Nice hotel. Rooms as expected. Good service around the pool, food very good. Staff in most places (especially reception) very helpful. Only downside is the pools are quite small, we used the adult only pool and never overcrowded. Main pool for families was very busy. Animation Team very good.

Nice enough hotel for price but that’s where it stops the staff just can’t be bothered or are just down right rude if your not German as that’s about all they cater for here there is the occasional staff member that shines out but as it’s an all inclusive holiday the staff in general cannot be bothered with the English and this then carries on outside as well in the shops if you don’t take euros then get ready for a rough ride too as most shops talk German and a little bit of broken English if your lucky

Magnificent and well maintained hotel with excellent staff fluent in German. Most also speak basic English, which I can appreciate. Neat rooms spacious enoigh for us (2 grownups 2 children). Beautiful waterpark with really cool slides, but slippery floor tiles. The website states it's 500 m from sea, but this is not true. They have an excellent shuttle service every 15 min to a piece of private beach with the same concept (all in) at 3 min drive. Side centre at 7km some shops in the vicinity. Animation team is great, superb, good kids club with various activities and friendly staff and cool night shows! Animation team really mingles with the people and shows you a good time. My wife loved the Hammam, nice price for extended service. The diner, lunch and breakfast are buffets with rich choices. Also vegetariqn options, no vegan as I could tell. Snacks are hamburgers and changing fish/ meat snacks. What I didn't like was the in- house photographer who promised a private sunset shoot and 'an option to buy as many or less photos as you like.' In stead, he double books people, is unfriendly to his customers, shouting at children and deleting the pictures in my face as I didn't want to pay 240€ for 20 pictures he didn't edit. He just put a filter over it. In my country, for the same work, I would only pay 50 tops. But this minor thing will not affect my holiday, I'm looking back in a good memory of a beautiful place with beautiful people where I had a great and relaxing time!

Very disappointed for a 5 star resort. In my opinion only 4. Water in the room cold and suddenly hot (burning hot) and then ice cold again. Technical department could not fix it. On the site they promote 24h service and food. After midnight is finished. We arrived at 11pm and we only had dry bread and cheese! Our children had a good time with each other. The shuttle to the beach was good and every 15min. Food was good but desserts were disappointing, specially for Turkey. Cleaning lady from our room was very polite and did a good job. We gave her a tip. Restaurant to tight schedule, 8:30pm closed and they close at the minute without buffer. Staff is working their hours and only a few are polite. Swimming pool too small, animation low quality (cheap games) No theme restaurants, only one but it was fully booked until our day of return home. In my opinion they bought the 4th and the 5th star.

This is NOT 5 star! Please avoid this hotel if you are looking for something 5-star worthy. It’s a hotel for the masses, great for teenager who want to drink bear all day, have fun and hear loud music in the pool. But nothing if you want are looking to relax and have 5 start quality food and accommodation. The staff is stressed, try to be friendly but are overwhelmed. The worst part is the loud noise from the bar next door until 4am. And by loud I mean LOUD! That and the sewage treatment plant next door as well that makes a very very loud noise throughout the night and the SMELL!! If you don’t mind smelling poop your entire vacation you’re good here, if you don’t, stay away!! The food is for the masses and not very good quality. Seeing meet that is shimmering and with a green tone is not what you want to see in a 5 start hotel, not even in a no-star hotel. We booked 14 days and left on day 2. We lost a lot of money but would not have stayed there for nothing!! When checking out they asked us why we are leaving, when we told them the reasons they just said. “ok, goodbye” no apology, no kind words, nothing! That assured us we made the right thing leaving this place. No words, just very sad I mad Erbe mistake of booking there. Don’t understand how this place has a 9 out of 10 on holidaycheck. They must be bought.
