Have a wonderful stay at the Gran Canaria Princess hotel, staff were brilliant, always smiling and helpful, rooms were fab, very trendy and spotlessly clean, food was great- something for everyone, we loved the lovely breakfast pastries, the everything you could imagine salad bar, loads of fresh fruit, chocolate fountain, Chinese night , steaks, prawns, all delicious. Pool area was spotlessly clean, we always got a sunbed whatever time of day, there was a great spa, wellness area, and entertainment each night. Already looking to go back, can’t recommend enough👌

I stayed here for 3 days and it was pleasant.
When I arrived there was a queue at reception, however they let me put my luggage in the storage. I didn't think the staff were overly friendly when I checked in.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The pillows were quite lumpy.
Nice supply of tea and coffee. The view from my balcony was delightful.
I was woken up at 8am on Saturday and Sunday morning by the cleaners and they never gave me time to respond or open the door so they opened the door before me responding - this is unacceptable.
The breakfast was plentiful - a decent choice for all tastes, especially the fresh fruit, jams and cheeses. I couldn't find any cutlery and a bowl! It took me ages to find things :)
The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly. Especially the lunchtime staff.

Beautiful holiday experience. The standard of food was excellent, great choice and quality. A lovely dining experience on the outside dining terrace. The hotel is clean throughout, staff are friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, the king size bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had and this was important as I have back problems. Bathroom was spacious and the excellent shower both generously proportioned and powerful. Thanks for a lovely holiday. Mike

Had a good stay at this hotel with my parents. We had half board which made life very easy and it was reasonably priced. Food was good and lots of good salads to choose from. I am gluten free and did find it easy to find good options. Only things was that the desserts were mostly cakes and not well marked so did not want to eat any of them. Location is good. Parking is free.

Exactly what you'd hope for in a 4 star hotel on holiday. The rooms are all a good size, modern and comfortable. No problems getting a sun lounger and nice to have a heated pool for swimming in late January! Breakfast was good quality with a lot of choice.
Only gripes - sun loungers felt a bit past their best and lifts could get very congested at busy times ( we used the stairs a lot, which is no bad thing).
