We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi arranged by the hotel desk. Thanks Diamond Deluxe Hotel 💐🙏🏼

Yikes.. Started out well but turned into something rather unpleasant. First of all, this is not a 5* hotel, more like a good 3*/3.5*.
Good things:
Comfy beds
Large pool area
Friendly breakfast staff!
Bad things:
- Our bedsheets weren’t changed during our 9 night stay
- There’s water leaking from the bathtub going all over the floor.
- Small things like no hangers in the room, but you can hang your clothes in the closet on a theft proof hanger. Do they assume guests steal those?
- Housekeeping WILL go and sniff around your personal stuff. I had the pleasure of them using my perfume. Wondering what else they’ve done.
- The way the front desk handled the situation. The woman literally told us, that it could be someone else than the housekeeping. So I guess people break in here? I doubt it.
- Management is horrible. They will talk down to you and be utterly aggressive. A woman literally told me I was lying and hung up on me.
- No spaces for just hanging out, but the pool and the lounge by the reception. This place has so much potential and it would be nice with a garden / a quiet place with a bench.

During my stay at this incredible resort in Kos for 5 nights, I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The resort boasts one of the best pools you can experience in a resort of this category, which was simply amazing. The facilities and amenities provided during my stay exceeded all expectations, and the food options, especially the breakfast, was absolutely delightful! What really made this resort stand out, though, was the super friendly and amazing staff! They always greeted guests with a warm smile, were attentive to any needs, and made me feel incredibly special as a guest. I’m already looking forward to returning to this wonderful resort in the future!

Overall we had a great time.
Huge swimming pools, sparkling clean water and great relaxing and quiet vibes.
Staff all around but especially at the dining room are super attentive, food is plentiful and dinner is a pleasant surprise every time.
Rooms are in good condition, well maintained and clean.
There was some rattleing from the air conditioner (self fixed).
Would definitely recommend the management to provide cold water bottles during dinner same way they do in the morning. We would gladly spend the extra money to buy soft drinks or alcohol instead of water.
They must be aware of the heat in July and not take advantage of it.
Also being eco friendly means that the hotel lobby has no air-conditioning.

This review is specifically about the spa here. We took advanced the special offer rate for back/neck/head massage. I can’t speak highly enough about the treatment. So relaxing and worked the notches out of my shoulders beautifully! A special mention to my masseur, Vanessa. She is so pleasant and always welcomes with a smile. She is great masseur. Also, Lia (Spa manager) is very professional but warm and welcoming and always has a smile. Explains treatments very well. Prices are very good.
Thank you to Iryna and Elena too. Excellent masseurs and again, so friendly. Thanks guys and look forward to the next one!
