We were gifted this holiday by our children, and we could not have been happier with this hotel.
The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, polite and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The entertainment each evening was also brilliant. It was genuinely a joy to speak to the staff members everyday.
The spa, however, is what made our holiday truly unforgettable. Antonio took such amazing care of us and made every visit feel special. The masseuses were absolutely incredible and provided some of the best treatments we have ever had. We visited the spa multiple times during our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The Turkish baths were also amazing and added so much to the whole experience.
Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations and we are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Pictures from website don't match with the reality!
Very very old hotel, rooms and bathrooms stinks, need massive refurbishment!
Idon't know how people give the 5star when actually this is 3star hotel.
I don't recommend it at all! On arrival they offered us room 512. You will not find a room like that in the pictures. The next day, after we have viewed other 4 rooms. we could decide to choose another one better than 512. Most of the rooms stinks, water on the bathroom floors.
I think that the most of the people who give fantastic reviews are those who are drinking alchool nearly non stop. Probably this means fantastic holiday for them. It was disgusting to see the cats in restaurant. There were few dogs on the beach. It is not a private beach, everyone has access, not only people from the hotel.
Save your money and find another one!

Its s little dated in parts but the place was clean the cleaner who did our room was a lovely lady made a different pattern every day on the bed with fresh towels.
The staff in the bars and restaurant were so attentive can not fault them , location was spot on steps away from beach the Spa treatments were good again lovely staff and the food was good enough to eat everyday for an all inclusive holiday in a different country, its not UK but if thats what you want every day dont go but if you want a lovely holiday in a nice place where you get looked after then this is worth a try .forgot ro say if they do have friendly cats and dogs that pop over to say hi and get cuddles off you from time to time as well so thar may seay your thoughts but you will get these in most hotels ? Pubs and shops in Turkey its what they do it wont stop us we love them so We may look here again

Just spent 7 nights here, the rooms are a little dated & could benefit from some modernisation & strongerair conditioningin the foyer internal corridors & dining room. The staff from the Nina the manager right down to the service people in the kitchen & housekeeping cannot do enough for you. 100% customer focused. Food is better than expected for an all inclusive holiday. The room was clean, the bed firm & very comfortable. The private beach isn't as private as we hoped. Security could do a better job at keeping children away from what should be adults only. The pool area again could benefit from some modernisation but is clean & comfortable for wasting a few hours. The spa is awesome & after visiting we can definitely recommend checking it out. We will definitely be coming back next year & having 10 nights instead of 7.
9.9/10.

We spent 2 weeks at Faros Hotel and had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Our room was on the top floor with magnificent views of the sea and a large balcony. The food was wonderful and always a varied selection and the staff were very attentive.
Although the hotel is a bit tired and could do with refreshening in places, we found everywhere to be clean and staff friendly. The air conditioning was directly blowing on to the bed which isn't ideal but did cool the room quickly.
Unfortunately, the entertainment wasn't very entertaining and started late in the evening and the bar chairs were too uncomfortable to remain on for the evening.
The entertainment staff were a bit bullish and as we've paid thousands of pounds for a relaxing holiday from our busy lives, it's really not appreciated to be called lazy every day for resting in the sun and not wanting to partake in the questionably yoga session.
Overall though, apart from entertainment, a wonderful holiday.
