From the moment you arrive nothings is to much for the wonderful staff. Front of desk, waiters,cleaners, spa staff. Everyone was happy,polite and helpful. Great location. Pool area was great. Rooms fantastic. Only one thing I would say that has nothing to do with the hotel is The Shake Bar opposite which pumps out music until 12am sometimes later. If your room over looks that it maybe a pain for you. We had a sea view which was awesome.

My wife and I enjoyed a 7-day vacation at this hotel. The hotel was very cozy and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet was delicious and diverse, there was something different to eat at lunch/dinner every day. Every other night at dinner there was live instrumental music, which for me was a nice touch. The beach was quite clean, and so was the sea. I’ve read reports that the water is muddy, but this was not the case during our vacation. I guess it depends on the weather and/or time of year. The only unpleasant aspect we encountered (which was not in any way the hotel’s fault) was that across the road from this hotel there is a bar that blasts extremely loud music until at least 1AM. At check-in we were given a room directly facing the above mentioned bar. Even with the windows closed, it was so disturbingly loud that we coudn’t go to sleep until everything ended. Fortunately, the next day, we were able to move to another room in a different wing of the hotel, further away from that bar. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, and will definetely come back.

Great hotel staff very friendly we really enjoyed from comfortable room and 3 meals dining delicious food also spa great staff 🤩nice beach view 😍

Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are excellent. Then it goes downwards. 3 bars allegedly (The One Bar was not open when I was there). Bar at snack bar closed at 17.30hrs, leaving the pool bar as the only bar open. It had about 10 tables seating up to 40 people and is well short of what is needed. Entertainment- 3 times whilst I was there, 1 guy playing an electric organ 1 night, same guy playing a violin 1 night and a singer playing guitar 1 night. All entertainment was during the evening meal. Food was decent but a bit repetitive. Location - on 2 sides it is over looked by 2 other hotels, overlooks a couple of bars on 1 of the other sides. Overlooks another hotel with restricted view of the ocean on the back of the hotel. Afraid I will not be back at this hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, clean and wonderful and accommodating staff from the front desk to the restaurant and cafe. The staff goes above and beyond to help. I lost my phone at Istanbul airport where i made my connection, this wonderful lady Beyza, who is in guest services, spent the whole week trying to recover it. lots of her personal time was spent on making phone calls and talking to countless people at the airport (it was unsuccessful) but it meant so much to me to have someone so dedicated to helping the guests. I won't forget it. Thank you so much Beyza!! Hope to be back again!!
