I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Overall, the experience was pleasant, although there are some areas that could be improved.
The staff was friendly at the reception and always ready to help, but not all members of the team throughout the hotel had the same level of friendliness.
The snack buffet at Unique was almost the same every day. While the food was good, the selection of snacks at the Snack Bar could be more varied and improved.
One aspect that I found inconvenient was the smoking policy. Smoking was not allowed on the room balcony, which I found difficult to understand since it is an outdoor space. I am aware that the property is advertised as “smoke-free,” but in my previous vacations I had never encountered such a restriction on private balconies. I respected the designated non-smoking areas (such as the restaurant terrace, the pool, and the Pool Snack Bar), but I think this policy on balconies could be reconsidered.
The rooms were fine, although they could benefit from some renovation to feel fresher and more up to date.
The location, however, was excellent. The Unique rooms offer a beautiful panoramic view, and the beach is just a short walk away.

The hotel is beautiful, looks amazing, and is in a perfect location right by the beach. Extremely clean. The pools are lovely. The sea view room is stunning and spotless. The restaurant is also excellent, with a wide variety of food. The staff is great, especially the waiter Jorge. :)
What could maybe be improved is the English language skills of some reception staff, as well as their friendliness. I'm not saying they were rude or anything like that - just that they could be a bit more cheerful. All in all, a big recommendation!

Overall, our stay was really pleasant – we especially loved the green surroundings and the fantastic rock band that created an amazing atmosphere. The food was also really good, so overall we have a positive impression. Unfortunately, we have to mention that on Saturday night, the DJ really let us down – the music was barely audible, and he was just sitting there on his phone, playing sets without any engagement. It really ruined the vibe for the whole Saturday night

My partner and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at Corallium Dunamar by Lopesan Hotels because of its location and high-quality offer based on Google and TripAdvisor reviews. We opted for the UNIQUE Service and All-Inclusive Plus (premium drinks) packages. This review captures our experience, both the good (for the most part) and the bad (a few minor points which are not deal breakers).
General hotel staff and facilities
Hotel staff were exceptional throughout — professional, warm, and genuinely caring. From the UNIQUE breakfast team (Arinegua, Evelyn, Paola, Tamaria, Sabrina, and chefs), the bartenders and waiters across all bars and restaurants, to the helpful reception staff, everyone made us feel valued.
Pools were a highlight — three in total, including two upper-level pools overlooking Playa del Inglés. There were always plenty of sunbeds, though the UNIQUE Solarium filled up around midday. The only improvement? A bit more background music at the main pool to boost the vibe.
The Food Garden buffet restaurant truly impressed us — great variety, high-quality food, and a relaxed atmosphere where you never feel crowded, even at peak times. Staff were friendly and attentive, although dinner service outdoors could occasionally feel a touch slow.
The Mediterraneum à la carte restaurant offered a more intimate dining experience. The menu was tasty — desserts were the standout — but it could be simplified, as not all items are included in the all-inclusive package.
Bars were consistently excellent — from the laid-back La Coral pool bar and La Sal snack bar (a special mention to the superb Sara - just listen to her drink recommendations and try them!), to the classy Nereo cocktail bar, which has both indoor and outdoor seating. Staff here deserve special mention for their energy and great service ensuring guests enjoy their evenings.
Entertainment was just right — daily aqua aerobics to keep guests engaged and nightly live music (DJs, singers, and bands) that created a lively but not overwhelming atmosphere. The live entertainment ended by 10:45pm, with chilled music played until closing time (around 11.45pm) keeping things peaceful.
The gym was the one real miss — functional but outdated, and not up to the otherwise sleek and modern hotel standard.
UNIQUE Service
The UNIQUE Service really set our stay apart. Our Deluxe Seaview room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a great balcony and all the amenities you’d expect. The UNIQUE Lounge on the 7th floor offered cava, snacks, and serene ocean views — perfect for unwinding. The Reserved Breakfast was five-star quality with delicious food, great coffee, and unbeatable service. And the UNIQUE Solarium, complete with padded loungers and jacuzzi, provided another blissful escape.
Other notes
The guest mix was mostly German, Dutch, and British, and everyone was friendly and respectful. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, promenade, and plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s also within easy reach of public buses enabling you to explore other beaches along the coast.
Final verdict
We’d absolutely pick Corallium Dunamar by Lopesan Hotels again — for its unbeatable combination of location, service, and sophistication. The UNIQUE package in particular makes the experience feel truly special. A few tiny tweaks could make it a perfect 5, but as it stands, this is one of Playa del Inglés’ finest options for a relaxing, classy escape.

5 nights at this beautiful hotel! I arrived at 11:30pm and the check in was very smooth and quick and very nicely they left me some cold cuts in my room to eat. The hotel is stunning 2 minute walk to the beach! Never had to not worry about getting a sunbed as they were plenty around!
Food at the hotel was very good typical for your all inclusive food. I really enjoyed the snack bar down at the pool!
One thing I found a little disappointing is that there’s 2 different all inclusive packages so half the drinks I wanted were an upcharge my fault for not booking it, but why hidden away?
All in all a really good break away in a beautiful hotel
