We stayed here as a family of 4 ( 2 boys aged 7 & 5) from 6-13 April - it was the perfect family friendly holiday. We were so pleased to have picked this hotel as the location & setting were beautiful, with traditional style architecture. Conveniently 20 min walk to marina & lovely beach but also a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere than bigger hotels. The buffet was superb, every staff member made a real effort to be helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the diverse range of food available. The rooms were fine & more spacious than we expected. The boys had the best time in the pool, especially the kids pool with flumes where they played for hours. The kids club was great, they both thoroughly enjoyed going to this & the mini disco. Special mention to Anna who took the time to really bond with them - we were all sad to leave & hope to return next Easter!

Pepe on pancakes brought Joy to our mornings, children loved the fresh chocolate pancakes made by him! Our evening entertainment was 10/10 and Lucas and Dante are a huge credit to the Animation team. Lucas is clearly very devoted to his job and highly skilled too, a true professional!! The best entertainment we have seen, their Broadway show was outstanding!! Well done to the team, you deserve rewards for your hard work and efforts. Dante was comical and flamboyant and we just loved him too!
The hotel was clean and well maintained and nothing was too much at all. Management were visible and approachable if needed. Which dealt efficiently with any issues or questions we had.
Another great, memorable stay here. Thanks for everything! X

Loved our stay. Pepe serving at the buffet was fantastic, brings joy to the mornings. Entertainment was fantastic and Lucas & Dante were very good at their jobs, and providing exceptional effort outside of the entertainment areas. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. All the staff are so polite and the rooms are very good.

We have had the best time, wish we could have stayed longer! The animation team (big shout out to Paula) were fantastic. Our daughter absolutely loved it!! She went to Maxi club and had the best time, along with mini disco so full of energy and excitement! Well done to all of you! X

The hotel has been amazing. I am coeliac and dairy free and the restaurant could not have been more accommodating, I could pick anything I liked (from the buffet) to be made separately in the kitchen so no risk of cross contamination. They was even Gluten free and Diary free pancakes (daughter dairy free so she was very happy, we took our own dairy free version of Nutella to put on them, they was only regular Nutella so glad we did) . Rooms are great, pools are lovely and they is a little beach close good for playing on.
