I stayed 11 days at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, and overall, it was a very positive experience—especially considering the price point and the Disney atmosphere.
The theming is fun and energetic, perfect for getting into the Disney spirit right from the start. The resort is colorful, well-maintained, and feels lively without being overwhelming. Housekeeping was consistent, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. While the rooms are on the smaller and more basic side, they are functional, with comfortable beds and everything you need after long park days.
One of the biggest highlights is the complimentary Disney transportation. Buses were frequent and reliable most of the time, making it easy to get to and from the parks. The food court also deserves a mention: it offers a good variety of quick-service options, convenient for breakfast or late dinners after a full day at the parks.
That said, this is a Value Resort, and that comes with some compromises. The resort can feel busy and noisy, especially during peak times or when large groups are staying there. The lack of amenities like table-service restaurants or quieter lounge areas may be a downside for guests looking for a more relaxed or upscale experience.
Overall, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort delivers excellent value for guests who plan to spend most of their time in the parks and want a fun, and not the most expensive place to stay with solid Disney service. I’d absolutely stay again for a park-focused trip, knowing exactly what it offers—and what it doesn’t.
Beautiful Disaster
Dont waste your money. I asked for early check in bc we were using the early entry to the park. Understand its not always avaliable. Regular check in was 4.Didn't even get a room on the app till after 7 and I had to call about that. The person who helped me was really nice and gave me half off for not getting me a room till way after check in. Not only did I not get a room the rooms bathroom looked like it hadent been touched found a hair soap scum, and rust in the shower area. So we didn't shower and just slept its was past midnight when we got in and was so tired so we didn't want to go try to get a new room when it was a hassle getting it in the first place. Reached back out to Disney and they refused to refund me the full amount bc I already got a partial discount. All they were going to do is "educate their staff". Im never staying here again no matter the price.

The Disney All Star resorts are by far the largest and most family friendly on property. My wife and I stayed here in October 25’ during the wine and dine weekend. Overall the hotel was extremely convenient to the lobby and on site transportation. Also the service from all the cast members was fantastic. Even though this would be considered the most affordable Disney Resort don’t pass on it because of the cost. It fits the bill perfect for value and on property convenience.

This is not my first time staying at this resort on Disney property. This is a great cheaper option. The rooms are clean, spacious and mine had a pull down extra bed in it. I love the different sports themes in the resort. It also has two different spacious pools and a cafeteria with all kinds of yummy treats. 🍪 when I am going to play at the parks, I prefer staying on the property so I can just take a bus over to the parks. It takes away the stress of driving in the traffic and it just adds to the whole experience. I have stayed at many of the resorts on property and this is definitely more budget friendly. Also the staff at the front desk was super nice about changing my room because of a crying baby in the next room from the night prior.

As an Florida annual pass holder, I frequently visit the Disney parks. When I do, I pretty much stay at the All-Star Sports, Music, and Movies. If you're looking for a value budget resort to just sleep, shower, eat, lounge by the pool drinking. Then this is your place. It's obviously not the Grand Floridian, but if you don't want to spend $500+ per night and you're not looking for any spa type amenities, then this is a great spot. If I had to say one downside, it would be when there's some sort of cheerleader tournament or something involving youth athletics. It does tend to get noisy if you're an early sleeper. Other than that, it's great.
