This is a beautiful hotel. Everything about it is finished to a very high standard. The staff are attentive and are a pleasure to meet. The location is amazing along the fantastic Paphos coast. The only downside is the hotel have not turned the air conditioning on, so the units only work as fans. I’m sure this is just the time of year (March) however, although it is cool outside, the rooms are like ovens. It was very difficult to sleep even with just a sheet on the bed. Opening the outside door just invited a hoard of mosquitoes into the room. A team of 6 of us stayed here in various rooms across the hotel and had exactly the same experience. It is a shame for such a beautiful hotel.

The hotel exceeded our greatest expectations. Highly polite and trained staff. Extremely clean areas in rooms, common areas, spa, pool etc. We for sure highly recommend it.

When they say a 5-star hotel, that's what they mean. One can debate whether it is worth coming to Cyprus or not, but for this hotel it is a different world. The reception, the luxury, the rooms, the shower, the lobby, everything is in style and chic that make the guest feel like a Greek god (or a Cypriot god). As befits a 5-star hotel of this level, everything here is expensive (an hour massage 140 euros) a pampering spa, a gym, and an indoor pool for free, a huge outdoor pool (a little cold). Breakfast - just wowwww, it's not breakfast, it's a meal of kings and angels. The best thing I had in Cyprus was this hotel.

The Elysium is a beautiful, amazing hotel with a lovely, helpful, and highly trained staff .The room & room service was a high standard. The breakfast was so nice and it was a really big choice and everything was high quality and very fresh &tasty. The location was central and walking distance from all facilities which was amazing too.The surrounding area was beautiful and beech side beautiful too.We are fell in love in to that Amazing place and we definitely planning to comeback again ♥️

I booked via BA holidays and I’ve got to say the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got upgraded not once but twice free of charge this November to cater for the noise of government construction. It’s a very personable experience where the staff are always there to help you. Breakfast, spa, and room were perfect. The Japanese restaurant inside is a must try as the sushi is amazing. Will most definitely be back again!!
