We are very happy to stay at the Falcon hotel for the second time. It was a very pleasant stay thanks to the staff who were very attentive to our needs and desires. The cleanliness, the meals, the spa and its massage services... are a real plus in this hotel, we feel very good there and we met some very nice people there. A pang in the heart at departure time but we will come back with great pleasure. We recommend this very well located establishment with our eyes closed to all travelers looking for satisfaction, you will not be disappointed, the value for money is exceptional. Well done and thank you very much for your warmest welcome.
See you soon 😊

Very clean hotel. Front of house staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Location was stunning having a sea view room. Food was fine on breakfast but did have different types of foods every day for evening meals. Would definitely come again. 👏👏

My partner and have just had one week stay at the folcon Hotel. Our experience was excellent. On arrival we were greeted by an excellent reputation we even had our bags taken to the room. The rooms are Very clean and are at a very good standard with kettle, tv, good shower and very clean.
The restaurant staff and food is excellent with a wide choice of menu and the staff are the for all your requirements.
The pool out side was just been all sorted as it's the beginning of the season. But that is not a problem as they have an in door pool with Turkish bath, steam room, cold water shower, sauna,
Massage etc. And a well equipped gym.
So all in all we had every thing we need all inclusive all local drinks in the deal until 11-00pm
With friendly helpful staff.
We are totally looking forward to our next visit at the end off the year .
Highly recommended

I would not say this is a 4* hotel. Considering its all inclusive it is not. Very limited choice of drinks. All inclusive finishes at 11pm! The supper choice was soup only! Some staff were friendly and helpful but not all.

The positive side:
- the food was good, there is a good selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is always something different every day to try. (We didn't try the other afternoon snacks)
- the views from the hotel are nice and peaceful as it overlooks the sea
- there is a gym and spa facilities (steam room, sauna, Turkish bath and indoor pool)
The negatives:
- The biggest negative point is the staff at this hotel, starting from the reception to the buffet, self-interested, opportunistic and with problems of social inequality, especially the person responsible for the buffets, a grumpy, rude gentleman who does not convey hospitality...
- the service was not like a 4 star hotel. Most buffets rush to clear your plates without first asking if you're finished, if you need anything else. (Except Mustafa who was the only one who was always very attentive, giving another level of 5* customer service.)
-they provide excellent (disproportionate) service to those they "believe" will tip them well.
-even with the service at the reception or spa, it was very low for a 4 star hotel.
- we chose this hotel as a couple thinking that we will take a few days to relax and recharge before returning home, but we soon discovered that this was impossible at this hotel. They play music like a club, guests are waisted EVERY DAY and stay in the hallways until super late making noise every day of our stay.
It has the raw materials to be a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately the way it is managed it is close to 2/3 stars. For the money we paid, I wouldn't go back. Overall, I don't recommend it. Thank you Mustafa for your kindness and attention, continue to be yourself.
