Stayed here one night after our Tui flight was cancelled. Staff had little time to reach two coach loads of people, which turned up at probably 2 hours' notice. They coped extremely well. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The food supplied was excellent. Thanks to the staff and management

This hotel is past it’s prime, and is in need of a major update especially in the rooms. However the hotel is clean and well located close to the airport for a short stay. For the price paid we would have expected a more updated room. We did enjoy the pool and the fact that they had Gluten Free bread available on request during breakfast.

We were looking forward to a nights stay between a Greek island and athens but we regretted booking here. We arrived at lunch time and ordered food at the pool bar. It was horrible, tasteless, nothing fresh. I couldn't eat it. The pool area is very dated and uninviting, we went to it with the intention of swimming but decided not to bother when we saw it. We rang reception from our room in the evening for an iron, nothing came. I rang again in the morning at 8 and by check out time at 11 nothing had arrived. There is a handy bus service outside of the hotel. Breakfast was the best thing about the stay.

Here is my review of the Divani Corful Palace hotel.
I was booked from 9-13th August 2023 in a TWIN room for my daughter and I.
My mother passed away in Australia, giving the hotel 6 days notice. I emailed and called straight away asking if I could cancel the hotel due to a death in the family, their response was a simple NO!
I did ask them for a partial refund as we were not able to make the reservation and stay.
I spoke to Spiros the "so called Hotel Manager" who bluffed his way around as to why I couldn't get a refund and explained it was accounts to determine the outcome.
After many phone calls and emails, the response was
" we cant help you."
I called Booking .Com to see if they could help, which they agreed under the terms of a Sudden Death, they would ask the hotel for a partial Refund.
After calling and trying to speak to Accounts, the Hotel Manger Spiros, advised No they couldn't and wouldn't help with a refund, nor did they care of a sudden death in a family.
My google Review is long over due, their lack of compassion, return calls, consideration about this was ZERO!
I would never stay at this hotel, and have been told by others who have stayed there this Hotel is Dirty, the food OLD, Rooms old, out dated, Sheets not clean on beds, and the simple of services at the Hotel below Zero, compared to others in CORFU !
I would stay away from this hotel inconsiderate Management Staff and Owners who do not care for the simplest of Compassion and understanding, little alone the cleanliness of the hotel
My Cousin stayed here in July who had a terrible stay at the hotel, and would never recommend anyone.
Booking . Com didn't help and trying to get an answer from them which took weeks for a reply.
Good luck if you want planes flying over head from morning until dusk, terrible services, and old rooms with bad service.
This hotel is a far below a ONE STAR RATING.
There are plenty more beautiful hotels to say in besides this old hotel that has Zero to offer.
One last thing, they will NEVER REFUND ANY MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE IT !!

Cannot fault this place at all, the staff are 10/10, attentive and helpful. The hotel is immaculate, the food is matched the star rating, easy to get to from the airport being only 10 minutes via taxi, the wifi is free and quick and I’d happily stop there again! Thanks! 🙂
