This is an excellent hotel with a unique all inclusive offer. The grounds and decor were of a high standard. It probably is a 4 star rather than 5 star resort due to great but not 5 star service. The food offering was ordered from an ap which was great for ensuring intolerance were noted. The food would benefit from more traditional Greek dishes. The 4 included wines were all excellent. Cocktails were of a good standard but limited in options. The Smoke house al a carte is exceptional with fabulous food, setting and truly wonderful service. If the whole hotel maintained this service it would hit a 5 star resort. Pool towel service was dissapointing as towels were thinning and a strict 1 towel per person. Lovely pool areas, gym and spa. Guest services were extremely helpful and housekeeping was exceptional. We had beautifully arranged towels, roses and a birthday cake in the fridge which wete lovely touches.

The hotel is generally okay, but my experience was mixed.
On the plus side – the food was absolutely delicious, with all-inclusive à la carte service, which is rare and definitely a highlight.
The pool, however, is quite small considering the number of rooms, so it’s not easy to find a peaceful spot to relax.
The rooms are cozy and nicely designed, but I don’t recommend the one with a private pool – it really doesn’t have the right vibe.
Unfortunately, the service was a big disappointment. Most of the staff were unfriendly. The only lovely person was the cleaning lady – very warm and kind, she truly deserves a raise!
Even though I paid a lot for this hotel, I was repeatedly treated rudely. The worst experience was with a man named Seiks (or Saks?) at the reception – absolutely terrible.
And to top it off, there was a loud lawn mower running every other day. I received “compensation” in the form of a 20-minute head massage…
You can judge for yourself.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel, rooms, and grounds are beautiful — everything is spotless and well maintained, and I loved how some trees have been preserved and built around, especially near the main pool bar.
Our room was spacious with plenty of storage and a large balcony. The only downside was the very firm bed and pillows, which made sleeping difficult even after we requested softer ones (which were promptly provided but still quite hard).
Unfortunately, sleep was also affected by noisy neighbours. The soundproofing seemed fine at normal noise levels, but every night we were woken by guests returning at 2am, shouting and scraping furniture. When those guests left, the next ones were even louder, banging their balcony door and shouting. Combined with the uncomfortable bed, we didn’t sleep well all week.
There was also one instance of a guest playing loud music and smoking weed by the pool.
The food was very good, with a wide and varied menu that never felt repetitive. The pool bar’s “bar bites” were excellent. The only improvement would be a better selection of fresh fruit in the Cantina.
Due to bad weather, we used the gym a few times — I really liked that it’s a glass building surrounded by greenery rather than a windowless basement as in most hotel gyms.
Staff service varied. The Cantina and pool bar teams were friendly, our room cleaner on the third floor was really lovely, and the waitresses at the Smoke Grill were great. However, the staff member at the Chill Out Pool bar seemed quite unfriendly.
The hotel had a mixed crowd — mostly young couples, with some older couples and small groups. While mainly British, there were guests of other nationalities too, and plenty of LGBTQ couples, which made us feel welcome and safe overall.
One incident at the Chill Out Pool was disappointing: certain sunbeds that get more sun were moved daily by guests without issue, but when two women (a couple) moved them one morning, they were told off by the woman from the bar. Later that day, a man and woman did the same and nothing was said. Perhaps there was another reason, but it didn’t look good when the only difference was one couple was two women, and the other a man and a woman.
There were a number of clean and friendly cats in the hotel grounds which we loved. It’s nice that the hotel treat them kindly.
The hotel is genuinely beautiful, and with a few improvements — particularly around sleep comfort, noise, and staff consistency — the experience could really improve.

The resort is super clean and well-kept, with a lovely and relaxing vibe.
The food was really good and fresh, with plenty of choice at every meal. The spa and massage services were great too, clean place and friendly staff.
A huge highlight was the housekeeping service. Special shout-out to Lida… she made our stay even more special and amazing

Absolutely wonderful stay! 🌿
We had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect — stylish design, lush green surroundings, and a spacious room that was spotlessly clean. Fresh towels, soft bathrobes, comfy mattress and all the necessary amenities were provided and replenished with great care.
Both swimming pools are fantastic, and the food was delicious - every meal felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. What made our stay truly special was the staff: very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
We are especially grateful to Vasilis, who led a wonderful morning sound meditation with singing bowls - it was an absolutely unforgettable and deeply relaxing experience.
The whole atmosphere shows how much the team cares about their guests. Everything was on a high level.
We are very grateful to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!
Kind wishes,
Spiros & Ksenia 🌞❤️
