I am disappointed with my recent stay at Corniche Hotel. Despite arriving early and waiting for check-in, the room provided was unclean, with stained bed linen, hair on the bed, dirty carpet, damaged towels, and used slippers. I have photos as proof.
Although I was moved twice, the cleanliness issues continued. I did not want an upgrade — only a clean room. Unfortunately, the experience wasted my time and did not meet the standards expected from a 4.5-rated hotel.
I hope this matter is reviewed seriously to improve service standards.

Worst hotel experience ever.
Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi has the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. The reception staff are unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. When I called to ask for assistance to bring my luggage down, they literally hung up on me. No apology, no help, no basic hospitality.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world—from budget to luxury—and I have never experienced this level of poor attitude and shocking customer service. This place is on another level of bad.
Worst service, worst reception, worst people. Absolutely never again.

We had a wonderful stay at Corniche Hotel, Abu Dhabi! We booked 3 deluxe rooms but were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to 2 spacious suites with a stunning sea-facing view. The rooms were massive, featuring separate living and bedroom areas and two beautiful bathrooms. The location is excellent — right near the beach, shopping complexes, and grocery stores. Room service was quick and courteous.
We also tried their à la carte lunch — the chicken biryani (around 40 dirhams) took a bit of time to prepare but was absolutely worth the wait, delicious and well-prepared.
The only small downside was the complimentary breakfast, which had limited options compared to what we experienced at Premier Inn in Dubai. But overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money! Highly recommended.

Decent hotel. Great value. The only pet peeve is that there is no North American style wall sockets, which is otherwise common in AD and Dubai hotels nowadays. Front desk also doesn't offer any adapters.

I had a pleasant stay at Corniche Abu Dhabi. My room was classy and had a great city view on the 15th floor. The pool is nice, and gym is pretty well-equipped with machines and free weights. Free garage parking was also a huge plus. For breakfast, I would recommend walking to Free Palmer across the street as they have an incredible buffet for the same price. Overall, Corniche Hotel is a bit far from the beach 15-20 min walk), but I would recommend staying here.
