This was a great hotel to use as a cycling base for the 3 of us. Bedroom was ample size with a fridge. Twin beds and sofa bed in the lounge was great. The room had a large balcony to sit out on. The restaurant buffet was busy but very efficient and the food much better than we were expecting. Fresh cooked fish and meats plus so many other choice’s to cater for all tastes. Breakfast choices offered fresh fruits, pastries, cold meats and cheeses as well as cooked too. Perfect for 3 hungry cyclists. Great hotel and staff. Very friendly and clean. Pool area looked great. Although the web site showed a bike store, this was not the case. However reception offered us the use of a locked store room and let us use this area on the ground floor to put the bikes in. Would definitely recommend and go back there again.

Lovely Hotel
There were 10 of us three generations from 70 tp 3
This is a great hotel for children our grandchildren are from 3 to 7 and this hotel suited them fine
Three pools are great and all were used
used.Even the little slide pool loved by the 3 year old.zThe big pool was used by all the party. The hotel team had games of pool handball and mat running. Our 3 year old loved that and the children loved the inflatable.
The shows ok to excellent, the TWO TENORS were great.
The children's shows varied but the kids loved all the singalongs.
The food had a great choice particularly salads. But a wide variety from cooked meats to pizza something for everyone.
Drinks are reasonable.
The hotel and bedrooms are very clean. The rooms are spacious and we had 3 of 4 roos in a cul de sac perfect for the kids.
The beach is very accessible being a walk down the hill.Great for sandcastles.
This hotel is highly recommended

Rooms were basic but very clean and we had no complaints about them. Staff were all helpful and the food at the pool snack bar was really good. We used the pool bar every lunchtime and again no complaints. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options but very busy. Overall I would recommend this family friendly hotel and it was better than expected after reading some of the reviews. My only complaint was fighting for sunbeds but that's life with a pool holiday!

Only stayed bed and breakfast. Room clean and had kitchen facilities, dining table, very clean, reviews stated dated which it is but all round very good stay. The video is of a little know area around the adults jacuzzi. Which was right below our room, wasnt used very much. Was a little gem as the activities in the pool were on a lot and seemed to be enjoyed by all ages and more than any other hotel ive stayed in last 3 years, so well done to the entertainments team. We were just on our own so to have an area child free was really good. Downside steep steps up to the jacuzzi, and saw people lifting,in and out of the main pool, people living with disabilities as no pool lift on site. The showers are powerful, hairdryer good, shower gel, shampoo, tissues, little bag of washing up and scrubber for the sink, microwave, big fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, you would need filters, juicer, Air con worked a little too well at night but had blankets, sheets, covers, extra pillows, Daily housekeeping. Only real bug bear was the t.v. loads of channels but only one in english was sky news and that was it!! No doubt allocated a room for non english speakers but not even radio, forgot my firestick, it wasnt a dmsrt t.v. so couldnt stream, this did not however ruin anything, just to mention it for advise really.
Food at breakfast was poor, beef sausages, fatty continental style bscon, egg powder scrambled, its chaotic and pooly designed, back and fowrward for tea, pots, coffee, cups, glasses, I was exhasted when finally sat down, tables are grouped all together so you are in and out of others going all over the place, not like the fanabe or gran, or any of the other hotels in the area really, going to the toilet during meals also, you have to walk out, all the way through the courtyard and back on yourself, just to come all the way back again, even when i had a seat next to an open side door with a rope across it, i ducked under and came back, got shouted at!!! Would I stay again, yes but id go room only if it was cheaper, the deal we had was breakfast included so made no difference really, dont drink the coffee out of the machines, its awful, they have flasks of it near to where you get the eggs, but be warned its good but not hot, there is a microwave right at the back, which i used to heat it up!! She didnt see me so i didnt get shouted at for that at least!!

Amazing value.
Excellent service.
Spotless clean.
Gardens well maintained.
Large spread out site so never feels crowded.
My only complaint is it is hard to find your way.
It’s a big complex and there are no maps up on the walls to show where you are and what lifts to use if you are unable to use stairs.
Could easily be resolved by putting signs up next to each lift showing where this one goes and where the other lifts are if you need to go to a different place.
Great animation team who ran free activities with enthusiasm every day.
Bingo, exersize classes etc including some games I had never seen before.
Plus there is free activities you can use including pool & table tennis tables, darts and small mini golf.
Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Yes I agree with the other review that the sausages are not great but the eggs and egg dishes were fine.
And there was big selection of breads, fruit etc.
Location is slightly inland and like most hotels here does require walking down and back up the steep hill to the beach.
But there is supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby.
I must confess to trying the Elvis impersonation in bar next door which was fun!
