The fault is mine, because I mixed up the name "Sun&Fun" from two different offers with very similar names. Best to avoid because of very poor amenities from what you see in the pictures. Acceptable food, staff speaks poor or close to no english.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of September.
Since it was the end of the season, it was not very crowded.
+ aspects
1.) Since the rooms are 1+1, they are very useful for families. The balcony is large enough.
2.) There are sufficient number of pools.
3.) Breakfast is satisfying enough
- aspects
1.) The rooms are not cleaned, only the garbage is taken away. Bed linen and towels are not changed. The shower area is very poorly maintained.
2.) Animation and entertainment are almost non-existent and amateurish. There is no entertainment after dinner.
3.) There is a park for children, it is not allowed to enter because it is hot during the day and dark at night. The pool with slides is big for adults and small children.
4.) Unlike breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have very little variety and always the same food. Desserts are just fine, some desserts turn sour.
5.) It is said that vehicles are not allowed inside, only property owners' vehicles are allowed. But some car owners are also holidaymakers.
6.) You can go to the sea from the stream by ferry. It is a mixture of sand and gravel, it suddenly gets deeper. I don't know why, I don't know if it's because of the Akarçay or the beach bar, but there are a lot of bees.
7.) Since it is villa style, it is a campus spread over a wide area, so it is tiring.
As a result, better hotels can be found for the same prices

We went on vacation to this hotel in mid-June, for a lot of money - $850 per person and the same amount for children. I'll start with the rooms: trashed, dirty floors, furniture with huge stains, everything you touch breaks, you just have to throw out the furniture, glass is falling off in the bathrooms, I only checked into the third room. Territory: dogs running around, dirty, although they clean up a little, but there are beautiful plants on the territory.
Swimming pools: sun loungers - tired. The pools, except for children, are ok and you can swim at night. The children's room is not cleaned and is green.
Restaurant-canteen: I like it, the food is good, a huge selection, a lot of fruit and good staff.
Bars: good, the bartender is top and the ice cream man too, there are no queues, the alcohol is ok, the champagne is good.
Sea and beach: getting there is not very convenient, because... The ship sails once an hour, there are a lot of people, a cheerful and kind captain (then they started taking them every half hour and it became good - you come at any time and you know that you will leave soon). The beach is a bit dirty, but there is a lot of space, although the poor one employee cleans the entire area. Food: flatbread, melon, watermelon and beer drinks. The sea is good in the morning, almost without waves, after three meters it is a bit deep.
Animations: you can say no, there is something in the evening.
We brought local sports kids - there were lines in restaurants, on the ship, they couldn’t get into the pool, this was a set-up from the hotel administration, and this was a huge minus.
Overall conclusion: this is not an A. You can go for $500 per person, it’s definitely not worth more. If we turn back time, we definitely wouldn’t have gone here for that amount of money! In Egypt, for one and a half times less money, you can relax in better conditions. A very picky person.

Not worth 5 stars. I'll start with the plus points. Swimming pools are good, beach lovely, food good. Staff outside reception friendly. The bell boy is a cool and super helpful young person.
We arrived in the evening, in the room the walls were damp with mold. The bell boy saw this and immediately went to reception. We got another room. At first it seemed good. We went to dinner, when we came back I opened the cupboard. Larger stain of mold in the wall.
Back to reception. We got another room. This was a very dirty, broken cupboard, but I didn't feel like complaining anymore after I took it. Was awake all night because the air conditioning was broken. The next day back to reception. The air conditioning was supposed to be fixed and the afternoon this had not happened, I went back to reception. You got a disinterested answer, that's how the air conditioning is in Turkey. I have been to Turkey dozens of times and have never experienced such a bad hotel. The bell boy answered for us. We were allowed to look at another room. This one was also dirty and gross. And the young said all this the air conditioning is not working properly. To yet another room, mold in the room again. Until the bell boy gave reception a tip about another room. This air conditioning worked well but the bathroom was very filthy. I just took this for granted.
During the night the toilet turned out to be clogged. We had to go to the public area to the toilet. In the morning the toilet was unclogged. The cleaners had to clean the bathroom from the technical department. This of course did not happen again to reception. The cleaners have arrived at the end of the day. The bathroom is equally dirty. Dirty bath, taps, very dirty glass wall, shower drain with hair from previous guests. Shampoo and shower gel remainder. I had now decided not to irritate myself anymore. I took a taxi and went to the supermarket and bought cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom myself.
The taps shine.
Asked for a taxi at reception. The employee said we have a transfer, I'll call him for you. Turned out to be an ordinary car. Price agreed on the way back, he said the price was 20 euros more expensive. Whole discussion. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver immediately went to the reception speaking Turkish. The front desk employee claims that was the price. It's cheaper with a regular taxi, suddenly he says I don't interfere between you. He arranged everything and at once he didn't interfere. Worst reception ever!! They pull their hands off everything and make their guests burst!!!
Sevdim Burayı
We made a reservation during my winter season. When we saw the comments, we went with sadness and fear. It is a hotel with its pros and cons. I don't want to mislead. I write all the details below.
Cons:
- There is no parking. You leave your vehicle outside. A tour company hit our vehicle and ran away. One day was spent dealing with the police station.
- The food is not very plentiful. I wouldn't say less, but it's not much either. Especially when you stay for more than 3 days, you don't want to see the same things.
-There are lots of flies. There were cockroaches in our room.
- Under the beds are not cleaned. That's why it was dusty and buggy.
- Since you can go to the sea by boat, you cannot do activities such as swimming early in the morning or watching the sea at sunset. You have to comply with boat hours.
- The sea is very wavy and deep. I couldn't enter because I was afraid.
- Outdoor lighting was insufficient, I had to turn on the flash of my phone while going to our room in the evening.
Pros:
- Their grills are delicious.
- With a garden and full of greenery. Therefore, we felt like we were in a natural environment or in our own summer house.
- You have a pool like your own. Almost every room has a pool. When we entered the pool as a family, there was no one else but us. It was very comfortable.
- The food I ate was delicious.
- The employees are very helpful and well-intentioned.
- the area is huge.
- The animation is very nice.
