don’t have sheets on so that’s a bit musty, there’s a balcony in the bedroom as well.
What really baffles me is there’s no AC and if you don’t want to die of heat stroke you can rent a portable AC from €80😂 another thing that angered me is the WiFi, I attached the price list for it; if you staying for a week you have to pay €20 PER DEVICE, I’m sorry it’s 2026, WiFi should be included in the price list.
You do get free complimentary buses to the beach.
They also have a small restaurant/bar, pools. We tried the food and it was okay, relatively cheap.
If you’re going by car I have attached 2 photos of a small uphill road next to the hotel, follow it, turn to the right until you see gravel parking spaces that’s free. Once you check in they will give you a key (€10deposit they will pay it back after) for the gate that has access directly from the parking to the apartments.

Great appartments. Spacious with a massive south facing balcony. Clean and tidy. Only downside is no plugs near beds. And WiFi only avaliable while at reception. Bit out the way, however a nice walk at night. With a taxi back. Prices from €7 to €9. On site snack bar is fine pizza and cheses toasty were good. Shop is OK, probably best to get supplies and bring them back to room.

Just had a lovely week here with the family. Rooms are clean, but can get warm as no air con. They have everything you need for a self catering holiday. A lovely little shop on sight, which I think takes deliverys of bread/eggs etc on a Wednesday. The little cafe/bar is reasonable and everyone is really friendly and isnopen until about 9pm. The pools are decent, though the flooring is coming up on parts of them, especially the little pool, so make sure your kids have water shoes on. Location is ideal, in between Los cristianos and Las Americas, you can either walk the 20 mins to either or grab a taxi from the rank at the bottom of the hill. Bare in mind, the hotel itself is up a hill, like most of tenerife, so if you have elderly or young people with you take this into consideration. Overall we had a great time and we will be back.

There is alot of steps and 2 lifts but still expect to walk and get taxis although they're not expensive and the hotel runs a minibus service daily at 10.30 and 11.30 to the Hard Rock Cafe area and then a return pick up at 17.30 back to the hotel.except Sundays. Apartments are basic, spacious and clean the staff are great and very helpful. Reception is 24 hour and will order you a taxi on asking, they speak very good English.
