We just had the best week ever! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious every single day, with so many amazing and flavorful options. The activities were incredible — there was never a dull moment, and we loved being able to try new things while also relaxing in such a beautiful setting.
A special shout-out to Angelo and Diana for the gorgeous bracelets that will forever remind us of this trip — and for creating such a warm, welcoming space where we made the best of friends. And to Mark for the amazing exercise sessions — both the biking and water exercise classes were so much fun!! Their enthusiasm and kindness made such a big impact on our stay.
We can’t say enough good things about this resort. Everything from the staff to the food to the atmosphere made it truly unforgettable. We are already dreaming about our next visit!!!

We spent 9 days at the resort and I will say it is one of the best so far. The attention to detail on behalf of the staff is immaculate. They have great performances each day and the resort itself was a fun time. Yessenia, Joel, Antonio and Matilde from Bar Sol would constantly remember us and greet us by name. It is in the little details that make this resort great. I met Antonio during my stay and even though he worked on the administrative side - he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and take care of our needs.
All the staff is great but I hope the resort acknowledges they have the best team. This alone, will make us come back!
Marino from Prelud Bar was exceptional. We would always come back and he would remember us. Our orders, recommendations - he was great. Thank you all!
One more thing - Reinaldo and Fernando at the Grill is the best. I hope you can all meet him. He was the sweetest. Took care of us and made sure our experience at dinner was fantastic

What a wonderful escape! My girls and I went away for a relaxing vacation and it was just what we were looking for.
The service was excellent.
Matilde served us on the beach and we felt so spoiled!
Jorge was our poolside server and he went above and beyond. Always remembering what drink we wanted, served us while we were IN the pool, and had poolside chips and fresh guacamole! He did it all with a smile on his face and very friendly!
Gerardo was our chef at the Hibachi table for our last night and his energy was contagious! It was a great way to end our short trip.

As a family, we had so much fun together—there was something for everyone! From relaxing by the pool to exploring activities and enjoying amazing live entertainment in the evenings, there was never a dull moment. Whether we were enjoying a casual breakfast or a fine dining dinner, every bite was a delight. We especially LOVED our excursion to the ruins with Iram! Best guide I’ve ever had- so knowledgeable and fun to learn from.

We have been to 10+ resorts in the Cancun area and we highly recommend THIS resort! The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants - especially Spice - are delicious! But the main reason we love it here is because of Mariana and Erika! Mariana brought us drinks/snacks in the lazy river - and she was so genuinely friendly and helpful. She had great suggestions and always had a smile on her face! She made our visit here so special. Erika, in the Sports Bar, was so happy, funny, and sweet. Both Mariana and Erika made this resort amazing! Thank you both so much!
