2 nights business visit.
Breakfast was great with a variety of choices.
Service was excellent. Friendly people,eager to assist.
However, for a 4 star hotel, someone would expect to provide room essentials such as toothbrush and flip flops.
The main reason I am giving one star is that in my second night, I found a cockroach 🪳 in the toilet, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Good location. Swimming pool on rooftop isn't a swimming pool its a puddle. Rooms are nice but the TV has 4 channels to use and 3 of them dont work. No streaming service unless you know how to stream from your phone to the TV.
Theres a restaurant in the basement but its only used for breakfast? Was told the rest of the time the food is only served on the rooftop bar? Thats fine until its windy and rainy? Make it make sense!? Just open the bloody basement restaurant all the time?
Housekeeping staff are brilliant and extremely friendly and helpful (shout out to Fran 👍🏻)

I stayed here for three nights at €141 per night without breakfast. The room was nicely maintained and the staff were nice.
Pros:
– Great location
– Pretty clean overall
– Room size was good
– Friendly and attentive cleaning staff
– Nice rooftop on the 12th floor with a good view (though the pool is quite small)
– Good insulation despite the hotel being on a loud street
Cons:
– Bathroom wasn’t perfectly cleaned on arrival (water stains in the shower)
– Armchair in the room had a broken bottom
– TV didn’t work at all
– Wi-Fi was very poor: the free network was extremely slow, and the private network didn’t connect in my room
– Despite keeping the windows shut, I found a cockroach in the bathroom on the last morning
I enjoyed the teas provided in the room, and I’m sure staff would have handled the insect issue if I hadn’t been checking out.

We have been here for almost 2 weeks. It's a lovely hotel. The rooms are big enough and clean. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. The bar at the rooftop is also very nice. The location is perfect. This hotel is definitely worth a visit.

Stayed over for a night. Can say it's a average hotel. They put me on the ground floor with no good views around. The room was neat and clean. They have the basic tea set and toiletries in the room.
Its a bit dark in the room having no sunlight.
The service is nil.. you need to lookout for your own for anything you need. The people at reception are friendly.
The restaurant is located at the basement for breakfast and the rooftop for lunch and dinner. Its a resto bar with average views of the surrounding and sea.
The restaurant is very very disappointing to say the least. They dont care about your order and bring to you things as per their choice. The service structure in the hotel industry should be prioritised and this is a big failure for the management. Informed the reception of my disappointment at restaurant and they hardly cared or followed up my complaint.
Location is average with a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are parks and some eateries nearby for your needs.
Would not like to go back given a choice.
