This is easily the best themed hotel I’ve stayed in!
The designs are so cool and fun , especially if you are a sports fan.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Check in and out are done via the app although you can get a keycard from reception too.
The staff were friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. The buses to the parks ran smoothly although as expected are busy in early mornings when parks open and late evenings when parks close.
I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Disney!

I stayed here on my wedding night and was incredibly disappointed with the experience, we stayed here wanting a nice experience for our son as it was a very special occasion, and it was our first time staying at a Disney resort as we usually stay off property since it's more affordable. The pillows in our room smelled strongly of body odor and dirty hair, and we later discovered pubic hair in the sink. Nearly all of the towels were dirty as well, with visible hair and grime. Because we arrived around midnight with our son—who didn’t fall asleep until around 2 a.m.—we couldn’t risk waking him by requesting a room change, so we ended up sleeping without pillows.
The next morning, after returning from breakfast, we found the rest of the issues, which was the pubic hair in the sink and the dirty towels. At checkout time, housekeeping rushed us out of the room, questioning why we were “still there” and telling us to hurry up, which felt incredibly disrespectful.
When I reported everything to the front desk, the supervisor appeared annoyed, and her expressions made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She told me nothing could be done and that the housekeeping supervisor would have to handle it. I missed the initial call from housekeeping, called back immediately, and left a voicemail—but never received a response. I then emailed Guest Services which i had to search for the email address, only to be offered a $50 gift card, which felt like a slap in the face, especially as someone who works in the hospitality industry.
For a Disney resort, I truly expected better cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again, and I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests. - Amanda & Michael Hutchison

The rooms were small, the parking to the room was far. I had a handicap accessible room and it was a long walk to the 3rd floor. The rails in the bathroom were helpful, the toilet was too high and the toilet roll was not placed in a good spot. I kept hitting my leg on the roll. The shower was a tub with glass doors. Anyone in a wheelchair wouldn't be able to get in. I was definitely not happy with this room. It had a mini fridge, a coffee machine with spoiled creamers, and no microwave. If you needed a microwave, you needed to go to the common area where they sell food. I definitely don't recommend this hotel for anyone with small children. Very uncomfortable.

This motel is a really good stay for the value! I think “Resort” is a bit of an over exaggeration but overall it’s a good time.
You’re right in the middle of everything in Disney’s property and the service was really nice every time we interacted with someone.
The rooms were very clean and the Murphy bed/table is a great idea to save space and bring in more sleeping space. Our AC was loud and didn’t work very well. We went and bought a fan to supplement our air supply. And the beds aren’t very comfortable at all.
The gift shop was terrible though. I was hoping to find something with the characters for my family with Mickey or Goofy and they didn’t have anything at all. The most boring gift shop on the entire property

Have a great experience here. Rooms are small however they have great functionality of the space. My son LOVED the Murphy bed because what kid wouldn’t. Both beds were comfortable. Overall great atmosphere and VERY kid friendly. As a mom with a picky eater I do wish the food court had a larger variety of food for the kids. However we did have a car on site so we did make use of the McDonalds daily, it was only a 2-3min drive and I personally did not care for the coffee provided in the rooms or at the food court. Buses were frequent and always on time. All cast members we encountered were wonderful! Our room wasn’t ready at our arrival time and they had our bags placed in our room which was wonderful. Quick note: a standard room will be a farther walk to buses but we don’t mind the extra steps. If you’ve made it this far into my review: book the room.
