A good-quality hotel overall. The breakfast was decent, and we stayed in a pleasant room on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. The reception staff were helpful, and I would like to give special thanks to the bar team for their truly top-notch service.
That said, there were a couple of aspects that left a less positive impression. When my wife and I wanted to open a bottle of wine in our room, we found that there was no corkscrew available. After contacting room service, we were informed that there would be a €5 charge. As we only needed assistance with opening the bottle, I went to the ground floor bar, where the staff kindly helped us without hesitation.
A similar situation occurred when we requested two forks via room service and were again advised that this would incur an additional charge. This was somewhat unexpected, as such basic items are typically provided as part of the stay at a hotel of this category. We didn’t come to Crowne Plaza to buy forks and corkscrews.
Overall, this was a good experience, but I would have expected a higher level of service, particularly as a loyal Diamond member. Aside from these points, everything else met expectations. A solid four-star hotel!

From the very first moment, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality made us feel cared for and valued, not just like guests, but like people.

I visited the day spa and was very disappointed. The area was overcrowded and far from relaxing.
The outdoor pool is not heated, even in winter, and was colder than the sea. The indoor pool was extremely noisy, full of screaming and crying children, with no proper adults-only area. Adults-only access is limited to just 2.5 hours in the evening; the rest of the time the spa is overcrowded.
The sauna is very small and constantly full, making it unusable. Most of the massage nozzles in the indoor pool were not working properly. Only the steam bath met expectations.
Overall, this facility cannot be considered a spa. It is simply a standard public pool area shared by everyone, which does not justify the name “spa” or the price.

Got upgraded to a King Premium room with a balcony and sea view, and the view alone makes it worth it. The room was modern, spotless, and came with a Nespresso machine and a nice selection of capsules. Shower was strong and refreshing, with a basic hair dryer and scale provided.
🌅 Pool & Facilities
The pool was overcrowded with too few loungers, most “reserved” early, which made finding a spot tricky. The gym is small but adequate for a quick workout. Cocktails were excellent, draft beer crisp and cold, and there’s direct access to a proper sandy beach — a definite highlight.
🛜 Service & Internet
Service during the day was a challenge, with drinks often taking 20–30 minutes to arrive. The biggest disappointment was the internet: slow, patchy, and dropping constantly, barely usable even for basic messaging.
🍹 Food & Drinks
Buffet breakfast offered a good spread, and the morning lattes were great. Prices for both food and drinks felt reasonable overall.

Great location, close to town and tourist areas, with a bus stop right outside for easy access.
✅ Overall
Despite some minor frustrations with the pool, service, and Wi-Fi, the combination of sea views, beach access, good drinks, and friendly staff made it a stay worth recommending.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Limassol! The hotel is beautifully located right by the sea, offering amazing views and easy access to the beach. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Limassol!!!!
