This the Best Hotel I've ever been. Ultra all inclusive .The rooms are clean. Every day change the towel and clean the rooms. The Bed is clear and the matres quality is good. The freezer always full of Water and drinks. The foods are mainly Turkish but national foods is wide range of course. There was different national dinner Time: Italy, Turkish with special foods. You never will be hungry at this place. Near to the Sea 5 minutes or less. Hotel staff are very helpful and alvays smile and kind. Massage rooms are so nice don't left it out. Pool clean with enough sunbed. Summery the Best place for wellness, or active rest and relaxing, and jets sky, water Sports too. Many program I loved it!

We stayed here in September 2022 and even thought the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is friendly, it didn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained. They were spacious and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has a pool, spa, fitness center and a pretty nice beach bar.
On the other hand, the food options were not very varied, and although the quality of the food was good, there wasn't enough variety to keep things interesting for multiple days. Similarly, the cocktail options were limited and not very varied, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more extensive drink selection. Also the spa lady was overly insistent in trying to sell her services to us. It would have been nice to have the option to simply relax and enjoy the spa without feeling pressured to spend more money on treatments.
However, I found the experience to be quite enjoyable.

So... Overall bad experience, not recommend. Details below.
We were a couple on 8 days vacation.
ROOM SERVICE AND RECEPTION
If you dont give the tip, they will not sweat or even do their job for you. We got to the point, when even our soap was not refil, when empty. No new cotton buds.
Reception fixed our problems.
SPA
I went for a massage with face mask to the hotel SPA. The bali massage was very nice, the lady was indeed very skilled, however... I really disliked, that the lady pulled me out of the sauna, didnt let me go through even quick shower, applied the mask and made me wash my face by myself. This isn't a big thing, but I never before had to wash my own face during spa treatment. The chill room was also in the corridor, and during my short chill time there was like 20 people passing by, talking, so my chill time wasnt very chilling. The massage later was nice, but unfortunately there was a huge noise. I dont know if it was some kind of fridge, aur conditioning or what, but the noise was tiring. Plus at the end some german ladies made their version of "Gossip Girl" outside of my massage room.
FITNESS ROOM
Is a joke. There are only weights between 2,5 - 15 kg, 6 sets totals. some standard gym stations, only one very used matt. The floors are not washed, disinfectant is not refill. The problem is, that most of the day you get sun directly in your face on half of the gym stations. So either you train with sunglasses or eyes closed.
BEACH
I guess the best thing at the entire resort. Beach is clean. Very nice staff at the beach bar and decent quality umbrellas and sunbeds. Sea is amazing, warm and clean. Sad part is the hotel beach is very near the streets, making lots of noises while you try to relax on the beach.
FOOD
This is the worst part. I will attach some pictures.
Drinks:
There is only turkish tea which is constatly overcooked. No earl grey, no green tea, no assam. Few herbal teas. Espresso is just smaller black coffee. Efes beer is good, but they first want to give you wine, which is very bad (although I am not wine expert, so maybe others feel different).
Lunches:
Some days there was basically only strange pasta salads and stuffed paprika or weird meat, which looks like taken out of the can and poured with some sauce. Usually there is no doner. Chicken and/or entrecote are usually overcooked. The buns are always dry and hard (although I think they bake them at the place, which should be great, but somehow they are very quickly hard as stones). The bread is okayish. There is lots of pastry with no taste, no spice.
Breakfast:
There is no plain yoghurt, no vegan milk, no oats, no nutella (but there is a decent chocolate spread) there are only cereals for breakfast, which taste like air stuffed cotton. To be fair - there are tasty fruits, but they are not always washed well (nectarines, others seem fine).
There is an egg station for breakfast, but not the entire breakfast time. Despite that and the fact that the guys have really strange way of making scrambled eggs (they are basically making omlette-like-thing each time), and no onions, this is the highlight of a breakfast, but well, only if you can bear standing in 8-10 people line...
The 3minute egg is always a mystery, will you get runny egg yolk or a hard egg? You never know.
The pancakes are tasty, but they are not always served.
Dinner:
Basically most various meatish stuff was called kofta. There were one time very tasty and juicy turkey skewers, but next days all of the skewers were overcooked. There is plenty baked vegetables. Every day you get stuffed paprika. Sometimes they serve tasty fish paste or cottage cheese, but not every day.
Food is often not refill, just empty plates laying around, despite 2 people standing doing nothing at the fresh juice station.
The worst part is the freshness of the vegetables. Some days they were great, some were... well...
The most of the food is not labeled, so often you dont know, if you took goat cheese or cottage cheese. I feel sorry for all the people with food allergies.

I regret to say that my week-long stay at this hotel was nothing short of an extreme disappointment. For a place that claimed to provide luxury and comfort, the reality was a stark contrast. The many issues and inconveniences completely overshadowed the few positives, and I feel compelled to share my experiences for the benefit of future potential guests.
Starting with the lifts, their functionality was a continual problem throughout our stay. They were frequently out of order and, even when operational, hopelessly overcrowded. This resulted in a ridiculous amount of time wasted just waiting for an opportunity to reach our floor - patience is indeed required in abundance here.
The food situation was no less disheartening. We opted for the all-inclusive option, but found the meals monotonous and the variety in the cocktail list laughably limited. The quality left a lot to be desired, with overcooked, tasteless meat and a shocking encounter with insect-ridden salad. Even the minibar in our room, part of our ultra all-inclusive deal, was poorly stocked - devoid of any snacks and barely furnished with a few bottles of water and soda.
To make matters worse, the customer service was nothing short of atrocious. We were met with disrespect and rudeness at reception and faced non-existent service in the restaurant. I was particularly taken aback by the spa personnel's aggressive sales tactics. Despite their incessant insistence, we reluctantly pre-booked and paid for three massage sessions. However, when we wished to cancel the final session following a disappointing experience, we were initially told this was not possible. It was only after an unnecessary and heated debate that we were finally permitted to cancel.
The in-hotel shop's pricing policy seemed as dubious as their elevator system, with prices calculated seemingly arbitrarily and varying on a day-to-day basis. Such inconsistencies and lack of transparency left us feeling exploited and resentful.
Our room, while comfortable and offering a lovely sea view, was let down by an outdated and poorly functioning shower and air condition. Moreover, the promised amenities were missing, with no water boiler or steamer and the minibar water not being replaced as per their own policies.
On a positive note, the hotel's location was ok, just a five-minute walk from the beach. However, this lone merit is dwarfed by the overwhelming number of negatives. We were hoping for a relaxing, indulgent stay, but instead found ourselves contending with poor facilities, subpar food, and a severe lack of professional service.
I would strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing to stay here. I rate this hotel 1 star, as I was utterly unimpressed and let down by the numerous discrepancies between their advertisements and the reality of our stay. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback on board and works towards improving the glaring issues. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a week the Masseuse man with the white cap on is a complete imbecile tried to force us to get a massage when ur on holiday the last thing u want is to be pestered by hotel staff. Once we finally got him off our backs about the massage every time he saw me he would sulk and frown. The food is so incredibly bad. Reception staff were amazing they helped us a lot!
