Our stay at Palacio de Isora was simply wonderful — a true paradise where every detail is carefully taken care of. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff showed exceptional attention, creating a calm, professional, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere that lasts throughout the stay.
But if there’s one thing we must highlight, it’s the Oasis restaurant. Without a doubt, one of the hotel’s true gems. The quality of the food is excellent — dishes prepared with care, fresh ingredients, and impeccable presentation — but what truly makes the experience special is the human team behind it.
We want to give special thanks to Erika, Bea, and Javi, three people who take the concept of service to another level. Each of them shows genuine attention, kindness, and professionalism. Erika with her constant smile and natural warmth, Bea with her caring and attentive manner, and Javi with the perfect mix of friendliness and efficiency that makes you feel right at home. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do, and it shows in how they look after every table and turn each meal into a memorable moment.

My recent stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
We booked an ocean view room, and the view itself was breathtakingly incredible. Waking up to the sight and sound of the Atlantic every morning was a highlight of our trip and truly elevated the entire experience.
The hotel grounds and services are top-notch, and the staff was truly exceptional. We especially appreciated how attentive they were regarding our baby's milk allergy. The staff was so helpful and kind, and they cooked a special, custom breakfast for him every single morning, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.
For families, there are many activities scheduled throughout the day and an excellent area dedicated to infants, which made traveling with our little one so much easier and more enjoyable.
The hotel offers a selection of several different restaurants, each with unique cuisine. While the quality of the food at each was high, please note that the prices were quite high. Additionally, each restaurant seems to specialize in a single meal service (e.g., one only offers breakfast, another only lunch, and another only dinner). This structure meant there weren't a lot of dining options available for a specific mealtime, which could be a little repetitive over a longer stay.
A note on location: the hotel is a bit far from the main city areas, so I would strongly advise guests rent a car to fully enjoy Tenerife and explore the surrounding towns with ease.
Overall, the stunning ocean view, the fantastic amenities for children, and the genuinely caring staff made this an unforgettable five-star experience. We'd return in a heartbeat!

My experience at Hotel Palacio de Isora was simply exceptional. From the moment of arrival, you can feel the organization, the kindness of the staff, and the attention to every detail.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer stunning views of the ocean and gardens. Everything is spotless and perfectly maintained. The infinity pools are breathtaking — ideal for relaxing in total tranquility — and the gardens are beautifully cared for. The spa and relaxation areas are a true luxury.
The gastronomy at the hotel also deserves special mention: great variety, high quality, and beautifully presented dishes in every restaurant. But without a doubt, what makes the experience truly unforgettable is the human touch. At the Oasis Restaurant, the service from Erika, Bea, and Javi was absolutely outstanding — friendly, attentive, professional, and always with a smile. They turn every meal into something special.
Thanks to them and to the entire team, the hotel’s service reaches an excellent level. Truly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The best of the best.

My experience at Hotel Palacio de Isora was excellent, but what truly made the difference was the Oasis Restaurant. The food was spectacular — every dish was carefully prepared and full of flavor.
I’d like to especially highlight the restaurant team: Erika, Bea, and Javi, who provided impeccable service — always attentive, friendly, and with a smile. Thanks to them, every meal became a special moment.
Definitely a place to return to and recommend. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant and unique!

Facilities are very good, but that’s where it ends. Queues for breakfast lunch and dinner are like theme parks, 15 - 30 minutes plus. There are too many guest for the hotel to cope. There’s not enough seating or staff. We were all inc and weren’t able to book a restaurant once despite complaining twice. Expecting to eat at the buffet unless you spend another £1.5-2k upgrading to red level but even some guests with red level had the same experience. They’ve over sold all inc and can’t provide the service. Pools and beds were so full that people were putting towels out at 6.30am to get a bed!! Tables and floor is dirty as they don’t have time to clean between sittings. 40-50 people ahead of us in every queue, even had restaurant at lunch close because it was full. Very poor value for money
