I loved the convenience of the location. They have shuttles between this hotel and other Disney properties which are super super super convenient, especially for people like me who prefer not to drive in a new city.
The room is not luxurious but nice and Disney has the magic that when you enter the property you just feel happy.
I love that they have games and activities organized at the swimming pool. That's a big bonus for parents traveling with kids. An ideal day for me: I will get up early in the morning and go to Disney world and then come back around noon and enjoy the pool time while my kids play games at the pool and then take a rest or nap. Then we go back to Disney world around the evening when it's not so hot.
Will definitely come back again.

Absolutely LOVED this resort! My husband and I just stayed a week for our honeymoon. The staff surprised us with happily ever after pins on our door with a thank you note for celebrating there. The food court was super quick & the staff were so sweet. We had a pool night where we got to watch Frozen 2 while swimming. The rooms were clean and super spacious. We’re already planning our next trip to stay here!

If you are looking for the Grand Floridian, it's not, but it is great for families on a budget and kids. I believe the rooms have been recently renovated or at least they appear to have been. Cute, comfortable enough, and very functional. Perfect having an adjoining room with our kids and grandkids. Another daughter and her husband and one year old in another room in a different building but very easy to get around. Decent quick service food and transportation to the parks. Nothing is cheap here but we didn't break the bank either and ended up with a great week long family vacation. Definitely recommend for the budget and families.

After a long day of exploring and walking around the city and going to Magic Kingdom, finding a hotel that not only welcomes but caters exceptionally well to families with children can be a game-changer. Despite opting for a smaller room, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and cozy it felt. The beds deserve a special mention. Comfortable is an understatement; it was like sleeping on clouds, ensuring we were well-rested and ready for another day of adventure. This level of comfort is particularly appreciated after a day spent on your feet, exploring with little ones.

Their dedication to providing outstanding customer service was evident in every interaction. Whether we needed extra towels, recommendations for family-friendly dining, or just directions to the nearest park, the staff was always there, ready to assist with a smile.
In conclusion, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families. It combines the comfort of well-appointed rooms with the convenience of round-the-clock, attentive service. It's a place where both parents and children can feel at home, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Love the sports themed resort!! The boys are really into it. The resort is nice and well kept up. My only complaint would be only 1 bus stop location. I have stayed at over 10 resorts and there all pretty much the same minus locate to parks. This obviously cheaper but well worth it. All room at all resorts and typically same size rooms just different themed.
