Visited in mid January, Place is very Palacial , lots of space,. Rooms were good, no kettle or iron(they do have laundry service but at cost). Breakfast was lovely, good tasty range, piano playing up to 10am...only did B&B so unsure how rest of food was, think sister hotel covered rest of food (maybe as quite season) snack bar at.pool was very good. People were all very friendly and efficient. Lifts to all levels. Pool is surrounded by 3 separate buildings of Hotel.

The hotel is quite good. The grounds are huge by Canarian standards. The furniture and furnishings in the rooms themselves are tired, apparently not changed since its opening... However, that's where the negatives end... The service is very good, starting from the reception. The breakfasts are delicious, you definitely won't leave hungry. You can start your day with champagne. The pool is medium-sized, and there are plenty of sun loungers by the pool. There is a bar. Another bao in the reception area. Three restaurants. Well, if you want more, you can try the bars and restaurants of two neighboring hotels - Mediaterrain Palace or Sir Anthony. All three hotels are co-op and managed by the same company. The rooms with an ocean view are simply fabulous. The view is stunning. Directly in front of the hotel (50 meters) is the yellow sand beach Playa del Camison. Personally, for me, this is the best beach in the south of Tenerife. At the reception, they themselves offered late check-out until 5 pm. All problems are solved in no time. We received a lot of information and help from the girl at the front desk (Sintia). Overall, the hotel is good. The pros are the location (right on the beach), the food, and the hotel staff. The cons are the tired furniture and, of course, the price.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Julia, who made check-in a breeze and made us feel so welcome. During our stay, the bar staff were fantastic — especially Julio and Miguel — who were always friendly, attentive, and full of good humour.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are spotless. We were surprised with a fruit basket and a bottle of cava in our room as we were on our honeymoon — such a thoughtful and special touch.
All of the staff we met were incredibly polite and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to offer advice on where to go or what to do around the area.
The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available and a great outdoor bar. There are even complimentary books in English, which was a really nice little touch.
The location couldn’t be better — the hotel is literally right on the beach, just across a small walkway, with a lovely beachfront bar. Guests are also given a flyer with discounts for nearby restaurants, which we definitely recommend using. We went to Palapa, and it was absolutely amazing!
And then… the breakfast. Oh my god, the breakfast! I’ve never seen anything like it in all my years of travelling. The selection is incredible — entire counters dedicated to different items. There’s a whole room filled with every fruit you can imagine, along with meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, and every style of eggs and sausages. There’s even a chef on hand to cook fresh options for anyone with dietary requirements.
Don’t miss the bread section — or the glass of cava for breakfast, alongside tea, coffee, and more. Honestly, as wonderful as everything else was, I’d come back just for the breakfasts!
The hotel is perfectly located for shopping, bars, and restaurants, making it ideal for anyone looking to explore or just relax.
All in all, it was the perfect stay, and we can’t wait to come back.
Thank you so much to everyone at Cleopatra Palace for making our honeymoon so special! 💛

(Be careful what you wish for)
We arrived at 11.30 at night and our room was on the third floor which doesn't sound high but I'm struggling at the moment with heights. We had requested a low floor even though the hotel was only five floors high. The man on reception told us they were fully booked but we could move to a different room tomorrow at 4.00. Great 👍 but here comes the be careful what you wish for part, we ended up in the car park which meant cars in and out all times of day and even at 12.30 at night, no privacy to sit on our balcony as people were back and forth to their cars and our last couple of hours at the hotel we had workmen working right outside our balcony. Now you might think it's only the balcony but we consider it part of our holiday to sit on the balcony in the morning for an hour, before going out, usually my husband sits on the balcony having a drink while waiting for me to get ready to go out in the evenings, so you get my drift. The rooms themselves are lovely but old fashioned and need a little tlc. The hotel it's self is absolutely gorgeous but as big as it is there is nothing happening there, which is a real shame. Perfect location for meals out and the beach.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and found the hotel room tired and in poor genral condition for the money we paid £5k lots of broken tiles on balcony and bathroom but all was forgiven for the ocean view with plung pool the bedding and towel were good quality the breakfast was average quality for the hotel had much better in 3 star hotels we had a couples massage that was amazing and professional. We've booked again next month it was that good.
