We booked a sea view room for a week end of June as a couple, all inclusive. Overall I'd rate the experience 4/5 stars. The staff around the hotel were friendly and attentive, the waiters and waitresses were very good. Unfortunately the Reception staff let them down as they were not very welcoming or friendly. I never seen any of them smile once.
The animations team were very friendly and encouraged everyone to take part in activities. The pool was disappointing, it is small and the same depth the whole way round, for me 5'6ft I could not touch the floor in the pool. The sea was very nice, I would recommend sea shoes as it is rocky. The views are stunning from the hotel, I have put some photographs. The food was good quality and tasty, although after a week it was very repetitive. There is a good drinks selection with the all inclusive package. The hotel could do with some more lifts as you will often wait ages for an available lift. The room was large and mostly clean. We were given fresh towels everyday which was great. The mattress is very, very hard and uncomfortable and you only get 1 pillow. The balcony is just the right size to sit on, and the view from the sea view rooms is stunning. The hotel is in a good location, in walking distance to a lot of shops and right on the sea front. The air conditioning is very good.
The chairs at the beach bar were very uncomfortable. Whilst we wanted to stay and watch the entertainment, we mostly found ourselves leaving early as the chairs were not comfortable. We saw other people bringing cushions for the chairs as they were so uncomfortable.

Day 4 of 5. I’ve had the most wonderful solo holiday at the Faros Premium Beach Hotel. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff- especially the restaurant staff. The service in there was the best in the world! Nothing was too much to ask and the warm welcome from Antonio and the chef made each day feel special! I never felt alone. Thank you for making my holiday! I really enjoyed the food. There were lots of options but I especially enjoyed the chicken dishes.
The spa treatments were exceptional for the price and the gorgeous views and pool facilities were excellent. All in all, this was a great trip. Thank you so much. I hope the staff in the restaurant realise how much they are appreciated! Please let them know! Emma

We spent 2 weeks at Faros Hotel and had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Our room was on the top floor with magnificent views of the sea and a large balcony. The food was wonderful and always a varied selection and the staff were very attentive.
Although the hotel is a bit tired and could do with refreshening in places, we found everywhere to be clean and staff friendly. The air conditioning was directly blowing on to the bed which isn't ideal but did cool the room quickly.
Unfortunately, the entertainment wasn't very entertaining and started late in the evening and the bar chairs were too uncomfortable to remain on for the evening.
The entertainment staff were a bit bullish and as we've paid thousands of pounds for a relaxing holiday from our busy lives, it's really not appreciated to be called lazy every day for resting in the sun and not wanting to partake in the questionably yoga session.
Overall though, apart from entertainment, a wonderful holiday.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week a few days ago.
The staff were very friendly and we had no problems with them. Some of them even had the patience to listen to my bad Turkish to them and speak it back to me, which was nice.
The restaurant and bars were efficient and service was quick overall. At the food times the staff often checked and brought over drinks to you while you ate, which is very good.
The food was good and varied. If you like Turkish food like I do, e.g kebabs and grilled meats you will enjoy the food a lot.
They have a patisserie which you can get ice-cream and pastries from throughout the day and was unlimited.
The animation/good vibes team were walking around the hotel and beach area most times of the day, trying to encourage people to take part in the entertainment in the evenings. They were friendly to talk too and had a few jokes as well.
The only issues I see witnessed were aesthetic and small issues. There were only two lifts, which had to be shared by the cleaning team in the mornings. Sometimes it took a few minutes to be able to make it to the ground floor if you did not take the stairs.
The rooms felt slightly dated and the lights in our bathroom did not work fully and the air conditioning unit was not in an ideal place, but it still worked all day and it kept the room cool anyway.
There were two pools, one was 45cm deep while the other was 1.5 meters deep. The pool area was fine and it had a pool bar with seating, sun beds and also had shaded areas with comfy outdoor sofa type cushions.
The beach area had plenty of sunbeds to use when we went and it was never full. There is a section of the sea you can swim in freely. It got deep quite quickly and was good for keeping you cool in the hot temperatures.
Overall we had a very good experience here and the only thing I say would be needed was minor quality of life updates for the hotel and maybe a service lift for the cleaners and workers so they do not have to use the main lifts in the mornings.
I would come back here and I do recommend this hotel if you are considering coming here.
