I’m surprised with this hotel reviews. For us (my husband and I) our stay was awful. On the arrival we were treated from the beginning very bad. Level of customer service in this hotel is shocking poor. Especially the lady is the red suit (I assume the manager) should receive a proper training.
Our card to enter the room was not working for 2 days. We were informed about it in a very rude way. The manager told us that we need to understand and not making problems… but it was after the situation that her colleague told us that somebody will be waiting for us to open the door. Nobody was waiting…. After 10 minutes I need to went downstairs once again just to receive rude comments from lady in the red suit. Extremely disappointed.
The pool is not heated as described. Water is freezing cold.
Only positive aspects is
- housekeeping - ladies are amazing, very good service
Update: your response only reflects you don’t understand how to treat your customers with kindness and respect and how to resolve problems.

Amazing from start to finish. 4 star quality at 3 star prices. Spotlessly clean. Room, staff, location, and facilities are second to none. Answered a survey after the first night, said the bed was a little hard, there was a topper fitted the same day.
Very quiet hotel/area. Bus stop 3 minutes away to the mad parts of the island.
1 minute from room to the pools and 1 minute from the pool to the fabulous beach. No steps like most of the other hotels. I could go on all day about how good this hotel is. I will return and I have never said this before. Totally enjoyed my stay here.

Where to start…. The location of this place is simply perfect! The pool area is also lovely to relax when the beach is too hot or windy, with two very nice pools and lots of shade (or sun for those who prefer that). The rooms are clean and modern.
What I loved the most though is how nice the staff is - from food (even the cool) to reception, I was very touched by how genuinely friendly and helpful everyone was. The cook even made sure to proactively prepare gluten free breakfast options for me once he knew me.
The only con is that for those who are sensitive to noise at night, it can get a bit loud due to the music entertainment in the evening. But with earplugs I didn’t hear a thing!

We had an amazing stay at Corallium! The staf is very attentive and friendly, the food was very nice (read some bad reviews regarding the food, but it there was a variety of fresh foods vegetables etc). Everything is very well maintained and clean.
We had one critic, the mattresses were very hard. But upon our departure we told the reception and apparently you can request a soft matras topper. (Too bad we didn’t mention it earlier).
Overal very nice stay, relaxing, clean and friendly personnel! I recommend.

We stayed in a deluxe room which certainly was not deluxe. Very small and the bathroom was quite run down. The sea view was fine of course, but we felt really squeezed in. I am not used to having to pay in advance, and also having to pay a deposit to be able to buy drinks instead of paying when you check out as in any normal hotel. Having to pay for the safe in the room was another low.
I did not find the personnel particularly friendly or service minded.
The pool area and the pools are fine, but the sunbeds are squeezed in with about 5 cm apart. The health activities could be reduced to one a day, with all the noice it brings, instead of three four.
It's nice to see how many people find this hotel so fantastic, I certainly did not.
I will never come back to this hotel and I shall be very careful in the future not to be fooled by strategically made photos and reviews from people with different standards from mine.
The hotel did not live up to our expectations at all. It was pricey as a five star hotel but is barely worth a three star. A huge disappointment.
