It's clean and tidy, but it's not the place to go if you need some chill time. The food was excellent in the main restaurant, with plenty of choice on offer. In fact, I would give it 5 stars. It's great for foodies. Beware, though, you can put on a few pounds.
The room we had again was clean and maintained, apart from a noisy ceiling fan. You can hear toilet flushing and other night-time activities from the adjacent rooms!

All in all, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the outside bar served food that wasn't very good, with poor choice, and it always seemed cold and not very tasty.
Signage & directions, as it is a large complex, could be more helpful and need improving.
It's a suitable choice for a family holiday, but seniors seeking relaxation may want to consider other options.

Great hotel, rooms are a great size with loads of space for a family.
The pools are slightly heated which helps in the winter.
Staff are excellent from start to finish, making the holiday a great experience.
The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive buffet.
The drinks are the only let down the cocktails are awful- but the beer is always great.
This is a family hotel so don't expect a quite stay. It's a great family hotel maybe not for couples although there are adult only zones.

Brilliant hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean. The food was phenomenal, easily the best food we’ve eaten at an all inclusive. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks and mention to Tony (in the restaurant) who made our stay extra special and took good care of us everyday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We just finished our stay with 8 months baby and the stay was great.
My little one in particular enjoyed baby's club with Raquel. She was extremely caring and playful with the children. Baby's club is cleaned regularly and have sleeping area too. We left our little one there daily for an hour as we knew that she will be looked after.
Hotel is amazing for small children and everyone in the hotel is perfect and helpful.
There are swimming pools for any ages children.
We would definitely return back.

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in. It is not 5 stars, not even close. 2 star at best. If you've seen benidorm, you've seen this hotel.
If you are coming with children and just want them to run around whilst you get off your head at the bar, this is the place for you. You will fit right in.
If you enjoy sleep, good food and peace, look elsewhere. There is children crying here until 1am every night.
The staff are very friendly and attentive to any issues. But this is a children's hotel for neglectful parents wanting to get drunk and let their kids do what they want.
The only reason we came was for the adults only section of the hotel, which doesn't exist. There was children below us and to the side of us. Even in the adult only pool all you can hear is screaming children. Very deceptive.
Worst holiday I've ever been on. I also got very, very sick on the 3rd day here. Most likely from the food, which all the children freely touch and sneeze on. Bon appetite.
