Dusit Thani Hua Hin is a truly outstanding resort experience. The food was consistently excellent and the amenities are superb — from the beautifully maintained walking and running paths to a brilliant gym and relaxing sauna facilities. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the people. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lovely lady who greeted us at the reception — her kindness, warmth, and welcoming smile set the tone for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

This was a true five star experience from start to finish. The views are unreal, the pool is stunning, and every meal from breakfast to the restaurants was incredible. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and perfectly designed. What really sets this place apart is the service. Huge thank you to Champ and his entire team for making our stay so special. We had done a lot of research before coming here and ended up choosing Dusit Thani for the first time. Reading all the positive reviews expectations were high and they were actually exceeded. We had a Club suite which was excellent - great view over the ocean. Nice welcome treats and fruits. There's two daily turn downs. The housekeeping staff were amazing - always extremely friendly and really did a great job at being in/out when we weren't there. Read reviews about some of the rooms being a bit old - we didn't really find that. You can see that it is an older-ish hotel based on the architecture, but we don't see this as a bad thing. The Club privileges were excellent - from the club lounge with really great food to complimentary daily laundry services. My husband is vegetarian and at check in the staff asked about dietary requirements and we said we didn't have anything in particular but that he is vegetarian. Without us asking or expecting it at all the staff at the lounge -everyday- made him a separate and special vegetarian meal even though the buffet had loads of veggie options. Also - the staff in the lounge were extremely sweet, nice and we had excellent service. Big compliments to your assistant manager (forgot her name) and the staff in the club lounge. Pool area is great. The spa is lovely, really good treatments and beautiful surroundings. The organic farm staff were very nice and showed us around the different animals and their organic garden. The food in the different restaurant was amazing all over. We had some amazing breakfasts - especially enjoyed the south indian food option everyday. We took the shuttle bus a few times to the food markets in Hua Hin, nice option. We also took a few day trips to the vineyard and the WFFT animal sanctuary - really good options when you live at the hotel. 4/5 stars for location - right next to the hotel there isn't much to do and you will need to drive out to do things, but we liked that it wasn't in the middle of Hua Hin, so it's a personal preference. All in all we were actually blown away by this Dusit Thani Hua Hin and we are already looking into booking our next stay with them.

Very family & kids-friendly hotel We had a wonderful stay here as a family. The staff were very helpful and even moved us to a higher floor with a beautiful sea view, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The hotel offers many activities, especially for kids — a kids’ pool with slides, a small heated pool, beach access, a kids’ club, and fun activities like feeding animals and arts & crafts. You really don’t need to go anywhere else. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well designed, with bathtubs and baby beds available. Even though the hotel was busy, everything was well organized and never felt crowded. Our kids loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended for families visiting Hua Hin! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
