We only had a short stay, but it was an amazing time! Our 5yr old LOVED the kids clubs and all the staff that were there! She loved all the girls especially Valentina & Sandra. The animation team went way above and beyond and made all the kiddies feel so special, day and night, amazing! 🩷 thanks animation team for a memorable stay 🥰
The cleaning staff were so amazing also and even arranging my daughter’s teddies on the bed and making her blanket into a bow! She was delighted!

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable 10-day stay at Castillo Tagoro and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the friendliness of the staff – every single person we encountered went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and always spotless. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, and we absolutely loved the pools and the facilities, which are perfect for families with young children.
A special mention has to go to the amazing entertainment team – the whole crew were just brilliant. Our kids were completely captivated by the evening shows, kids disco and the kids’ club. The Broadway Show on our final night was the icing on the cake – spectacular from start to finish!
Thank you to all at Castillo Tagoro for giving our family such a memorable holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay here over the last week. Staff are fantastic. The entertainment/ "animations" crew are really great, our 2 girls, age 6 and 8, had a brilliant time with them. Food is excellent, good variety and quality at the buffet .

Pepe on pancakes brought Joy to our mornings, children loved the fresh chocolate pancakes made by him! Our evening entertainment was 10/10 and Lucas and Dante are a huge credit to the Animation team. Lucas is clearly very devoted to his job and highly skilled too, a true professional!! The best entertainment we have seen, their Broadway show was outstanding!! Well done to the team, you deserve rewards for your hard work and efforts. Dante was comical and flamboyant and we just loved him too!
The hotel was clean and well maintained and nothing was too much at all. Management were visible and approachable if needed. Which dealt efficiently with any issues or questions we had.

The hotel was very big, nice, kids friendly. There were a lot of activities. Though we had a few unpleasant situations like not prepared room upon our arrival, but the reception changed the room without any problem, even though the hotel was booked. The reception in general tried to make their best, the fastest they can, but please, remember it's Spain with their style of work:) Sometimes you had to remind about the additional blankets you have asked;) Cleaning was every day.
Breakfasts were every time the same, live cooking helped with that. Coffee is awful, the better coffee you can get from swimming pool bar, but it opens after the breakfast finishes. Dinners are very good and diversed. If you book the room by yourself, you better choose D or E zone. Kids still love songs and remember moves from disco. Thank you, it was a pleasant stay!
