I recently stayed at Creta Maris Resort, and I have to say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
The food was absolutely fantastic – so many options, all freshly prepared, and every meal felt like a new discovery of flavors. You can tell they put a lot of care into both quality and variety, and it really adds to the overall experience.
The customer care is outstanding. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. They genuinely make you feel cared for, not just like another visitor passing through. That homely touch makes all the difference.
I also had the chance to visit the massage parlour, which I highly recommend. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was top-notch. Dimitri in particular was amazing – very professional and attentive, and his massage skills were excellent. It was exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge.
Overall, Creta Maris Resort is a place I’d happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, great food, excellent service, and pure relaxation.

The Creta Maris Hotel is a truly exceptional resort, and my recent stay was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel's commitment to excellence in maintenance and cleanliness is a top priority. The staff is everywhere, diligently working to ensure every corner of the property is immaculate. It’s a rare sight to see such a dedicated team keeping the grounds, common areas, and rooms in such pristine condition. This level of care truly sets the Creta Maris apart and makes for a worry-free, relaxing vacation.
The hotel's location is a major highlight. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear waters and a serene atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. We spent our days alternating between the beautiful pools and the amazing beachfront, and frankly, there was no reason to venture outside the resort. The natural beauty of the surroundings, combined with the hotel's fantastic facilities, makes for a perfect escape.
Our sea-view room was a delight. The connecting doors were a convenient feature for our group, and the room itself was spacious and well-appointed. Housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our space was always thoroughly cleaned and tidy.
The dining experience was a solid 4 out of 5. The variety of food was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from at every meal. The dishes were consistently flavorful and well-prepared. I particularly appreciated the clear allergen indications for each dish, a thoughtful and very helpful feature. However, a significant area for improvement lies in the limited options for guests with lactose intolerance. It was surprising to find that many savory dishes, including grilled meats like kebab, burgers, beef, and lamb, contained lactose. I would highly recommend the hotel's culinary team to create more lactose-free meat and other savory dishes to cater to a wider range of dietary needs.
The one area that could use a substantial upgrade is the entertainment. While the effort is there, the evening shows felt outdated and struggled to captivate the audience. Modernizing the entertainment program with more engaging and contemporary performances would be a fantastic way to elevate the guest experience and truly make the nights as memorable as the days.
In summary, the Creta Maris Hotel excels in its maintenance, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The stunning location and immaculate grounds make it an ideal choice for a relaxing beach holiday. While the food is generally good, a greater variety of lactose-free options would be a welcome change. Similarly, a revamp of the evening entertainment would bring the hotel's offerings to a truly top-tier level. Despite these minor points, I would not hesitate to recommend the Creta Maris Hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

This hotel is truly top class with exceptional service and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are kind and welcoming and the facilities are excellent. We arrived before check-in time and they made sure we were comfortable instead of letting us wait around. Everything was spotless and the cleanliness was outstanding. The bars, activities, and food were perfect. Even during peak season they managed to maintain one of the highest standards I have ever experienced.

Hotel gym is well equipped, but it hosts local people as well which makes the weight room tight.
Food - great but could be better and a wider variety.

Bars and food areas located all over, big variety with great service. Open practically all day.
Lots of activities for kids and adults.
