We just returned from a 1 week stay and can't rate it highly enough. Rooms and public spaces are all very clean and you regularly see staff cleaning toilets etc throughout the day. Food was good and available throughout the day. For us the stars were the mini club staff. Our 3 year old absolutely loved doing the crafts and dancing. I think the staff loved Molly as much as she loved them! The pools are clean and the splash pool is brilliant for little ones. Overall a brilliant place to stay

Arrived home this afternoon after our 3rd visit! Already want to come back! We love it here, the hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and always willing to help out if needs be. The kids club is good, our kids enjoy it lots and especially Alba! There's a little park, water slides and mini pool that's shallow, activities, games room and the mini disco in the evening, our kids are always entertained with something so we don't have to listen to them tell us they're bored! It's within walking distance of some shops, restaurants and the beach. We just love everything about it! We shall be back at some point! Thank you very much to all the staff 😁

We stayed for two nights with our baby and 3.5-year-old, hoping for a fun and relaxing weekend. The hotel itself is nice: our room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good for a buffet. There were also plenty of kid-friendly activities, which we appreciated.
However, the one issue that truly affected our experience — and honestly surprised us — was the temperature of the kids’ pool (the one with the boat, dragon, and shark). The water was extremely cold, even colder than the deeper adult pool nearby. While I, as an adult, could have gotten used to it, for small children it was simply too cold.
This wouldn’t have been such a big deal if the hotel wasn’t specifically designed for families. But it is. The majority of guests had young kids, and this shallow pool is clearly intended for small kids, toddlers and even babies. Unfortunately, small children don’t move enough in the water to stay warm, and most of them wear long UV-protective swimsuits, which stay cold once wet. On top of that, parents tend to keep babies in the shade for sun protection, so even sunlight doesn’t help warm them up.
What made it even more confusing is that one would expect a shallow pool to naturally warm up more quickly than a deep one — but in this case, it didn’t. We were there during one of the windiest weekends of the summer, which definitely made it worse (though of course that’s not the hotel’s fault), but even once the wind calmed down, the water remained super cold.
We saw other families trying to encourage their kids to get in, but most of them didn’t last long. In our case, our kids didn’t want to swim after the first attempt, and by the end of the day they had both caught a cold and were coughing through the night.
We chose this hotel specifically because of its family focus and water play options for little ones, so it was very disappointing not to be able to use the main feature designed for them. Everything else was good — but when the main attraction doesn’t work for the age group it’s designed for, it’s hard to fully enjoy the stay.
We hope the hotel considers heating the kids’ pool, or at least reassessing the water temperature, especially during windy or cooler periods. A simple fix like this could make a big difference for families.

1 star felt too low, but anything higher too high. We got day passes. The pools are great. But the food is god awful. Jamie Oliver would cry for a long time. An umbrella snapped and cut my hand too. Couldn’t stay a night. But we got what we wanted I guess. Oh and the white wine was 🤢 the staff said fair enough when it couldn’t be drunk

Our 20 month old daughter's first holiday and we had a fantastic time! So glad we chose this hotel after a lot of research of many different hotels in many different areas and finally deciding on this one!
The rooms are nothing special but have everything you need, including a balcony and large mini fridge.
The staff are all fantastic, especially Jose Maria & Domingo in the restaurant :) they took the time to make our holiday feel particularly special and were so kind and friendly to our daughter, too.
The pool areas are amazing! We went at the beginning of May and the water was cold, but you soon get used to it and there's so much fun to be had you don't much notice it!
Everything really clean and we enjoyed the food on a half-board basis where we could chose whether to have lunch or dinner aswell as breakfast each day.
Really easy to stroll down to the beach and plenty of shops & restaurants. We also walked to the marina, the cable cars & large park with lake, wildlife & children's play areas.
Thank you very much and we can't wait to return soon! Highly recommend :)
