I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay amazing from start to finish, especially the receptionists who was always happy to help, the bar waiter legend who was constantly being called for cocktails to our room (cheers for the constant strawberry’s and chocolate).
We will be back in no time!
Highly recommend the swim up rooms 405,406, we had two next to each other which made the stay even better.
Again, thank you!

We had a lovely stay here. Upgraded to a swim up room and it was delightful 😊. Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and really friendly & attentive staff too. All in all, highly recommended and we'll definitely plan to go back again.

A lovely adults-only hotel near the beach. Friendly service and clean, stylish facilities. Good breakfast and big pool area. The hotel room has limited storage space and no hooks on the walls.

Well, this is my last day here at this hotel and we have been here for 7 days. From the day we arrived we recieved a very friendly welcome from the lady at the front counter. We arrived well after 10pm, but the bar was still going with live music which was good actually. We were advised that an upgrade was given on our booking which we thought was lovely. Our bags were collected with ourselves and driven by golf cart to our room. The staff member even took our bags up one flight of stairs to our room. Service outstanding. Our room was lovely, spacious and over looking the massive pool this hotel has. The balcony was a little small, but ok for myself and my partner. The bedroom was upstairs, yes, we had 2 floors to play with and 2 bathrooms too. Bonus! The room had a fridge, hairdryer for those that use it, bathrobes and slippers. We received a complimentary bottle of red wine, 2 packets of crisps and some water for the room too. The bed was absolutely very comfortable, oh boy did I have some good sleeps every night. Oh, and 2 airconditioners also in this room which worked fantasticly well. The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard, the cleaners I found immensely friendly. Breakfast was good, there was a wonderful selection of lots of lovely breakfastly things, pastry, cold meats, fruit even fresh raw local honey. It was bliss. There was also a menu if you wanted to order fresh eggs like eggs Benedict, scrambled or fried eggs...even Greek style fried eggs which I loved. My favorite however was the French toast. Delicious! Add some extra honey on top. Kostas and Vodah, the 2 servers who served us every morning, these guys are super fun and will make sure your coffee cup is always full. We were half board here and dinner was enjoyed by myself and my partner. Our first night was in the a la carte restaurant, upstairs and it was good. My only negative is we felt rushed. When going for dinner, you don't want to be rushed, you want to enjoy it, savour every moment. The food was good though. The Main restaurant was excellent though, food was outstanding and the service was top notch.
The pool at this hotel, is the biggest pool I have ever seen😱, it is huge. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The lounges by the pool and beach are super comfy and there's enough for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed our wonderful stay here at Diamond Deluxe, the staff all made our holiday a wonderful one, one that will make us come back...I'm looking forward to that day when I'm enjoying this gorgeous swimming pool and excellent service again. Thank you everyone at Diamond Deluxe.

Wow ....this hotel definitely deserves the 5* lux rating it has.
From 1st arrival to leaving everyone and everything was perfect.
Plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day and beautiful pools.
We only stayed b&b so can't comment on what the evening meals were like but the breakfasts were perfect. Beautiful yoghurt, creme brulee, pastries, fresh honeycomb, help yourself selection or you could order off the menu and it was really good.
All staff were super friendly with the exception of the lady on the desk as you go into the breakfast restaurant, she looked like she didn't want to be there, only spoke to say Kalimera (good morning) and so quietly you could juat about here her, she needs lessons in how to smile.
Anthony the porter was so so lovely, always smiling, saying hello ma'am/sir if he saw you.
Rooms immaculate and cleaned everyday by lovely staff who again were always polite and friendly.
Only downside to this hotel is it's location to Kos town. We were led to believe it's 30 mins walk to town, it's definitely not.. it's at least 1hr and a taxi each way is €10 which works out quite expensive if you do this everyday. Maybe the hotel could lay on a shuttle bus throughout the day/evening.
Taxis can be hit and miss especially when it's bad weather.
You can hire bikes from reception and they arrive within 15 mins, we did this a couple of times and they were great.
The beach across the road is quite pebbly and rocky so you need some kind of beach shoes if you want to go in the sea.
Overall we had the most amazing, relaxing holiday but doubt we would return due to the location.
