The hotel was lovely, and staff very friendly. We flew from Bristol to the International Aiport in Tunisia, wasn't far from the airport about 35 minutes drive.
You can walk directly onto the beach which was beautiful. Felt safe, with security 24/7.
There were plenty of options for food in the main restaurant, we enjoyed the beach restaurant, as was all cooked freshly for lunch every day.
The boat trip we booked through the man at the hotel was absolutely brilliant, enjoyed by all ages of our group, I would recommend, food was fish or chicken and absolutely gorgeous. The island was gorgeous and entertainment was excellent.
The hotel was a little run down, but you could clearly see they were doing the up keep and trying to fix things that were broken or needing of repainting etc, the maintenance team were brilliant - my bath tub plug wouldn't open one evening, they came within 15 minutes and fixed it for me.
All in all, this was a good enjoyable holiday for the price. Lots of children there and 3 pool right next to each other, I particularly liked that there was lifeguards by each pool and by the sea on the beach. The staff were all very friendly and full of smiles.

The hotel location is brilliant it's on the doorstep of a beautiful beach. With crystal clear waters. The hotel is very dated. Rooms are very basic. Staff are wonderful can't fault them. However, management needs to sort out the rooms the air conditioning is terrible as is the food menu. We went all-inclusive and didn't eat a single meal. Nothing catered for the British! Not even basic fish chicken or chips. Disappointed to say the least. The gardens' pools and grounds are impressive. Plenty of staff are always helpful and happy to assist. Felt safe with security everywhere. Recommended location but unfortunately not the hotel. Definitely not 4 stars. The maximum is 2. That's being generous!

The hotel is remarkably spacious, boasting no fewer than four swimming pools — one of which is indoors, while the rest are outdoors, with some reserved exclusively for children.also the beach is literally right there. Guests may indulge in massage treatments, a jacuzzi, and an almost boundless array of activities: horseback riding, boating, jet skiing, the Star Inflatable Rider Sea Biscuit, water parachuting, safaris, horse-drawn carriage rides, donkey rides, and even evening entertainment.
The restaurant is exquisite, though it can at times become rather busy. Nevertheless, the service is excellent, and I must commend in particular a young gentleman named Ayub, whose attentive care in providing food, beverages, desserts, and fruit was most impressive. The culinary offerings are varied and plentiful.
Moreover, the majority of the hotel’s staff are courteous and highly skilled in their duties. I extend my special gratitude to one of the managers, Mr. Chokri, who welcomed us warmly and ensured that all our needs were met. Whenever we required anything beyond the ordinary, he was always ready to resolve matters with promptness and grace.

I stayed at Mouradi Club Kantaoui and it was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. After an 8-hour trip by road, we arrived at 14:00 to find the rooms not ready. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful from the start, and the whole place felt disorganized. The buffet was advertised to open at 12:00, but even at 12:40 it was still closed, leaving a crowd of guests waiting in front.
When I was finally given a room, it wasn’t even prepared — belongings from the previous guest were still there. I had to search for someone to clean it, and it took about an hour before it was done. The room didn’t match what I expected, so I asked to change it. That process dragged on for a day and a half, meaning I lost two full days of my vacation just trying to get a proper room.
This hotel suffers from poor management, rude reception staff, and zero respect for guests’ time. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

Been in so many hotels in sousse .and I swear this is the worse one no doubt .i even writing this while im there i paid around 2300 pound for 6 days all inclusive and this is the 3rd day without eating anything because there is nothing and if you even want a pancake or egg you will wait for over hour .so we been eating breakfast lunch dinner outside .you even you have to pay for water and you have to pay for sunbed even you all inclusive.my advice to anyone thinking to come here you will 100% waste your money . It’s called quantity over quality . You can’t blame workers there as the management put so much pressure on them and get sucked easy
