After a stressful situation with our hotel, I felt I had to leave this review. We were told it would be easy to arrange a taxi and that one had been booked for us, but unfortunately it never arrived. We were standing near the hotel with my son, who urgently needed to use the toilet, so I decided to ask if we could use the facilities.
My first impression was “wow” — the hotel looks beautiful, elegant and clearly cares about making a great first impression. I asked a member of staff if my son could use the toilet, and without any hesitation or unnecessary questions, he immediately said it was absolutely fine. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully maintained.
After waiting around 20 minutes, we realised we needed help with our situation, so we asked again. Once more, the staff were exceptional. Even though I wasn’t a guest staying at the hotel, they immediately helped us without any silly comments or making us feel uncomfortable.
I would really like to thank the staff who were working around 3:30pm on Tuesday, 26th May. Unfortunately, we were stressed and in a rush at the time, so I didn’t leave a tip, but I can honestly say that next time this hotel will be my first choice.
Even though I wasn’t a customer, they showed real class and kindness. I run a business myself and I understand how powerful reviews can be on the internet, so I wanted to leave this review because I wasn’t able to thank them properly at the time.

This is certainly one of, if not THE best hotel in Benidorm. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, breakfast was excellent - amongst the best in any hotel I've stayed in worldwide. Staff were all friendly and helpful without exception. Communal areas are very tasteful and spotless. No reserving sunbeds rules are enforced too. I cannot pick a single fault with this hotel, sure it's clientele tend to be on the older side, that is not a bad thing, because elderly people appreciate quality, and this hotel is just that - Quality!

I love this hotel and everything about it. The staff are superb hosts and can't please me more. The food is superb in the comfortable restaurant. The rooms are perfect and they always do their best to get you the room you prefer. It's not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

Just had aweek at Don pancho My husband and myself loved it. We came for 3 kings parade but due to heavy rain the parade was cancelled However even though the weather was bad there was plenty to do We went full board it was good to have the options the food was fantastic The hotel looked beautiful and decorated for christmas and looked amazing One afternoon we just relaxed and sat on the balcony and thst was fabulous as in January in the UK you would not be able to do that(too cold) We opted for a standard double i was so surprised a beautiful balcony with seats that reclined with excellent view over the pool and the sea in the background It was a lovely holiday and plenty to do in the hotel even on a rainy day
