We stayed at Club Mac, Alcudia, Mallorca from 15–22 May as a family with a 2-year-old and 4-year-old. Overall, I’d rate it 3–4 out of 5.
There were some positives: lots of pools, good food options, polite staff, and a useful shuttle to the beach. It is definitely geared towards families.
However, the resort and rooms felt a bit run down and could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. We had a blocked bathtub, an electrical issue with sparks where the RCB had to be changed, and air conditioning that needed three calls before it was fixed. Staff were polite and helpful, though sometimes there was a language barrier, and there was no follow-up after the electrical issue.
Food variety was good, but vegetarian labelling was confusing. Some items marked with a “V” contained seafood, while other vegetarian dishes were not labelled.
For a family resort, some rules felt too strict. My 2-year-old was stopped from taking food out of the restaurant, even though snack bar food could be taken around the resort. The playground also had mosquitoes, and Fun World was extra, usually around €10 per child.
Overall, I would recommend it for families looking for a budget-friendly, pool-focused holiday, but I probably would not return.

We had a great time and our 6 year old was thoroughly entertained the whole time we were there.
We stayed in Jupiter and I want to start with dining times - the staff were so nice and friendly and on top of everything. Constantly they are refreshing food, cleaning up messes left by patrons, and asking if there is anything more they can do for you. I would like to shout out Hamza (sp? I saw his name badge from a distance, sorry) who always had a smile on his face when I saw him and was so nice to all the children, and Julie who would do the rounds at dining times checking in with seated patrons. But, the whole team at the restaurant were great and these were just names I remember lol.
I am sorry, I cannot remember the name of the lovely woman who checked us in for our stay at the front desk but she also answered some queries for me at a later date and she was really accommodating to my nonstop questioning lol.
We hadn't been abroad with our daughter yet so we were 7 years out of practice but it couldn't have been easier, some random things that I thought were great considerations:
- The circus has tiered seating which means you can keep an eye on little dancers. The suspended speakers meant you could hear no matter where you were sat.
- Plenty of sunbeds.
- There is a shuttle bus to the beach which runs very regularly. If you are carrying a lot you might use it more but once we were familiar with the way we found it a pleasant walk instead
- Air to pump up lilo outside of supermarket
- Our lives were saved by continental breakfast being available from 5am in as we were leaving earlier.
Other guests were what I found the hardest part. I am not sure if they come here often enough to feel at home or if this is just the way some people behave on holiday lol. The staff are not getting nearly enough credit for the services they are providing, how proactive and friendly they are.

Had a wonderful time after visiting again after 10years on. Now teenagers, adults and grandparents. There has been something for everything I have fussy eaters but again there is something for everyone at all times of day. Entertainment has been varied and well put together. The food was amazing.
Rooms are basic but never really in them long enough to worry. Really clean really helpful at all times xx

The hotel is great, we have 2 adults, a 12 Year old and a 15 Year old and there is something for everyone no matter the ages, there are pools everywhere, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants are ok they definitely cater for everyone and have a massive choice of foods. And if you're nt keen on the food the food trucks and snack bars are awesome.
Our whole family is neurodivergent and are easily overstimulated but there are so many sunbeds and shaded areas and quiet places to re-regulate. Would definitely come back and recommend. And one of the chefs from marte restaurant was so helpful and went out of her way to tell us about some activities and things to check and the best places to go! Thank you so much Julie.

Our family stayed in the Saturno building and we had an amazing time! The rooms were brilliant and well looked after. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food choice and quality were excellant. And the entertainment team did a fantastic job each evening. Would definately recommend.
