I recently stayed at the Galaxy Hotel Iraklio for a week and had a comfortable stay. The hotel's pool was a highlight, with a spacious and clean area for relaxation. The pool was surrounded by a sunny terrace with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, making it a great spot to unwind. The rooms were also a pleasant surprise, with ample space and a comfortable bed. Our room had a nice balcony with a view of the surrounding area, which was a nice touch. The hotel's facilities were fairly standard, with a decent breakfast buffet and a small fitness center. The staff was friendly but not overly attentive, which was fine for us since we preferred to be left alone. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with a short walk to the nearest bus stop and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a solid stay, but nothing exceptional. If you're looking for a comfortable base with a nice pool and spacious rooms, Galaxy Hotel Iraklio is a good option. However, if you're looking for a more luxurious or exceptional experience, you might want to consider other options.

We booked 2 connecting rooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.Perfect location on the outskirt of the city center (15minutes walk, really not a hassle!). Very nice service and smiley welcoming team! Nice amenities, good breakfast, nice swimming pool (although still a bit cold). We recommend and will definitely come back.

So this hotel has a stunning downstairs lobby area and restaurant. The rooms, however, are very dated and not as updated as I had hooed. The location is good buy its about a 15-minute walk to the downtown area. Nicest staff!!!!

Stayed here as part of a tour vacation on Crete. Really enjoyed the stay and location. Short walk to town shops and restaurants. Also great pizza place next door to hotel, with a stop.

the service was amazing. the staff was always at our disposal ready to assist us whenever we needed help with anything. they were very kind and professional. the rooms were nice and clean, the location was great and overall i would definetly recommend this hotel
