Overall the hotel is not bad, exactly three stars. The staff every other time, on the first day of our visit, we arrived late, warning and asking if we could have dinner, during dinner the waiter came up with plastic glasses and showed that we should pour our drinks with glass ones. The cleaning lady, if there is no do not disturb sign, calls the number without knocking or without warning or asking. There is no lighting in the room, only a bedside lamp. Towels are paid (10 euros) and are not new. If you don't buy a drink at the bar, get it with everything included, then your drink will be in a cardboard leaky cup rather than a glass tumbler. The hotel had already closed on 10/08/2023, 10/07/2023, lunch and evening there was practically nothing on the buffet, the tables were either empty, or mostly half empty, or there were leftovers with what was left from the day before yesterday. In general, if you come, just lying on the beach and swimming is not bad.

A good choice for a budget family holiday. Great location, three lovely beaches reached by broad stone stairs. The hotel's strongest feature is cleanliness, which is much appreciated. We had the spacious Family Room, everything good, with spectacular views. The food is much better than it looks. While it is the usual sort of choices you get at any budget all-inclusive, it has not been overcooked into mush and there are some suprisingly delicous offers. The special nights (tapas, outdoor grill) however were not very good, but there were plenty of better options in the regular food area. Pool is nice and clean, lots of seating. Staff is very hardworking and seem calm and professional despite the heavy workload. Our seven year son enjoyed the nightly child disco, but we did not attend any other animations as the disco itself has a strong and unpleasant moldy odor. And anyway it seemed that every night there was a big show in the nearby town square, much better to be outdoors. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, we would come here again.

Excellent hotel , great location and amazing value for money. Rooms are slightly dated but you get what you pay for, it’s a budget hotel. The entire complex is extremely clean including the pool. Food is brilliant too , better than some more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in before. Would recommend

Overall: not great/not terrible. Hotel is divided to three building. Two are close by the sea. One is purely rooms. Other is rooms/swimming pool and disco downstairs. Third building is over the street where are rooms and dining room. Rooms: It is obvious that it is not very new hotel. Rooms are clean and service is without complains but for example you cannot fully close doors to lavatory because it doesn't fit the frame. Service: room service is absolutely ok and stuff is very friendly and helpful. Can't complain:). Thumbs up. Food: food is 4/5. We have been to 4* hotel in malorca and food was considerably worst. Breakfast are classic and ok, and dinners are good. Always some fresh fish and something extra and it was usually very good. Kids: hotel offers kindergarten on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. We haven't used. There is disco every night and we heard it in the room but it was not really an issue for the kids. Beaches: for small kids who does not snorchl yet and want just sand and not very deep water I DONOT recommend. Beaches are part sand part small stones and pretty steep (for those kids). Bigger stones and rock are close by. So this location is perfect for snorkeling. We had rented car for whole vacation and drove all over the island (beach formentor/ palma nova on the south etc...) Washing machine: there is available public washing machine (4 eur) and dryer (3 eur per use) close by the reception.

Ok - honest review - our stay 31/05/2023 - 08/06/2023. The hotel is very well located in this town: - you have two mini-markests just outside reception - almost private beach down the stairs (sand but stones in water) - second beach in approx 100 meters from hotel (sand but stones in water) - third beach, not seen but apparently sand and sand in water) - small but well located pool with bar next to it - plenty of sunbeds around the pool - bar well equipped and friendly - there is small pool for very young kids Food - very good all day long till 21:30 and kids ice-creams in all-inclusive option. Rooms: - old but clean - you can hear all your neighbours specially in toilet ;) but this was not a big problem. - our room had town/sea view with balcony - room was cleaned daily - no kettle, again not a big issue as breakfast starts at 8am but there is no problem to have coffee pre 8am ( just open door and make your drink) Overall: - I would give this hotel 4* - it is well located hotel if you want to see this part of the Island - make sure you have water shoes - try diving as it is the perfect place and small cliff jumping - food was very good and served all day - helpful and nice people working there - animations for kids and adults (6 days a week) We spent 8 days there and it was an amazing place to see. Recommend ;)
