To be honest I have mixed feelings about this place. What I liked was most of the staff was very friendly. Also at a 2 minute walk there is a nice small beach. Parking your (rental) car is easy in nearby streets.
Some things I disliked. The room we stayed at was outdated and smelled like old clothes. The rooms are also very noisy. Banging doors, fighting couples and drunk Brits might keep you from a good night’s rest.
The bathroom smelled funny. I think it is because of the water. To us, the water had a slight diarrhea smell to it and is a bit salty.
At the pool the music never stops. At night there is entertainment which is very loud. So people who are looking for peace and quietness should avoid this place.
The food is okay. Pretty much the same every day with some slight variation. Snacks can be had between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner.
This hotel is a good place to stay if you like noisy places and big people eating big amounts of food.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, go somewhere else. I wish I’d spent some more money to be a little more comfortable and peace and quiet.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
just returned 6th may 2026 1 week in this hotel, never to return again . Yes , the staff are friendly , that's where it ends . The rooms are so dated , like a holiday from the 80's . The food is disgusting . I wouldn't give it to my dogs. Everything was cold , every mealtime . Undercooked , and repetitive. Carrot soup 4 days in a row , disgusting unrecognisable meat and fish dishes , again all cold . After 3 days I ended up with diarrhea and sickness, unable to face even entering the dining room for the smell . Holiday Totally ruined , apart from many other issues with this hotel ,too long to mention . Do not go , and avoid at all costs . This hotel and restaurant is a risk to people's health.

I didn't expect to see such a run-down hotel with facilities in urgent need of repair...
The atmosphere wasn't great either; the staff looked grumpy all the time, which didn't make for a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel if you can even call it a “hotel.”

Think some of negative posts must have been at a different hotel. Food was exactly what you expect from an all inclusive of this size,was always something different to suit everyone, breakfast was fantastic. Rooms kept very clean and very friendly cleaning staff. Over all the staff where very helpful and friendly,drinks where great value as was the food with the all inclusive, hotel kept very clean,rooms where lovely. The only negative was the air con wasn't very good,pool and pool area only open between 10.15am till 6pm, entertainment wasn't up to much. Would highly recommend this hotel,very good value for your money.

Poor service and rude staff, room wasn’t ready when told it was, hotel bans some activities for guests such as balls or inflatables in the pool, but have volleyball as entertainment in the day? Wet tiles and not mopped by pool, so slipping hazard, pine needles on walk ways which are very slippy. Entertainment is awful, very very poor, we went out every night because it is so poor. Alcoholic beverage choice is extremely minimal, some cheap wines and one choice of beer. Highly do not recommend, please stay somewhere else!
