Our family spent a week at Crystal De Luxe in Kemer this February, and the trip turned into a truly memorable birthday vacation for us.
What we will remember most is the people working at the hotel. The atmosphere felt warm and sincere, and the staff made us feel comfortable every day of our stay. We are especially grateful to Manager Ludmila and Supervisor Ismet, who helped make the birthday celebration feel personal and meaningful. Ismet even stayed after finishing work just to congratulate our family — a very kind gesture that meant a lot to us.
The birthday dinner in the à la carte restaurant was one of the highlights of the trip. Everything was organized beautifully, and the surprise birthday cake made the evening feel special. Another fun moment was at the bar, where Ibrahim prepared a creative birthday drink with candles inside an orange, which brought smiles to everyone.
We really enjoyed spending time together during this trip — walking between the pool and the beach, relaxing at the spa, and watching evening entertainment in the lounge. February turned out to be a perfect time to visit, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Food was consistently delicious with plenty of choice, and we always found something everyone in the family liked. The hotel felt clean, spacious, and easy to relax in.
This vacation gave us warm family memories that we will keep for a long time, and we would happily come back again someday.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The SPA was also excellent and very relaxing. Special thanks to Gulnara and the massage team for their professionalism and wonderful service.

Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa’s greatest asset is definitely the people who work there. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. From the very first day, you can truly feel taken care of. The team reacts quickly to guests’ needs and always does their best to ensure everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. It is the staff who create the wonderful atmosphere of this hotel.
Special thanks go to the manager, Ludmila, who is exceptionally caring, attentive, and professional. You can clearly see that she genuinely cares about the guests and their well-being. She is always reliable, ready to help in every situation, and makes people feel truly special and appreciated. Huge appreciation also goes to Ismed, who always makes sure guests are entertained and having a great time. He brings amazing energy, positivity, and humor every day, ensuring that everyone enjoys their stay and never lacks anything.
The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly, and overall the property leaves a very positive impression. However, it is noticeable that the hotel is no longer the newest, and in some places you can see signs of aging and the passage of time.
The food is good, although it could definitely be more varied and of slightly better quality, especially during a longer stay when some repetition becomes noticeable.
Despite a few minor downsides, we have very positive memories of our stay mainly because of the fantastic staff, who do everything possible to make guests feel comfortable and truly relaxed. This hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and employees with genuinely big hearts. We would happily come back again.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I stayed at Innvista Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, and everything was excellent — the hospitality, the service, the entertainment team, and the overall atmosphere. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you are coming with kids, for a vacation, or just to relax and enjoy the pool and spa. The food was amazing, and the buffet had everything you could want.
I will definitely come back again. Thank you very much to all the management and staff for making my vacation unforgettable.
