We have just spent a week at the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
Our room was spacious with a sea view and terrace. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard and fresh water supplied.
The food was good with a variety to suit all tastes .
There was entertainment every evening in the bar lounge which was very good.
The pool areas are lovely with plenty of seating and wonderful sea views.
We found the staff in all areas of the hotel very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is lovely and quiet but only a 10 to 15 min walk into Puerto Rico or a taxi for 5 euro.
Port Morgan worth a visit easily accessible by boat ,bus or taxi.
We took a taxi to the markets which cost 20 euro for 4 people and took the ferry back for 8 euro each ,it makes a nice day out.

This hotel is a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The dining room is a highlight, with a wide range of delicious dishes and a team of waiters who always greet you with a smile and a good tone. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming, and the rooms are large and comfortable.

Outstanding stay – exceptional staff and wonderful atmosphere
I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in Gran Canaria, and it exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the very first moment, the reception team made me feel welcome and well cared for. A special mention goes to Luis, whose leadership and professionalism are evident, along with his excellent teammates Piero and the rest of the reception lady’s staff, who were always kind, efficient, and helpful.
The service at the pool area deserves equal praise, especially Ramon, who was attentive, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfect. The restaurant staff, across all meals, consistently provided high-quality service with a smile, contributing greatly to the overall experience.
I would also like to highlight El Cubano, the bellboy, whose warmth and helpful attitude added a very personal and pleasant touch to our stay and taking care of my car and luggage.
The hotel itself is fantastic: well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable—the private pool AMAZING - making it easy to relax and fully enjoy the holiday.
Overall, this was an exceptional experience thanks to an outstanding team and a wonderful hotel. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gran Canaria.

The view is absolutely stunning from the rooms and by the pool. The room was very big, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a large balcony all of which is cleaned spotless every day.
The drinks are fairly typical for a Spanish all inclusive.
The snack bar food was decent for that sort of food. Pizza, hotdog, burger etc.
The biggest let down of the hotel is the main dining room offering. Breakfast wasnt great. Beans were hard and watery sauce as one example. The main dining options are ok but not great, The cooked meat section was generally good, However the pasta was regularly not cooked properly with some bits of pasta uncooked mixed into the stuff that's cooked. There was some odd choices for example a chicken curry one day with no Pilau rice on offer, next day you have Pilau rice but nothing for it to go with. 🤷 The pasta section at night you have to stand in line waiting because of some idea of frying it in butter.
The main issue aside from these niggles though is the food temperature. Warm at best for the large part. Perhaps some warming trays below the food would work better than heat lamps.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly not put anyone off going but we would not go all inclusive if we stayed again due to the standard/temperature of the food.

We have just spent ten nights at this hotel as a family of eight, with children. Overall the hotel I would say is a 3.5 star / 5 based on the hotel, amenities and staff. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
Great views
Huge rooms
Huge balconies
Looks better in real life than on pictures
Entertainment was better than expected
Great splash park
Great pirate ship park
Lots for children to do
Some lovely staff
€24 per day for all inclusive upgrade
Great showers
Good selection of food and drink for adults
Amazing trips nearby
Decor is good
Jewellery shop has lots of nice things and run by lovely man
Cons:
Some unfriendly staff, especially Jennifer on reception who was extremely rude. This unfortunately tainted our holiday.
Cleanliness of bathrooms and tiles in rooms could be better
Rooms needed bathrobes, slippers and toiletries as basics being a spa hotel
Sun-bed warriors putting towels out at night or very early and they were not removed, this would be a main reason to stop me coming back
Not a great selection of food or drink for children
Entertainment was too late for children (9.30pm-12pm)
Pool area set up in rows is off putting
Splash pool needs none slip mats coming out and clear glass not frosted
Outdoor tiles are extremely slippy too, there’s going to be a bad accident
We had a great stay as the rooms, views, entertainment and day trips made the holiday.
