Lovely older, very "Spanish " hotel, located right on the beach between Puerto del Rosario and the airport.
Quiet at this time of year, don't expect entertainment etc., but Lovely, friendly staff and great views from our sea view double/twin room with big balcony.
Hotel is quirky and unusual but spotlessly clean.
Great coffee! Food experience was good but mixed: we went half board so were restricted at dinner to a set menu with choice of 2 starters/main course/dessert. First night this was better than we anticipated, second night less so (one dessert of fruit was a satsuma and kiwi, unpeeled on a plate!) I'd recommend NOT going half-board as the proper á la carte menu offers a much better range.
Breakfast (ordered day before...) was good, better when served down in the beautiful newly refreshed bar downstairs. The pastries were absolutely melt-in-the-mouth delicately gorgeous 😋
The hotel is quite isolated: you're not going to step outside and stroll around shops, bars and restaurants. But there is walkway into Rosario , about 45 min walk at a good pace accordingto my hubby (more at my pace!) And I believe taxis and local bus are available if you don't have a car.
The pool is out of action, perhaps for repairs over winter?
Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it was particularly enhanced by the lovely staff in the bar/restaurant. Loved our room and looking out over the sea, watching the cruise ships passing us heading into and leaving Rosario!

Hotel has truly great views, which were definitely the highlight of our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with good variety and quality. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The location is not ideal — it’s far from the city center and restaurants, making it inconvenient without a car. The rooms are poorly maintained, with visible mold on the walls, which was unacceptable. Noise was another major issue. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and you can hear neighbors very clearly, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Luckily we stayed only one night

Quite terrible, located at the end of a runway. I suspect the hotel has been damaged by floods as all flooring was warped, bathroom taps needed two hands due to insecure fittings. Sealant and tiles in poor condition, just very run down.
Included food was inedible, kitchen staff who were aware shrugged their shoulders and offered a basic salad.
The included desert of three courses was an unpeeled orange.
On the plus side the sun rises from the sea which was great.
BTW, there is no pool just a derelict hole in the ground.

Hotel is very clean with a modern feel, we had a spacious sea front room with nice views. It has that luxury feel, but it doesn't have the comfort level one would desire from a 4 star hotel. Fridge did not work, friendly staff at reception but of no help. Walls are paper thin, next door occupancy was noisy and all they were doing is moving about. Tried to sit up in bed to watch TV, the bed kept sliding away from the wall! We had to wedge the furniture against the bed to stop it rolling away. Everything on TV was laggy, I honestly wish I'd just gone home a day early than stayed here.
I'm so happy this place was only for one night, I wouldn't book here again. Some kind of leak or water damage from the bath is making the paint bubble in the bedroom. Just disappointing.

- Seafront room with very poor soundproofing — constant noise from the waves and the wind (even with earplugs!) and right under the flight path for take-offs
I asked to change rooms, but they told me the hotel was fully booked, even though there were still rooms available on Booking… strange.
So you basically have to be deaf to get any sleep!
- Very, very low hot water flow in the shower, both in the evening and in the morning.
Really Bad experience… Fortunately, it was only for one night!
