Would not recommend, I stayed here with my wife and 2 children and we have had nothing but issues I have had money go missing rooms not being tidy on arrival and also staff stealing. On the night of the earthquake a manager from the bar was laughing at my daughter for being scared and frightened so I will never be staying here again

DONT GO!! This hotel is so bad! Main man manager the day one is awful and so rude. Our windows didn’t close. There was no cameras near our room. Air conditioning was so bad and WiFi was awful. Food gave me diarrhoea and since not eating there I have been fine. Stupid me but I left money in the room hidden thought was safe as I got a label for the door to say the cleaners and no one could go in. I had £200 robbed and then I rang the police and the manager tried saying it never happens but pfffftt! Have you seen the other reviews! Telly is rubbish. Some staff is okay but rest are awful and try to sleep with people. Pool is crap and they always turn the slide off. Pool always closes early and kids can’t have fun. Bathroom always smells like wee no matter how much you try to clean it. Horrible place. I have always loved marmaris till I stayed in this hotel. Locals from marmaris have spoken about how bad this place is. We tried asking them to look at the cameras and they took hours to do it and wouldn’t let us see. They gave out passport details to Random’s and also they all had a key to every room.

Honestly would not recommend this hotel in the slightest, not only do the reception staff understand a word of english they are very rude and unwelcoming. We had cameras/sensors in our rooms and the doors did not lock, the staff messed around in the lobby early hours in the morning creating ample noises when we asked to be moved rooms they told us if we didn't like it to leave, we had to book a new hotel.

I beg that no one stays here ever!!!! we have had over 11000 lira stolen out of the room by staff , the window was broken when we arrived and took over 3 days to be fixed after reported but also the manager was very rude and aggressive when confronted about the theft from our room claiming he makes over 1million lira a month and that he do not care about if the money was taken and that he hoped it was more so the police was called and dealt with the situation and from talking with other guests they have had similar experiences when staying here. Read before booking this hotel

Stay away! Lady at front desk couldn't speak english properly which wasnt a big issue but then she tried to charge £1 each person per day for internet when it was free. Also room wasn't clean. Toilet seat had stains on it which they said wasn't removable and towels were dirty and had stains.
