Special shout out to Spice Restaurant. Our hostess Joaquin was phenomenal and our waiter Bernardo was so attentive. Adrian also gave us a special order of peppers that elevated our whole meal. These 3 provided the best service we've had our whole stay.

My first time to Mexico and I cannot express in words how amazing this experience has been. Excellence hotel definitely lives up to the name. Its excellence in their staff, service, variety in restaurants is outstanding!
One of my favorite restaurants is Spice (Asian cuisine) which didn’t disappoint! So amazing we went several times. Our hibachi cook was amazing as well (can’t remember his name)
The manager Adrian is top notch! Amazing customer service! One of our servers was Enrique and he’s just excellent in every way!! All the staff in Excellence Hotel are just amazing!! They are all kind, friendly and respectful. Since I arrived at the airport all the services were just amazing! I have nuts allergies and it’s amazing how they communicate with each other and made sure all my meals were cooked properly without nuts. Great security going in and out of property! Perfect destination for couples!!

The restaurants were a major highlight—every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of variety. My family and I had a wonderful experience here to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The rooms and food were wonderful but the highlight of our trip was the staff. Orlando the bartender was amazing and made wonderful drinks! Matilde was our server at the excellence club and went above and beyond to take care of us. Joaquin at spice was great and incredibly helpful and respectful! The entertainment staff also went above and beyond with Angelo, Itimar, Adrian, Mark, and Cristobal making sure every activity was fun and exciting! My family very much enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Our favorite restaurant was Spice and our server, Bernardo, made it very special. One of the best amenities was the coffee shop that was open very late and until 10pm- Yesenia and her coworker were so friendly. The pastries were also amazing at the coffee shop, Aroma. We had a few mishaps with the room, small things, like the pool needing a button replacement and a small leak, but these were QUICKLY resolved. The service and staff were phenomenal. Overall, I would recommend this resort and we would do our anniversary trip here again.
