This hotel was just amazing! I had a pool view and the room was spotless, the cleaner came in everyday. The pools were cleaned everyday and the whole of the pool area (which is quite large )was sprayed and mopped everyday. All the staff work very hard and are friendly and helpful 😊 Myself and my friend had such a lovely stay and didn't want to go home 😢 It's just 10 out of 10 in every way, I will definitely be returning, thank you Columbus for a comfortable lovely stay ☺️

Amazing hotel don’t know why this place isn’t a 4 star. Rooms are modern very clean. Daily room service/changing of towels. 3 pools & a jacuzzi. We used the spa on the last day which was so relaxing good facilities. Staff really nice. Had a great stay here.

The hotel is okay and is about with the 3 Star. It can be quite noisy at times, there was only one bar open whilst we were at the hotel, It was busy, you also need a euro for the deposit on each glass, the staff did their best, but weren't friendly, but understandably as most of the time there was only one dealing with a lot of guests, who wanted a lot. But I managed to get a smile from most of them. The restaurant was clean but reminded me of a works canteen area, all in all the food was good. Selection of hot and cold, plenty of sweets to choose from.

So we had just checked out and forgot 2 jumpers went back to reception and the 2 people on were so unhelpful told us nothing had been left and that cleaners left for the day !!!! How strange when we seen them walking around . At the same time another guy was at reception saying his stuff had been taken from the pool area and they claimed the cameras did not work there !!!! I get people leave stuff all the time but literally we went straight back and funny there’s nothing to be found . Not the cleanest or friendliest of staff especially on reception will definitely not be back or be recommending this hotel . Stay well clear unless you want your stuff stolen . Only gave the 1 star do I could give review

This is a 3 star hotel so you have to remember that and keep your expectations for just what it is -- three stars. If you want a 5 star hotel, book one. What is really bad though and I would struggle to even scratch up 2 stars is the food. Given this is mostly all inclusive, that's pretty bad. While we were there we literally overheard someone telling people at their table that the food was better in prison. It was always (always!) cold but fortunately there was a microwave nearby so we heated things up every meal. There was also the same things brought out breakfast, lunch and dinner - which is saying a lot when you can repeat the same things for both breakfast AND dinner. My wife stopped eating by lunch on day 4 and I was eating chips by day 5. That being said, what is really excellent is the entertainment staff. They're doing a fantastic job and even though we didn't take part in much of that stuff we could see the effort they were putting in and having a real blast doing it. Brilliant job, these two. The rooms were fine - comfortable enough and clean. No bugs as some other reviews have suggested. We brought earplugs as we knew it was going to be loud. The pool (and pool area) was exceptionally clean which was nice. The chairs were a little ratty and a few broken ones but no problem because there were plenty of them for everyone. I wouldn't go back here ONLY because of the food. Consider the self catering side of things and do bring ear plugs.
