First time to Cozumel Palace and the Island in general.
Our goal was to dive and due to poor weather conditions we were only able to get out for 2 days.
This resort is premised around water activities and being sequestered due to weather I am unable to provide a higher rating for location.
Great staff extremely friendly and accommodating.
The food was very good , have been to ma y all inclusives and will give the nod to the Palace.
Shout out to the duo Sylvi and Rubens who were our fav entertainers. Much success to them.
The Michael Jackson entertainment was also excellent, and did a great job.
The dancers elevated this show to a great level.
Shout out to Arkenis/ waiter at the Italian restaurant who made each night dining there a great experience.

We had an amazing stay and honestly have nothing bad to say. The service was outstanding—friendly, personal, and attentive. The room and pool were great, and staying over Christmas made it even better with tons of fun activities.
The food was delicious with plenty of options, plus good room service. On-site snorkeling was a nice bonus, and the kids loved the game room. My daughter’s favorite parts were the warm pool, the games, and the food. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d absolutely stay here again.

Another lovely experience at this gem of a resort! Recently renovated we enjoyed the fresh rooms and gorgeous lobby but it’s undoubtedly the staff that makes it so sad to leave on departure day.
Shout out to the people that elevated our stay….Xavier chef at Bougambilias,
Carmen who cooked tacos for us table side and who makes the best hot sauce from a family recipe. Marilu, Antonio and Enrique made both our dinners there second to none. This is our favourite restaurant at Coz Palace, second to none! Gabriel and Manuel curated beautiful cocktails for us at the lobby bar. Jose and Alex were attentive at Momos. Eddie and Osvaldo made our wine pairing experience fun and finally we saw Heri again on our last day at Turquesa. Sweet and coffee had some nice offerings however they still need training I believe ….. ricotta croissants still frozen though the presentation was pretty and they don’t know how to warm their cookies perfectly like they do at Playacar. Despite needing more training all the staff there were lovely and kind as well. Cozumel Palace is a small and very special place. It’s been our favourite since before the reno so it’s just gotten better. The only person missing was Joel the sommelier. Somehow it’s not the same without him. Finally, we did sit through another presentation, we lost over 4 hours of sun mid day when the sun was scarce this week. Wish we could have done that earlier but it wasn’t available. That 4 hours was a big loss considering how cold it is at home.

Right by the airport. This is the smallest of the palace resorts, but it is still luxurious. The staff was on top of everything. Gondola restaurant has some of the best Italian food I've eaten since I was in Italy. This resort does seem to be an older crowd frequenting the facility. If you are looking to party this won't be for you. Very relaxing. There is no beach, but there are plenty of excursions and great diving. I will definitely be returning.

Great rooms! We had to pay extra to have our rooms next to each other, so that was a draw back. The food and drinks are lacking. Not to mention, if you want any attention at the bar or room service, you should bring plenty of cash for tips. Everyone has their hand out. Even though the food was mediocre, the reservation system on their app was nice. You can exchange USD for USD at the front desk which was nice. The entertainment on Christmas eve was nice.
