This hotel resort is amazing. My old room was quite noisy at night from music and in the morning from the children at the pool. Without any problems I got a different room. The new room was very quiet, spacious and clean. The room had all the amenities you needed (soap, body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, bathrobes, 3 different towel sizes, slippers, 2 sizes of pillows).
What I want to highlight is the staff here. They are friendly and forthcoming and their English is amazing. The food is some of the best hotel food I've ever had. The drinks are also good, but it can take quite some time for them to arrive at the table.
The sports program could be a bit bigger, but there are still different possibilities (yoga classes, personal tennis trainer, beachvolleyball, stand up paddle, kajak, Jetski, aqua gymnastics, gym). The beach is a pebble beach, but that is for me even better than sand. The only really bad thing here are the mosquitos in the evening, so definitely bring a repellent with you!
All in all, this hotel resort is wonderful.

One of the best resorts we have ever been to. The food is absolutely incredible across all restaurants, the service is really nice and the pool is clean and very big! There are also many activities throughout the day. The sauna is also really nice. Only possible downside (for a gym-goer like myself) is the relatively limited workout options, but for 99% of people this won't be an issue.

We had a fantastic holiday at Gennadi Grand resort. It truly is a 5 star resort. We hadn't been to Rhodes for quite some time and I did a lot of research before deciding on this beautiful resort. Yes,we knew it was quite a way from the airport but we had a private transfer included which took less than an hour. If you want to travel around it would be best to hire a car, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and there was the lovely little village of Gennadi about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Lindos was about 20 minutes or so in a taxi.
We stayed ultra all inclusive and the food was excellent quality as were the variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Our room was a Seaview suite as our adult daughter was with us. Plenty of room for 3. We opted not to have a private pool as we enjoyed going to the pool and also the beach.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. I also have to mention the great staff that work here. Always pleasant and willing to help. Thank you to everyone for making this a great holiday for us.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing!
We had a room with a private pool – perfect for a refreshing dip in the morning, then some time at the main pool during the day, and later we relaxed at the beach until the evening. So nice that the beach is just a short walk from the hotel!
The food was delicious, the service excellent – big compliments to the staff!
The spa massage was super relaxing too.
The biggest highlight for us was the Astronomy Night with Stratos. You should check it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gennadi Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. Every request we made was met with a positive attitude and handled quickly and professionally.
The resort itself is stunning, with several beautiful outdoor pool areas under the open sky, each with its own unique charm. The service around the pool was outstanding – drinks and food were delivered straight to our sunbeds, making it easy to just relax and enjoy every moment.
The spa is fantastic, with a heated indoor pool that’s perfect even on cooler days. It added a special touch of luxury and comfort to our stay.
A special thank you to Fanni at the reception, who welcomed us warmly and assisted us throughout our visit. She was always kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend Gennadi Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and well-serviced getaway in Rhodes. We can’t wait to come back!
