We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely give it the highest rating. From the very beginning, the staff impressed us with their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help at any moment — truly outstanding service.
The hotel is very clean and well organized, with a large, beautiful territory and plenty of entertainment options. One of our favorite features was the heated swimming pool. Since this is an adults-only hotel, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with no noise, and the pools were almost always free.
Our room on the seventh floor was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the comfortable balcony and appreciated having a kettle and a refrigerator in the room.
Housekeeping deserves special mention — the staff was very attentive, regularly checking if we needed anything and ensuring excellent cleanliness.
A truly special and touching moment was the birthday greeting from the reception. It was unexpected, very thoughtful, and made us feel genuinely appreciated.
There were only a few very minor details worth mentioning. The bedding followed an Italian-style setup with flat sheets instead of a standard duvet cover, which may feel unusual and slightly less comfortable, especially for guests who move a lot during sleep. Additionally, among the juice options, only the apple juice tasted like real juice.
We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality adults-only 🫶🏻

Stayed here in January and I've had such a fantastic time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Service exemplary. All inclusive was incredible and the drinks were freely available. Food was amazing and I'm often quite fussy when it comes to food. Pool area was lovely, lots of plants and palm trees. The wellness centre is also truly worthwhile, hot tub, steam room and sauna. Already planning next year's break. I have no negatives apart from the fact I have to go home!

We had 5 days here. The rooms are spacious but basic. Meets the needs .. Beds are very comfortable. UK tv channels available in rooms (BBC1, 2, ITV C5 & film 4).
Rooms clean but not cleaned every day we stayed.
Nice pool area, thank goodness no one reserves beds! We went down around 9:30-10 and beds still available. Lots of beds are shaded however this is due to building positioning. We always saw free sunbeds as people came and went as they day went on.
Food was average to good depending on the day.
Our only gripe is that we have always been able to refil our water bottles for free (without being all
Inclusive) at almost all hotels we have stayed at over the past few years, but not here. Also would be nice to have paper cups to be able to take away a morning coffee from the breakfast room, again as we have been able to in many other hotels (without being on all inclusive).
Location was decent. 15 min stroll to Yumbo centre
Location to beach good, 10-15 min walk to Maspalomas/playa del
Inglés beach. With an hour to hour 15
Walk along the sea front to Meloneras past the dunes .lots of kiosks for drinks/toilets along the way.

We were too late for dinner upon arrival, a meal box was delivered to our room, nice touch! The room was large and spotlessly clean, the furnishings are somewhat tired. There was no hot water at the shower on two mornings. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good selection and seating was well organised, compared to other hotels. There is no longer a drink service at the main bar area, you need to order and pay for drinks at the bar and some of the sofas were worn. The hotel staff were very good, particularly the chamber maids who were very cheerful. The hotel is in a good location. The lifts can get very busy at peak times.

Rooms were clean and quiet, and all amenities were in great condition with absolutely no complaints there. The hotel is in a great location and also offers decent parking inside the property, although if you arrive late at night you might not always get a spot; fortunately the street nearby has plenty of street parking and it is usually easy to find a place close to the hotel. The only downside for me was the breakfast, which seemed to focus more on quantity than quality. There were many varieties of cold cuts, breads and pastries, but some items like the sauteed vegetables lacked seasoning and the bacon and scrambled eggs felt a bit soggy. The pastries tasted somewhat cheap overall, although the croissant was surprisingly tasty despite being slightly soggy. The breakfast was acceptable, but personally I did not enjoy it that much. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was excellent.
