We loved it here the staff are amazing. Ibrahim the bar team leader/ manager works his socks of and runs a great team behind the bar he's amazing we love you from Steve and Jo.xXx. all the staff endeavour to serve you with 5 star service. I've never experienced such an exceptional level of service anywhere else. Loved every minute of our 7 nights and we will be back next year for 10 nights for sure. Please senior management give your staff in every department a huge congratulations on their performance and don't change a thing because they are doing a great job.

Day 4 of 5. I’ve had the most wonderful solo holiday at the Faros Premium Beach Hotel. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff- especially the restaurant staff. The service in there was the best in the world! Nothing was too much to ask and the warm welcome from Antonio and the chef made each day feel special! I never felt alone. Thank you for making my holiday! I really enjoyed the food. There were lots of options but I especially enjoyed the chicken dishes.
The spa treatments were exceptional for the price and the gorgeous views and pool facilities were excellent. All in all, this was a great trip. Thank you so much. I hope the staff in the restaurant realise how much they are appreciated! Please let them know! Emma

Had a great holiday in icmeler Mohammed Ali in the pool bar was amazing looked after all us around the pool Entertainment staff wasn't great really disappointed night time entertainment very poor closes at 12 pm watered down drinks restaurant staff very good always attentive hotel services amazing me and my partner had a pedicure the staff was fantastic on the salon also had a tattoos very happy with serhat and partner just a shame on the entertainers read the board by the pool false information none of the activities happened night entertainment which was disappointing terrible music in the evenings if you like abba or Richard Marx which was played on repeat or a game of bingo which you have to pay for or karaoke. reception staff very good rooms cleaned every day just
needs a little updating and new entertainment staff maybe some music around the pool in the day Free towels which is convenient

Hi all,
Can't reccomend this place enough, the hotel is very clean and the staff and entertainment team are excellent and go out their way to make you feel very well looked after with lots of laughs along the way.
Special mention to Cha Cha and Ismail who operate from the onsite tattoo shop which is in the hotel, they are very friendly and Cha Cha is a very charming young man and Ismail is an Amazing artist, I had some shading/blending to complete my sleeve and also my wife's name added to the front piece.
Very pleased with the result and the reasonable price, would thoughoughly reccomend

We have just spent 7 nights and have had an amazing time.
Restaurant staff absolutely fantastic, Antonio extremely friendly and helpful.
Food is typical of all inclusive, so does get mundane. Always something to eat though.
Rooms very clean, but very dated, they could do with better lighting and updating.
Pool area was always busy and we could never get a lounger, so spent our days on the beach. Bit stony, and gets very deep very quickly so be careful .
Hairdressers on sight was brilliant did a fantastic job on my hair, very reasonable compared to home.
Overall a lovely experience.
Would definitely recommend.
Made a huge difference being a adult only hotel, if your wanting r&r.
Look forward to a return visit.
