The apartment was basic but clean and tidy and luckily for us, was overlooking the first pool which was great. The rooms were cleaned every other day. The service in the bars is quick and the staff are friendly. The range of food was really good. A generally clean, tidy place with 3 good pools and a decent view out the back at sunset. 10 minute walk to the Aqua Park, which is included if you select that option. Absolutely nothing to complain about here.

Just back from a week stay here and didn’t have the best experience here, rooms were very dated with basic facilities the shower curtain was extremely flimsy and did not serve purpose as the floor constantly ended up soaking due to the curtain not going the whole way round, we tried to use the microwave the very first night we arrived to heat something for my daughter and within 2 seconds of it being on immediately smelt the strongest burning smell- if it had of been left on for the 40seconds I initially put it on for I have no doubt it would have caught fire, the staff did come and smell this themselves and immediately changed it to a new one! The beds were never made or changed the entire week we were there, towels were changed once - we had to go to reception to request new towels. Apartment floor was only brush & mopped once, this was on our last day & the bins were emptied twice during our stay. We went self catering and I am so glad we did as we had heard nothing but bad reviews regarding the food.
Sunbed wars are a thing here! Don’t expect to be getting out of bed at 9am or later and hoping to get a sunbed, we had to get up and sit down at the pool in a chair from before 8am to ensure we got a sunbed to sit on for the day! There are definitely not enough sunbeds for the amount of people that are staying there, it is extremely overcrowded.
The shop on site has very good variety with lovely staff in it we used this daily!
The entertainment staff were excellent and really made the trip for us, from the water sports to water dance they were brilliant! (1 extra star just for them)
There are a lot of restaurants just over a 5 minute walk away which were all brilliant!
Upon check out we were never asked how our stay was, whoever checked us out only asked for the room number and told us to go to the back of the building if we were with Jet2.
Overall, we are very disappointed with our stay here and would not return to this place.

Just back yesterday after spending a week at Binimar. I can honestly say we had a brilliant time. Some of the reviews I read beforehand really put me off but in my opinion they were wrong. I travelled with my husband, son and grandson and to be honest the rooms are much smaller than the photo images show but they were adequate and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing, so much choice and so fresh. The water slides for children were fabulous, my 6 year old grandson had a ball. The evening entertainment was great, varied and something for everyone. The staff work incredibly hard and Toni was a true gentleman, always smiling and courteous. All in all we had a lovely holiday and Binimar is an excellent 3 star holiday village.

The hotel is excellent for being two keys: comfortable, clean rooms, good food, friendly and attentive service. Overall, much better than what you would expect from this category.
Now, the negative: the pool turns every day into a real battlefield. At 7 in the morning hordes of English guests come down as if this were a war for territory, dropping towels to “conquer” sunbeds they don’t even use until late in the afternoon. I witnessed families occupying them since early morning and only showing up at 6 pm, while other families with small children walked around in 40°C heat with nowhere to sit.
The result: a chaotic, unfair, and unpleasant atmosphere. To make things worse, the pools are full of giant inflatables, hard balls flying around everywhere —a real danger— and lifeguards more focused on their phones than on safety. All of this ruins what would otherwise be a flawless stay.
If the hotel enforced rules on sunbeds and controlled inflatables, it would be perfect. I would gladly give it 5 stars.
MESSAGE TO THE ENGLISH:
ENOUGH WITH THIS “WAR FOR TERRITORY.” RELAX, THIS IS NOT AN INVASION. SUNBEDS ARE FOR EVERYONE, NOT JUST FOR THOSE WHO DROP A TOWEL AS IF IT WERE A FLAG. SHOW SOME RESPECT TO OTHERS.

We have just stayed at the Binimar for 5 nights. Overall the place is ok. It ticks the boxes. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready, which is fine as it was still early. We were directed to the luggage room to store our cases, which is the opposite end of the complex, so we did get lost as it wasn’t signposted well. They could do with creating the facility close to reception, as when you do finally get the call, you need to go to reception for the room cards, then back to the opposite end for the luggage, then find your room!
Next, the food was lovely. Different things every night. Breakfast is the same daily, but plenty of options. We only had lunch within the hotel once, but dinner every night had the same basics, but then had different options also.
The rooms are apartments, which are authentic and quite cute. We did however firstly get out in a room that was over the main bar, and with the entertainment going on it was honestly just too much! I rolled over at one point and heard a round of applause and thought i was in the show! Upon request, we were moved to a different apartment and everything was fine thereafter!
The actual complex is clean, well kept and has everything you need. A few bars, 3 pools, close proximity to the beach etc, a supermarket (small shop) Just avoid the air hockey machine! We tried to play it a few times and the puck never dropped!
We did however spend our days at the water park. Only as the pools at the hotel were just overcrowded (which we fully expected!) If you’re planning on going to the Aquapark, the hotel does offer discounted tickets, which is not advertised, however if you go more than one day it is heavily discounted and the savings are great!
Something else not advertised is the sunset. It was just wow! From our balcony, we could see it fine, however if you head for a 10-15 minute walk towards the edge of the island, there is a cliff edge that draws a huge crowd and you can see the sunset beautifully.
We did enjoy our time there, however we wouldn’t rush back. We weren’t blown away however it was perfect for what we needed for a short break away.
