A dream vacation – everything was perfect!
I spent 10 unforgettable days at Hotel Princess in Gran Canaria, and I can honestly say everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, was impeccable. Every single member of the staff – from reception, housekeeping, kitchen and dining staff, to bartenders – was absolutely wonderful.
Everyone was kind, welcoming, professional, and always attentive to our needs. I felt truly cared for from the very first moment, which made my vacation relaxing and full of joy.
The hotel has a calm, pleasant atmosphere – ideal for rest, but also great for fun and socializing. The food was delicious and diverse, the cocktails were perfectly made, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for a 10+ experience! I’ll definitely return and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Gran Canaria.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Princess Hotel in Gran Canaria in May 2025, and we couldn’t be more impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out.
The hotel itself is fantastic — the facilities are modern, well-maintained, and there is so much to enjoy. Everything was impeccably clean, which gave us peace of mind and made our stay even more comfortable. We opted for the half board option, and the food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was nothing short of amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start our day on the best note. Dinner was also very enjoyable, with a great selection of dishes that were tasty and well-presented.
Overall, our experience at the Princess Hotel was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, excellent facilities, and quality food made this one of the best vacations we’ve had. Honestly the most perfect place to stay. I don’t really have a bad thing to say about it. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were lovely, good air conditioning, lovely bathroom and balcony. The bed was massive! The dining/buffet was easy, so many options and lovely seating. The pool was our favourite part. It was a perfect stay, would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Very nice hotel, nothing bad to comment on to be honest. Very varied food, nice animation (not too pushy), clean pool/hotel in general, good variety of cocktail for the All In,… There was also always place, every time we went to get food we could sit outside independent from the time we went, same counts for the beds around the pool.
Would really recommend to people who love relax om holiday and eat different foods.

A fantastic choice to stay for your holidays, we came back second year in a row, room is always clean and with all the necessities. You have the option of half board or full board, we personally like half board as we like exploring more local places instead of having lunch/dinner in one place. There is a big variety of choices but if you are vegetarian like me you might feel a little bit limited and if you are vegan you have only a couple of choices.
The pool is absolutely great, there is a wellness area for massage, jacuzzi, spa, sauna. There are also plenty of morning classes such as Yoga, Pilates and more. In the evening you have live music themes which can be a lot of fun but there are more options around the area if you want to be more adventurous.
Lastly, we wanted the same room we had last year, we requested it via emails and they honoured their promise which we truly appreciate it!
