The staff and the entertainment team are amazing. Super polite and give you all the attention you need. The main restaurant is full of nice choices and I am truly impressed by the top food they serve. In addition you have the option to book restaurants around the hotel that offers different cuisines on different days. I would come back here and give all the stars they deserve :) My only complaint would be the cold water in the pools. Weather was nice around 26 degrees every day but my kid and I couldn't use the pools because the water is freezing. Clun room also good size but the balcony is too tiny and our shower place wasn't working really well. But yes we had such a good time! Thank you everyone for your hard work.

This amazing hotel has unfortunately a bad reservation team. I tried to reserve a room for my family (2 parents, 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 6 years old). I tried this on the site and I found a suitable family room for all the family (4 adults and a child) except my daughter 12 years old, the price for 5 nights was 1054 euros which is reasonable for 5 stars all inclusive hotel. I emailed the reservation centr to let me have my daughter with us in the same room with or without adding a bed. The big surprise is that they agreed to add her but the price is raised to 2250 USD with the condition of reserve it without the agencies. Exploitation!! Really deceiving 👎

Absolutely brilliant holiday, nice staff, lot's to do on site and off, food was amazing 👏 the bars 🍸 open 24 hours a day if that's your kind of thing lol 😆 food is served until we'll into the night 🌙 and more 😀

Last night we returned from our holiday at Club Tuana. Wonderful place . Everything was as we expected. The food was delicious, the bar open 24/7, the staff attentive and hospitable. The people at the front desk were always helpful when needed. My only complaint is about the water in the pools. Too cold, and the kids didn't use it. maybe from the season, since it was 28°C in the sea. Special greetings to Murat from the reception for his responsiveness, attention and good mood. We had a wonderful holiday at Club Tuana. Here are the highlights - Massive area, rooms in independent houses with balcony. - Well maintained pools and pool side bars. - The Poseidon bar where we spent our afternoons with cocktails. - 9.00 to 5.30 snack bar serves hot food always ( best is spiced french fries) - Lot of activities at specific time tables. I was a regular at 3 pm air rifle and won last day of our holiday. My wife did Yoga and Aerobics. - My wife did Hamam massage and enjoyed it. - Never stayed in a hotel where pier is easy access and can jump off to sea water from the pier and climb back using the stairs. This was our first experience and really enjoyed - Beach volleyball, Aqua park were favourites to children - Very helpful staff. - professional entertainment team and DJ in the evenings - Lot of free food and drinks. No control on providing it. - Well maintained massive gardens, no dust on the floors and stairs, always cleaned and kept nice. - Good restaurants and the food they served. - Safe sea water for swimming. We took a banana boat ride to a nearby smal island and swarm there. - 5 tennis courts always available, nice jogging path. - Nice small Gym Low lights: - Below standard rooms. Too congested for the families. - WiFi is not everywhere due to the area it has to cover with routers, getting quality connection is difficult. No WiFi at Poseidon bar or tennis courts etc. We had to change room as well on day one due to poor connection. - Mattress and pillows in the rooms are so hard and struggled to sleep. - Avoid the ice-creams - Heavy demand for 2 table tennis tables.
