I don’t even know where to begin. This was the holiday we needed. The most relaxed myself and my partner have been all year!
I cannot fault anything!
The hotel was so clean, the staff, every single person were so friendly and helpful.
The food was amazing and changed every evening.
The entertainment was incredible.
We didn’t want to leave the resort!
Sadly, we only stayed 5 nights all inclusive plus, but have already decided we will be coming back here next year for ten nights.
We came in October and the weather was perfect.
As a gay couple, we find it hard sometimes to find somewhere that you feel safe and can relax. I can assure you, we felt extremely safe here!
We also had a neck, back and shoulder massage during our stay and the ladies at the wellness centre were super friendly, even rubbing some lotion on us for sunburn when they saw us walking through, all complimentary! I don’t understand the bad reviews on here because our experience was nothing but perfect. Gorgeous hotel and a perfect place to stay. The only thing I would say is the beds were two singles pushed together, would be nice to actually have a double bed in the room.

We have just had seven glorious nights at The GC Princess. The room was fabulous with the comfiest of beds!! Cleaned everyday. The pool area was stunning. Food was as ok as it can be, always prefer freshly cooked food but there was a great selection each day. Reception staff were always so smiley and helpful. Great location. 25 min to the seafront. Couple of euros to the Yumbo/Cita district for the evening.
Will defo come back if we return to GC and happy to highly recommend

I stayed here after being a massive fan of their sister hotel the Maspalomas Princess and wanting to try another Princess hotel. Our main stand out from the trip was how accommodating the staff were when we got placed next door to some very troublesome guests. They moved us to another room the next day without any fuss and we really appreciated this.
Lovely modern hotel with a really nice pool area. We really enjoyed the entertainment variety, the extras like the sauna and jacuzzis not usually found in resorts and the good variety buffet.
About a 20 minute walk down the beach but good distance to some local restaurants. Only improvement could be the air con in the room (we stayed in two rooms after getting moved and both was equally really weak) this made nights very hot. And the only other thing was the cleaners started at 8:30 which is great however they're incredibly noisy outside the rooms , shouting to eachother down the corridors etc and although 8:30 isn't the crack of dawn , after working hard at home we would of appreciated a few lie ins which were impossible! Otherwise a really great hotel and really good price. Thank you!

Overall it didn’t feel luxurious and wouldn’t hurry back.
Staff weren’t very helpful, and was told different information from different employees. I had to ask three different members of staff before I was able to find the towel exchange (which was inconveniently only available between 10:30am-11:30am instead of just having bins of clean and dirty available throughout the day) and was hidden away near trees, so difficult to find. Felt like I kept getting palmed off by staff members trying to find it.
For all inclusive snacks were only offered between 3pm-5:30pm. A lot of drinks you had to pay for separately. And no tea or coffee was available in the buffet area with lunch or dinner. Food was decent otherwise.
Cleanliness was very mid. On our first day there were dirty shoe marks in our shower and balcony furniture was covered in a film of grime - so we didn’t want to use for our trip.
Plenty of sun beds. Bottom of the pool was dirty.

It's been about 8 years since we last came to the gran canaria princess and was expecting the same great experience. It was around 11.15pm when we arrived and as we walked into our room, we was greeted by very loud music playing from the entertainment outside. This finished at 11.30pm. We expected to have a good night's sleep but people banging doors and shouting along the corridors kept us awake for most of it. It was only for one night and after that it improved. The beds are comfy and the showers are the best we've ever had. Air conditioning was good but sometimes too cold. Food was OK but not as good as our last stay. Plenty of sun loungers and no saving of them. Not many cocktails available for all inclusive people and the ones there were, were pre made and mostly ice. Over all a very enjoyable holiday
