Our family spent a week at Crystal De Luxe in Kemer this February, and the trip turned into a truly memorable birthday vacation for us.
What we will remember most is the people working at the hotel. The atmosphere felt warm and sincere, and the staff made us feel comfortable every day of our stay. We are especially grateful to Manager Ludmila and Supervisor Ismet, who helped make the birthday celebration feel personal and meaningful. Ismet even stayed after finishing work just to congratulate our family — a very kind gesture that meant a lot to us.
The birthday dinner in the à la carte restaurant was one of the highlights of the trip. Everything was organized beautifully, and the surprise birthday cake made the evening feel special. Another fun moment was at the bar, where Ibrahim prepared a creative birthday drink with candles inside an orange, which brought smiles to everyone.
We really enjoyed spending time together during this trip — walking between the pool and the beach, relaxing at the spa, and watching evening entertainment in the lounge. February turned out to be a perfect time to visit, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Food was consistently delicious with plenty of choice, and we always found something everyone in the family liked. The hotel felt clean, spacious, and easy to relax in.
This vacation gave us warm family memories that we will keep for a long time, and we would happily come back again someday.

We stayed for one week in February with family in a sea view room. 10/10 experience. We would absolutely return—multiple times.
From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. The staff are not just friendly—they genuinely treat you like friends and take initiative, which is rare even in high-end hotels.
A special mention to barman Ibrahim, who created an unforgettable birthday moment by serving whiskey with candles placed inside an orange—creative, thoughtful, and personal. Small details like this make a huge difference.
We were celebrating a family birthday, and the à la carte restaurant experience was outstanding. The staff treated us like kings—preparing everything in advance, paying close attention to every detail, and presenting an amazing birthday cake. The à la carte menu has excellent food choices, and the snack bar is also very strong in both quality and variety.
Food overall is amazing: high quality, great chefs, and a wide selection every day. Easily one of the strongest points of the hotel.
Cleanliness is perfect (10/10)—rooms, public areas, pools—everything is extremely well maintained.
The atmosphere in February was very calm and relaxed throughout the whole day, which we really appreciated. At the same time, there is always entertainment available: animation, lounge parties, karaoke, and a lively but comfortable evening atmosphere.
The spa is excellent, with professional staff who are proactive, attentive, and always willing to help. Pools are spacious, clean, and surrounded by plenty of open space. The hotel is also very close to the beach, which is a big advantage.
The gym is decent but needs improvement. Currently there is one bench press and one lat pulldown. Adding cable machines for multi-exercise training would significantly improve it.
A huge thank you to the manager Ludmila and Supervisor Ismet for making our holiday truly special. They are incredibly friendly and professional people. Ismet even stayed an extra hour after his shift just to wish my family a happy birthday. He is a very funny, interesting person who is always willing to help and quick to acknowledge and resolve any issues. This level of care says a lot about the hotel’s management and culture.
The guest mix during our stay was mostly Russian and Turkish, and the overall environment felt friendly and respectful.
Finally, the value for money is exceptional—great discounts, thoughtful gifts, and many small gestures that make you feel genuinely appreciated as a guest.
Crystal De Luxe exceeded expectations in almost every area. Outstanding service, amazing food, great atmosphere, and excellent value. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel for a truly relaxing and satisfying all-inclusive stay. We were very comfortable in our room, which was kept spotlessly clean thanks to regular and thorough servicing. The recent renovations to the common areas are beautiful, creating a lovely environment to relax in. Best of all, we never had to worry about food—the selection is plentiful, the variety is excellent, and it kept our whole family happy for the entire week without any monotony. A wonderful experience!

This is truly a five star hotel which is demonstrated by it's 5 star treatment. The staff is nice and hospitable. Food is excellent with lots of variety to choose from. This also applies to both soft and alcoholic drinks. I'm also impressed with the location of the resort as it is adjacent to downtown and the ⛱️ beach.
