Just finished an all inclusive week break for Easter holidays. The weather was absolutely bliss. The beach was amazing. Staff were always lovely, especially Hillia on the towels, coffee shop lady and bar guys, always smiling and ready to help. Slight downside were the rooms, they were pretty tight for 4 people and not sure about the electrics.

had gone on holiday with my family and it was a bit of a mess. The hotel balcony door was not shutting and had looked like it had been pryed open because it had a gap in the top of the door. The family rooms was 1 double bed. With 2 small singles that could probably only fit a matchstick. The food was the same every time except from traditional nights and the pools was too small. Half the time the back pool was closed or shut off. Outside are balcony was a tree with a cat in it. It was meowing all night and every night and when we told the staff, they did not do a single thing about it . We had to clean our own dining table very night because the staff did not clean the dining tables. The manager was very rude and grumpy and only was nice to the vips . I took my kids to the activities tent outside the hotel near the beach, me and the wife went to get drinks, the kids told the man that they wanted kanoes but when they paid the man took them to his children working there and gave my children a little pedalo because his children wanted to play on them . We also couldn't get sun beds even if it was early morning. So we had to get up very early about 5 and wait. The only good thing about the holiday was jet skiing but not from there activitie tent throughout the holiday we had been eating at the restaurant/ hotel called marmaris beach there food was amazing and they had a variety of options

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is perfect right on the beach front. Nice long walk to the next town or a short walk to the marina the majority of the staff are really friendly and helpful the room are cleaned daily and my bed was huge my down sides is the up selling inside the hotel I arrived to the hotel at 3am to be woken up at 8am because my tour guide(I didn't know I had I booked everything myself privately) wanted a meeting only to find out he was trying to sell me excursions. next was round the pool area trying to be sold salon treatments and lastly what do you pay the large entertainment man for that sits around by the bar doing nothing all day seen as you only supply 20ish minutes of entertainment at 22:15 every night 😅😅waste of a wage there

We felt like we had the best hotel in Marmaris. Large family room, a warm welcome, staff were so friendly and happy. We never struggled to find a lounger in a sunny spot either round one of the pools, the private beach or on our favourite spot on the private jetty. Food was faultless, varied, delicious, fresh, authentic. The reception team were fast and friendly and no request was too much. There were nine of us in our party and there really was something for everyone. The bar staff were good fun and never kept us waiting. The onsite jeweller, Habil, went out of his way to look after us all and gave us some welcome advice on local places, what to do and what to wear: a gem of a jeweller! If I come back to Marmaris, this would be at the top of my list of places to stay.

This was a last minute booking and it was a great holiday even under the circumstances of the global pandemic. We arrived at 11.30pm on the Saturday. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who took our temperature and had us fill out our forms (Covid and sign in). We went to our room which was an amazing room. Best weve had in Turkey as we've visited quiet a lot in the past. A very french/elegant type room as well as some food that was delivered to our room (chips and a baguette with ham) which was perfect from our long journey. The hotel was situated on the strip of Marmaris which plenty of bars and nightlife on offer and all were open. They had 2 pools which both were great and had plenty of sun loungers but this maybe due to the current situation. The front pool was on the front od the strip which included a bar and the 2nd pool which was quieter without music had a waterfall and a bar. This pool area also held lunch which was nice to have a few days (burgers, chips, pasta etc). The bars were nice but didn't have much options when it came to cocktails as they only has Sex on the Beach and Pina Colada. The beer was nice as well as the very generous mixers but again, only had Gin, Vodka and Brandy. Other hotels in the past had a larger selection on offer. The food was okay. Not much of a selection but again, due to current circumstances this could of been the reason to why as they had empty stalls for the buffet. There was a McDonald's near by as well as shops which you could visit but due to the in hotel shop, we rarely visited the super markets. The gym was well equipped and had good air con which was a godsend as it was very hot there during our stay. The activities guy also was polite and offered any help by giving us his WhatsApp and offered us some good activities to go on. We chose the Scuba diving and it was honestly one of the best things I had done while visiting Turkey and would 100% do it again. All in all I felt this deserved a 4 out of 5 due to the food being abit lack luster. Knowing Turkey, you expect this as a 5 star hotel isn't really a 5 star standard; but again, it was a fun and relaxing 7 day holiday.
