Great entertainment, great pools, good food, good drinks, good location (hydro park next door is loads of fun). Overall really happy with what we got. Seen some odd complains about it but rooms were tidy and air con worked great, everything you needed in there. Food was good, not great but it's not a 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for and there was different stuff every night, the kids ate well as did us parents. Beach is about 15 minutes walk away but the hotel does a free coach which makes it 3 minute drive and back from the beach, really helpful. Staff were fantastic with any queries, you get free access to the water park across the road (not free sun beds) which is literally across the road. Pools in the hotel are great as well, getting sunbeds was the trick part, few early starts to claim a bed. Overlap loved the hotel, loved the holiday and would definitely come back

Did we have a good time 100%, would I go back 50:50 on that, not because of the hotel I just feel all inclusive just isn’t my thing. I prefer to do my own thing and am not a big drinker. It was great not having to wash up dishes for a change! Kids had a fantastic time & the hotel could not have done any more for us.
We found the restaurant slightly lacking in info for a child with food allergies, everything is cross contaminated. My son has egg & nut allergies. He got by every breakfast and lunch & diner but was left out of all deserts (did have a sorbet as an option but had to ask) it wasn’t a big deal overall but worth noting if you have similar ailments.
Some reviews on here are hypercritical and we were a bit apprehensive, glad that much of these were not our experience. If you are super sensitive it’s not for you, everyone we spoke to had a great time. One visitor had a small issue with air con but it was resolved.
We preferred the pool set up at Jupiter for our crew, no issues with getting sunbeds either.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Mac. The location is excellent, with everything you need close by. The variety of food was great, with plenty of choice every day, and there was an excellent range of activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. The staff really made a difference – Valentina and the restaurant team were especially helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcome.
On the downside, the reusable cup system can be a bit of a hassle – you really have to remember to keep it with you at all times. I also heard of some guests complaining about items going missing from rooms, although in our case we never had any problems – in fact, housekeeping always left our room very tidy. The rooms themselves are a little on the small side, but manageable.
Overall, there are far more positives than negatives. Club Mac is a great choice for families, especially if you want a fun and easy holiday for kids. We’d happily come back!

Great family holiday at Club Mac. Staff were really helpful, everything was always tidy and food was amazing with plenty for everyone, even for two of our fussy children. It was a fight to stop them eating plate after plate. They loved the snacks, getting their own drinks and ice cream. Alcoholic drinks were great too. Pools were really nice, busy but enough space for us all. Getting sunbeds meant getting up very early though. Entertainment was good enough to spend time watching / listening and bingo was a good laugh, the pool exercises and archery was enjoyed by the kids too. Balcony and room was slightly small, but we only really stayed in the room to sleep so that did not bother us. Bus to and from the beach was a great addition. Overall a great holiday that went way too quick!

Location great, hotel overall not bad. Food quite good, certainly above average. A few issues; the rooms are very small and quite basic. Fridge not re-stocked, not even with bottled water. Balcony absolutely tiny barely big enough for 2 people let alone 4. The maid service has been a nightmare, towels are taken and not replaced or replaced with not enough towels for the whole family. Took repeated calls down to reception on a daily basis to sort it and get the correct number of towels for everyone.
Also be aware that when visiting the entertainment in the evening that most things there are not included despite being all inclusive. E.g. popcorn, candyfloss and sweets at the entertainment area are all not included and must be paid for in cash. Overall not a bad holiday but if you want true all inclusive and premium service I would suggest a holiday to Turkey or the Canary Islands.
