This is a fabulous hotel overall. I agree with previous posts about certain families being very rowdy etc, but it doesn't really affect you, you just have to ignore it. Food is gorgeous and the hotel reps are just the best, they go above and beyond to make it a fun atmosphere, especially for the kids! The rooms are basic but all work fine and are spotless which is all you can really ask for at this sort of price range. If you have children, they will not be disappointed and will have a great time. We will definitely be back again!

Staff here are really nice and the cleaners were good but I will not be coming back here even if you paid me! Fights almost every night with police called multiple times. Unfortunately a lot of people that stay here are rough, drink too much and cause problems. The evening entertainment was also pretty poor apart from one night where they had external African dancers who were brilliant. The room we stayed in was also nothing like the pictures that were advertised - it was small, dark and really outdated. Poor vegan options as well and when we asked for to milk alternatives we were told to go buy our own.

The hotel was good we had the best holiday here. The entertainment on the night was a bit slow and my wife did get good poisen for a day of the breakfast buffet. The rooms where kept spotless and there is plenty of staff keeping the place tidy always willing to help. The location is near a strip of lively bars and many mini markets what are not over priced. The beach is a nice 20-25 minute walk

We visited here for 2 weeks, rooms are small but clean, staff are amazing as is the food, but the other people staying give it a bad name, there’s constant fights, police and ambulance there, many people that can’t handle there drink. The entertainment is very poor and security guards aren’t the friendliest of people, the tattooist in the hotel is very rude and hasn’t got a friendly manner I’d personally go outside the hotel, the souvenir shop is great the man is very pleasant and there is no pressure just having a look, the clothes shop is good but when offered to go to his big shop (12 shops in one) please don’t fall for it you’ve only gotta google about it and your see a lot, unfortunately we were one of the ones that fell for it!! Shop on site is useful and there pleasant enough but it’s expensive I’d recommend the shop opposite ibbo market, kids club offer T-shirts and put T-shirts on your children without speaking to you first and then demand £10, it’s not the closest to Marmaris centre or the beach, but buses and taxis are available, I wouldn’t say it’s the most relaxing holiday as your on edge a lot, but you get what you pay for and a holidays what you make it, staff definitely don’t get enough credit they hold it together very well, I wouldn’t return but I’ve had worst 2 weeks!

Absolutely amazing hotel, central and fab location. The hotel was super clean, the rooms were amazing. The food was outstanding, we couldn't fault any part of the food. Breakfast had an amazing choice, snack bar at lunch time was our favourite as you were spoilt for choice and evening meal was amazing. The pools were fab, busy pools but clean. Entertainment was fab too, Jay and his team were extremely friendly and helpful. The only down fall from us was the showers in the communal area once your leaving , they were disgusting- so advice is to pay extra to keep room on. But overall amazing, definitely recommend from us.
